I had the opportunity to work with Jesus at the Wireless Advocate Kiosk in Costco West Springfield. He was amazing! Costco was having a great sale on the new Samsung 20 and Jesus walked in to a line of four people waiting to purchase these phones (I was the fourth.) As most people know, purchasing and setting up a new phone takes some time to go through the whole process. Although he was working alone, Jesus never became flustered, was completely professional and quite personable with each and every customer. I was exceptionally pleased with my purchase and with my interaction with Jesus.

Management horrible. Do not correct their own mistakes.

The worst experience first with Estevan and even worse with THE MANAGER Dominic.We were lied to about the cost just to make the sale, they claimed to set up my phone(I got nothing)When all was said and done we were left with no customer satisfaction. When we told THE MANAGER what had happened, he just looked at us like......next.Spoke to Costco and left complaint in box.

People working in this location have the worst attitude that can see in any place. Very poor customer service.
