In my experience all the people who work there have always be knowledgeable and eager to help.

The staff is always super friendly, super talkative and super helpful at this location!One of the bubble bars I got here stained my feet and they helped me out and helped me pick items that would help remove the stain and also allowed me to pick out different items to replace the bubble bar that stained me.They even gave me free samples of more stuff they thought would help! (And it did help, Im no longer pink lol)Ill definitely continue to come back to this location and Id like to thank all of your staff for de-pinking me 😂💕

Ive been a big fan of Lush products and so having this location open near to where I live has been very nice. The staff is just as friendly and helpful as I have found them to be in any Lush I have been to. Overall a good store and product selection.

I appreciate the sanitation, so I sanitized my hands with my own sani especially now with covid but when I came to the door the only employee in there who was a male, tried not letting me in and He made me feel uncomfortable following me around and telling me we have to ask if we needed anything meanwhile this older white woman was touching everything and digging her hands in product, When they didn’t have anything in stock that I wanted, the employee said to me “so is that all, are you ready to leave because I have to let you out” what even??? I’ve been shopping at lush for years and never had an experience like that.

Store employees follow only the black people around and whisper amongst themselves if they think you are stealing so they all began to watch you. Horrible experience on two occasions . I won’t be back.

Words cannot describe how much I love this store, but Im going to do my best here. Vegan products, friendly and informative staff, and a plethora of magical, mystical bath bombs- what more could anyone ask for? The face masks are some of the best Ive ever tried, and I feel like I always make a friend when I visit. Ive stopped here over a dozen times this past year, and not once have I ever been disappointed. I recommend this store to all of my friends, and this is my go-to place for picking up gifts. The bubble bars last for weeks, and I almost felt guilty at how affordable everything was during their most recent boxing day sale. I cannot recommend this store enough, so if you havent been to lush yet you may want to stop by and give it a try!

Awesome, big store, tons of stuff! Ethical, cruelty free products you feel good spending your money on. Lots of options to be a bit more conscious with no-package items like the naked shower gels. Staff is amazing!! Dana and Rebecca were the best and helped me with everything I had questions about, took the time to demonstrate products, and made great recommendations based on my needs. Definitely recommend stopping in to this store!

So many fun things to try and buy. The staff is super engaging, friendly and helpful. My 10 year old daughter loved that one of the employees demonstrated the shower bomb on her arm. We ended up buying several. Definitely a fun spot to spend some time in. Docking one star only because it is a little pricier.

This is the best store in the mall, just because of the employees. I make an actual connection and have a personal conversation with each person who helps me every time I go. They’re always offering samples that are similar to stuff I like and am buying. The atmosphere is always so sweet and happy in there. Literally there was a little toddler blowing bubbles, making the staff/her adult laugh the whole time I was shopping. It’s a dream. This is the best lush that exists in the country Fight me!!

Best employees I’ve ever dealt with in my entire retail life !! I work in retail and I also love to shop so you can say I’ve encountered the typical cashier from time to time . But I must say these ladies really want to make you feel special and connect with you :)!! Everytime there’s an issue with my product or I try something new and i don’t like it, they pleasantly take it back and try to offer me samples and even credit the used item towards my new purchase! At first I thought they were only kind for sales purposes but they really do care and their so so amazingly sweet. The energy feels welcoming in the store and I’m always greeted with a smile and help. Even if I’m in a rush and just need to restock they are still so very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful in the short amount of time. One employee gave me a hair mask for FREE when I was short handed on money but desperately wanted to try it :)) I told her I would come back but she was insisting and wouldn’t let me leave without it

Pam is the absolute best she spent so much time playing with my kids and let them try everything! My husband was so impressed he purchased a few products just based off of how kind she was to our children. Love knowing my kids will be so excited to shop there with me from now on.

Can be overwhelming sometimes but the staff here are amazing. Everyone is so helpful and friendly. There are often demos being done or new products being launched its really fun. If Im in town I have to stop by.

Recently Ive got myself into the use of bath bombs. I bought about half a dozen year the other night, and I must say they had an extremely awesome selection! I cant wait to use the first one tonight!

Went in with my friend, She bought a lot stuff and we got a male cream example for the hair ...the product is good friendly stuff I was able to touch and smell soap around without a problem...,my friend went to me Mall cause this company that was the only reason

Really enjoy checking out all of their products and the staff is very helpful. Feel free to just window shop and walk around, but dont hesitate to ask questions! The products are expensive but are great quality.

Omg, so happy I walked in. I suffer from bad anxiety and when i asked one of the ladies in there. We connected and she showed me a bunch of great products! As i looked around after we talked she walked up to me and had bought me a bath bomb, i almost cried. It was so sweet and made my day the ladies and guys who work in there are so sweet!!!

The products are good but and the employees are friendly but Ive heard many personal stories regarding the management and playing favorites or berating their employees and generally being unprofressional behind closed doors. I in good intentions can not reccomend this lush although lush as a brand has very high quality products.

Amazing, and very large store, but the workers there follow you around everywhere you go, and it gets pretty annoying. Yet still their so nice and helpful, its really the dudes that follow you around.

The store might look pricey but Ive got had good experiences from their face washes and beard washes.
