My experience was excellent! I needed to mail my passport renewal and they went through it step-by-step to make sure everything was correct. I appreciated how they flagged the photo and check because it didn’t follow the requirements exactly. I highly recommend the Postal Annex for mailing out important documents and more!

They offer all the office services a home based or small business owner needs without a long drive or waiting at the post office or a big box. They pack and ship with every major carrier and always offer the best shipping solution for your needs! A+ for customer service and convenience.

I’ve been here twice in a row for my shipping needs now, because James, the owner, is so helpful and friendly. Most post offices are a bit of a hassle to ship through unless you’re just dropping something off. This is an easy recommendation for me to give, and I will be back next time I need to ship something!
