This fedex is hard to get in contact with. The 800 number they provide is no help. Their drivers are lazy! They LIE about attempting to deliver. And you have to suffer because their drivers are lazy. My husband ordered a starter for his truck and paid extra to have it here today. Now we have to wait til next delivery and my husband has to be on the road for work at 3am … so he may lose his job because of fedex. If so, I will be contacting my lawyer. Because this is so horrible and they just don’t care.
The center itself was great. The employee was nice and the store appeared to be clean. However, everytime I order something and FedEx ships it I always have the same problem. They dont ever deliver it. I always have to go pick it up from the center. I even had some orders to be shipped to a in store pick up and for whatever reason I still have to go to the center to pick it up. If you can fix that problem everything would be great. Thats the only problem I have. Other than that everything else is in good stands with me.

The carrier was asked to knock before entering my office, the next week he thought he would throw a baby tantrum and deliver my mail to another office refusing to bring it to mine. Not only was he derelict in his duties, he broke the law. He delivered very time sensitive private legal documents to a random office in his imbecilic tantrum.

FedEx is by far the worst delivery company in the world! This company is so full of half wits. They cant deliver packages on time and not damaged. I will start boycotting any company using them.

Horrible service and super rude employee working the front desk at this location. They had 3 people inside, so she told me I needed to go to the Walmart FedEx a few miles down the road.Wow, you swear I was at the government post office or something. I cant believe a private company would treat their customers like that.Down the street is a private shipping company called Shipping Etc. They were real busy, but everyone was very nice and accommodating. Id skip this FedEx location and go straight to them if I was you.P.S. Shipping times are longer than average and they are not guaranteeing shipping times.

I had to drop off a package to be shipped Saturday afternoon. This location was not busy at all. Its more of a shipping center or terminal so its not in a heavy traffic area so they dont get a lot of package drop off like many of the retail locations. There was only one person working I think his name was Kirk he did a great job. He was very helpful I had a little problem trying to print a shipping label so he told me to email it to him and he printed it for me.
If you like waiting around in an empty lobby and being ignored while the workers hide in the back, then this place is definitely for you. It probably would have been quicker for me to drive several states away and deliver my package myself.
Located on Commission Blvd right next to UPS. Staff was very friendly and FAST! I got my package in less than 10 minutes. If you need to have a package held, I recommend holding it at this location. Safe parking lot too. Thank you & like please!

Under stuffed and the employees tuere have to do hundred of task at the same time especially from 5pm to 9pm which is the pickup time for any packagde missed delivery. Therefore, it makes you spend too much time for any trivial task.
Worse service I ever had Ive been calling since yesterday trying to get my package. Who ever the package handler maybe is horrible. I called to prevent me missing my package spoke with a rep who put in a ETA for the driver to call but first she needed to know what the package was which I didnt find relevant to her. The call was only to get the driver to send a text or call before arriving I recieved neither. So i called back before i left home to let them know to come after two oclock. I get home to find another notice in the door that the driver came thirty minutes after i left almost as if they watched me leave to put the notice two days in a row this has happened smh. Which means he or she didnt get the message from the rep or they dont read the messages. So I get the notice out my door to which says i can sign it leave it on the door to leave my package on the doorstep now why would i do that so if my package is stolen by a random person or the driver you can blame me no ill sign when delivered. So I called and spoke with Anna who says she seen i called earlier but the drivers dont have phones or specific times in which they may come and I could come pick it up. Well Anna didnt help me to calm down much so I asked for a someone else if I wanted to pick up the package myself i wouldnt have chose FedEx in the first place. So Anna gets me to her supervisor George who apologizes and repeats I could pick it up at the office or I could wait after tomorrow July 4th and get it Friday. If I was only off yesterday and today Im still going to miss my package on Friday. I just dont see the point in having representatives if they not trying to help the customer resolve simple issues. Today 7/5/2019 I stayed home all day no FedEx truck. I decide to check my email nothing I see but the truck attempted to drop your package so I get up to double check my door. Knowing its not true Ive been home all day no notice on my door no knock nothing. I call in the manager Camille in this office she doesnt listen to the customer she just reads what the computer says no reattempt to get the package to me today just a rude attitude and her talking over me so she wont have to hear what happened only what the driver put. This office sucks and cares less about their customers. So she continues to talk over me and says well the courier is on his way back to Lafayette maam. Ill let the manager know and we will retry tomorrow because once the truck is in your area we cant have him wait on you to get home. So I see that you didnt listen Ive been home all day I was waiting on your courier who lied and didnt show up.

First package made it to this location, then was sent to Memphis - couldnt get an answer as to why - and after paying for expedited shipping I had to pick it up from FedEx 3 days after the expected delivery date.The next one (again, after paying for expedited shipping) was not delivered, the driver didnt update the tracking number so it couldnt be tracked. After requesting that it be held, it ended up on a truck out for delivery and was not delivered. 2 days later I am still unable to pick it up.This has been the least helpful experience I have ever had with a shipping company.Not recommended. Go with USPS or UPS...
Probably the worst experience getting some envelopes shipped it took 30 minutes for the clerk to get it right. People waiting were leaving.

Driver said he came to house and no one was home. I was home all day. He also stated he left note of door- no note to be found. Also never had a knock on door bc my door was open all day! Now if I want my package I have to go to the ship center between 7-9 tonight. This is ridiculous! Not to mention two weeks ago another package was delivered a mile down the road at the wrong address!!!!!!!! Will never use fedex again!!!!!!

Ive had bad experience with FedEx 3 times. They failed to deliver my packages. They always delivered to the wrong house without checking if that was the right House/trailer #. Usps and UPS always knock on our door and get our signature while Fedex never does. Fedex needs to seriously train their employees. I wouldnt do business with companies which use fedex as their carrier.

Drivers fly through our neighborhood, 25 mph posted limit, almost hit one of my children. Negligent, Irresponsible, Dangerous. Deliveries still arrive with damaged packaging just thrown to the door.
They need to fix their open times. They are only open till 1 and reopen at 4. Wouod have been nice to know before driving all the way out there.
They ship things, and they sell shipping materials. You couldnt ask for anything more in the shipping center
Staff is generally friendly but a couple of new hires can be a little slow or unknowledgable, but generally good service unless theres a load of people there.
