Horrible experience at this store. Went in for a new screen protector and was told I could get a credit on my Iphone 11 if I traded it in for Pro max 13 and hardly a difference in my monthly bill. sales rep did not write it up correctly - have spent 3 hours on this issue in store. calls on phone with manager. they basically have said I will have to give back the promax 13 and get a credit and then they will ship me a new one. The crazy part is looking at the original deal written up I would have had NO IDEA it was not written up correctly. Such a scam. I have medical issues and a vacation in a week and I have lost all trust in the people in this store...so I am settling for it...My health and time are worth more than continuing to trust in this store. I will never do business with this store again

This T-Mobile store is the equivalent of a shady used car lot. My issues go way back to spring 2019; I came in with a friend to start a joint account, Guillermo Gizmo and his manager helped us. We were offered plans and told new account, new phone number, free phone so I did just that. Friend ported over his current number to T-Mobile, I started with a new number with an Iphone XR. After all said and done, Gizmo and his manager tell me, dont worry about seeing a charge of $35 for the XR for the first month, it will correct itself and show as a credit for the following bill cycle and no charge after that.First bill cycle went down like they said, then the following bill there was the $35 charge and how many months/balance I still owed. I call T-Mobile customer support, they say you have to go into the brick and mortar location- do that. Store front, no, thats handled with CS Call FROM THE STORE, each rep is saying its the others problem.I get the district managers number, she never returned my 3 calls with voicemails.I have a transcribed voicemail from a Manager named Brian saying I can have a $600 credit back for the inconvenience/misunderstanding. Has that ever happened? Nope. I called him back, texted him-never a response either. Sent that to corporate as well.....The only resolve after two years of back and forth, finger pointing from both corporate and this location, calls that we never returned, was a $200 bill credit OR the option to trade in my XR for $400 so I can give TMobile an additional $600plus for an upgraded iphone and start that whole cycle again. Basically, I totally feel like a bait & switch was pulled on me. I didnt need a phone number, the whole reason I got a new number was to avoid having to pay off an Iphone for 24 months. The Iphone I had at the time was fine and was paid off, I didnt even need a new phone. Why didnt I just return the XR and use my old phone? TMobile required I trade it in.Now that my XR is paid off, I cannot give this company another cent.

This place does not deserve any stars.I have been in this store 4 times. The 1st time was when I got my phones it turned out I was lied to about what my bill would be and what I would get for trade in for my phones.The second time was 3 days later when the case cover fell apart and they refused to replace it.The third time was after my first bill and they refused to explain all the extra charges.The forth time was today when my screen went black. They refused to help me saying they were closing. It was before 6pm. They told me to go to the store in san juan. I asked for the address and was told to look it up. I had just told them my screen was black. They once again refused to help.This is the worst store ever.

Ok, so T-Mobil bought sprint. I wasn’t sure how I felt about that as I had been happy with sprint over the years. I went in to the Ocean Ranch location recently on 2 separate occasions to switch over plans. Robbie helped me and immediately put my mind at ease with his friendly demeanor and professional knowledge. I look forward to seeing Robbie for all my phone questions, updates, and needs. Plus he said he’d dog sit for me ;-)

My son did the research, and T-mobile prepay phone is the best deal anywhere, and the reception is great. The employees are all very helpful and professional. The stores are really beautiful. I love the hot pink and silver. I love my android smart phone. Its smarter than I am. They had a good deal on it, you have to buy your phone up front, but I didnt have to have a contract, and the monthly fee is smaller because of it, way smaller.

I went to the Laguna Niguel store on Friday 7/29 in order to buy a new phone. The old phone was a cheap $99 phone a few years ago and I wanted to compare it to the newer phones. I was only looking for an entry level phone and the salesman Jonathan was an absolute WASTE OF TIME! He walked from the counter to the wall to point out the 2 entry level models that they carry and then walked back to the counter. I asked him a question he walked back to the wall and pointed to the small description and said read it! This went on for a few minutes. He would walk from the counter, poorly answer a question, and walk back to the counter and ignore me. Finally I left after I told him that he was a terrible salesman. I then went to Costco in Dana Point. Anthony, an independent salesman, working a kiosk helped me. I bought a new phone for $139.99 and I am very satisfied. I will NEVER go back to T-mobile for anything other than to pay my bill! Jonathan at Laguna Niguel T-Mobile is a typical minimum wager employee that couldnt care less about his job!

Worst customer service ever. We were scamed by a rep who came to our place of business. We were lured by promises they didnt keep. Now we cant even return the phones. Buyer beware. Especially at this office. They are rude and untrained in customer service and general knowledge of their products and promotions.

We bought two Note 3 for me and my husband, and paid full price up front. T-Mobile claims that they have 4G LTE network but we have a hard time to get signals in L.A. and around Orange county, CA areas. We could not even get a signal at home and their Wi-Fi to voice connection sounds like gibberish. Then we went to British Virgin Island, everyone else around us got signals and could connect their cell from the Island except us, intermittently connected. So, we want to unlock to switch the carrier. OMG, T-Mobile went out of their way to delay and stop us from unlock the phones. Until now for almost a week, they still find error that why the request did not go through.
