If you are looking for real elegant jewelry this is the place for you. Staff on hand very welcoming and not pushy whats so ever. You are able to shop around and if you are in need of help this group of people will not steer you in the wrong direction Everything you buy or leave for repair they take pictures and you have copies ASAP. IN MY BOOK GREAT PLACE TO DEAL WITH

Great selection & pricing. Sadia & Gloria helped my wife & I out after a very bad experience at another jeweler with her wedding ring. They went above and beyond to make sure we were informed & make us comfortable we were in good hands. For us that was priceless after ordeal at different jeweler who ruined my wifes ring.

I am very disappointed with this company. My fiancé purchased my engagement ring from them in 2019 and a couple weeks ago the diamond felt and I couldn’t find it, we went to this specific location in Lake grove because my fiancé had purchased insurance for it and one sales person told me that my insurance wouldn’t cover it even though they claim to have a “diamond lifetime warranty “ because I did not take my ring every six months for an inspection that I did not know I had to since I didnt purchase the freaking ring. My fiancé also does not recall them telling them I had to bring the ring for inspection. To me they are false advertising and I will not stop until they either do their job and fix my ring or they refund what he paid. Otherwise the better business bureau will help

Everytime I go in there I regret it. The store Manager only cares about the warranty plan. She is rude. I really wish they would get rid of her. I have to find a different zales to go to. My main problem is if I can go online and buy the ring in the size I need, but if I want to go to the Smith haven mall zales, I have to buy the ring and the replacement/warranty to get the size I want. The manager will not order it for me in my size. And I am not paying almost double for the ring, when I can but it online for the same price. This manager only cares about money. Would not recommend.

Absolutely horrible service. My boyfriend bought me a necklace from this store along with a lifetime warranty on it. The chain broke multiple times, and the most recent time that it broke, I was able to find the pendant but not the chain. They refused to replace it or even look up the warranty. Buyer beware! Do not buy the warranty it’s a waste of money!

I walked into this Zales Outlet store 10 years ago with intentions of buying an engagement ring. I was greeted and helped by Patricia. Patricia was knowledgeable, friendly, and more than helpful.I had a great experience and was very pleased with my purchase [my wife was too].Over the years weve gone back to Patricia for our wedding rings, wedding jewelry, push presents, birth stones, earings for my daughters, my favorite watch... basically all our jewelry needs and we always leave 100% satisfied and with a smile on our face.After many years of knowing her, Patricia feels like part of the family. We will continue to shop there for as long as aunt Patricia works there.Thank You!

Worst customer service. They lied to me in regards to buying the warranty I spent almost $250 on a pair of earnings.Just recently also spent over $300 for mothers day for my wife. Been a customer for years with Zales from this experience will never shop at Zales again. The lady that helped me was quick to charge me and push me out the door. I only went with the purchase do to my daughter wanting the earnings she already had picked out. This location has to be retrained and emphasize the coverage on the warranty when asking customers if they would like to purchase the warranty. Its sad to say losing a customer for years is better than offering to replace at least the one time even knowing I paid for the warranty. Hopefully, if corporate Zales reads this they reach out to my complaint but if not than I see how they do business.

Never ever shop here unless you enjoy being LIED to. My boyfriend bought me a promise ring for Christmas BEING told it was my size which is a 5 and a half. He even took me to be sized and I left as he was making the purchase. So, he gives it to me yesterday on Christmas morning and it’s a size 7, practically swimming on my finger. I go back to exchange it for my size and was told that every ring comes in an 7 and you have to pay an additional fee to get it sized. Now tell me this, why would my boyfriend buy me a ring that A) isn’t my size and B) I can’t wear. So we ask to speak to the manger who was completely rude, telling me that my boyfriend was told this. You were not there when your sale associate was helping him. If he was TOLD he would of gotten it resized so I can actually wear it. The manager kept saying he misunderstood like she was implying that my boyfriend is dumb. He wasn’t told this. So yeah, if I could give this place and HER less than 1 star, I would. I work for pandora and the way that we treat our customers as opposed to the way that Zales does is absolutely DISGUSTING. My boyfriend and I will NEVER EVER give this manager who didn’t even stand behind her customer business AGAIN.

I could not be more upset with the Zales in smithaven and their repair people. I got engaged in February, and three weeks later a small stone around the setting fell out. I took it back, here i am newly engaged and i dont have my ring for two weeks. fantastic. Fast forward to now, stone fell out AGAIN!!! clearly they didnt do it right the first time. so they apologize, have them rush it and told me i would get it back today, and of course I call to follow up, and now im not getting it till Wednesday. They should have NEVER promised me it would come sooner. I have been engaged for not even six months and Ive been going through this. THEY SHOULD HAVE NEVER SOLD IT TO MY FIANCE IN THE FIRST PLACE!!!! What kind of place does this???

Waited far too long for assistance and the manager had an attitude when I asked for assistance to pick up my DEFECTIVE merchandise that was sent back from the repair order. This place was the only Zales where I bought one of many Movados and it was defective.

If I could choose zero stars I would. They laughed at my mother for not having the debit card we used to purchase the jewelry, which my dad got as a Christmas present. They need to update there return policy and get a reality check. Who laughs at there customers?
