Awesome service! Very professional over phone and in person. I will make this my go to place from now on!

Prior to the visit my car had a lot of issues and they took care of all of them. After they worked out all of the problems I notice a superior difference in the performance of the vehicle. Turns smoother than ever and brakes work better than when it was new. Customer service was also extremely pleasant and helpful.

As always, the team at Firestone Algonquin are straight up regarding my vehicles needs. Been bringing my familys cars there since they moved from LITH.

This place is awful! 😡 They lied to me when my car was leaking coolant and tried to charge me $987.82!!!😡😡 They made up a lie and said they had to do all this other work as well! I took my car too another location and they charged me $320 for the exact same thing ( which as a thermostat) .This place is a rip off!!!🤬😡🤬😡🤬😡

I have had five vehicles that have bee services over about a 10 year period at this location. Everyone at this location has been nothing but professional. The call to review service needs above and beyond what was originally scheduled, and provide pricing to help me make a decision. They are straight forward, to the point, and very customer oriented.My entire family---including children---drive the cars I have serviced here. I have utmost trust the workmanship that is being done.I would highly recommend this location to everyone.

Friendly people and explain the problem with honesty

This guy named George obviously failed in the customer service department! When a customer is willing to spend thousands of dollars to get their vehicle fix you would think that someone would speak to you as if you werent an inconvenience. I had never been there before and NEVER will again!! This George character makes you feel like he doesnt care for your business. I highly do not recommend this business based on this guy. Hey George, do me a favor and do not defend your lousy customer service with a reply. Folks, he was so bad I immediately walked out.

Firestone Algonquin is the only place I take my car. I have been a customer for several years. Their management staff is very friendly, professional, and honest. I have never had a bad experience. We have 3 cars and all of them are serviced there. Don, Tim, and George have been great to work with. Their technician/mechanics are very knowledgeable and hardworking. Mark usually works on my cars. I have never had to bring a car back after getting service there. I highly recommend Firestone Algonquin for your car needs.

I know people have mixed reviews about this place. I have been going there for over 3 years now and I always found them to be very courteous. Don is a great guy and takes good care of his customers. The only thing Ill like to draw attention to is that the mechanics can probably be more attentive.

This place is an absolute joke. I would take my vehicle anywhere else but here.

Don and George were very understanding with everything going on especially bringing me in on a busy Saturday with me being off today. They did a wonderful job on performing my winter tire swap on 2012 Audi S4. Would highly recommend them again!

Firestone in Algonquin will lie and scam you. Last week we brought our Highlander to Firestone because the brake warning light was on. Later on, we got a call from George asking us how long were we planning on keeping our car? We asked him what was wrong, and he told us that numerous serious issues were wrong with the car. This was very hard to believe, since the only problem was the brakes. George wouldnt even allow us to drive the car out of their. We wanted to get another opinion. We told them to fix the most critical problems, because of the cost. They supposedly did the work. When we picked the car up, we found that the hubcaps were taken off and they refused to put them back on, even after we paid $1,500! We previously had Firestone service the car, just 3 months prior to the brake problem. No other issues were brought to our attention at that time. So, how could all of these issues suddenly appear? My advice ... go anywhere else to have your vehicle serviced.

The manager George is rude and arrogant. He also cussed at me for no good reason. I was going to have my vehicle serviced here but now I wont! I dont suggest this location because of his foul language and attitud. Only if I could give a ZERO! I will be reporting him to corporate.

I came in with a nail on my tire they took care of me thank you to technician Adam very helpful got me on my way when I didn’t have an appointment

Don at the front desk was so helpful when I came in for an oil change, let me know me brake pads were getting low but didn’t try to push me into buying new ones. He let me know we would monitor them and replace when necessary.

My Family and I have been going to this Firestone for many years. The sales adviser are very helpful and truthful on what you need. Plus they go above and beyond at time. I witness it 1st hand when i was in picking up my car. My car is always done early even though they might warn me service might take another day. Its difficult to find an auto service place you can trust. Well, look no further. I always feel like they give a fair and honest assessment of the car with zero pressure or up sell. I had a full synthetic oil change, tire rotation, and full inspection. Fully satisfied.

Store closed down and they didn’t bother to send a heads up on the cancellation of my appointment. Lost my business for sure.

When you start your day with a flat tire its good to know you have Firestone opening at 7am (earlier than others) to get tire fixed professionally and as fast as they possibly can! Tim is always straight up on how long job will take (usually over estimates~good thing) got lucky no appointments got right on repairing my tire! Have never ever had to come back due to problem with patch leaking (have had this problem twice with place west of here!) knowing I can always count on these guys is nice makes for a bad start ending on a positive note! I will be back and recommend to everyone!

Came in for an oil change and tire rotation, service was fast and friendly. I would definitely recommend this location, Don at the front office was great as well.

I went to get gas at Thornton’s and after pumping the car wouldn’t start. I thought I push it over to firestone and have them look at it, but the car was locked in gear. I ran over there to see if they can help me. Right away I told the worker my situation, he grabbed his jacket and some tools. He walked over where my car was, took a look at it and had me jumped and started within minutes. He tested my battery on site, outside in frigid temps. Offered to put in a new battery ASAP as he knew I had to get to work. Great service. I recommend. Thank you

Store Manager Tim & Service Technician Adam were great! Very honest. I brought one of my vehicles in for a front end noise & alignment. Turns out one of my sway bar links was loose. They tightened it and performed the alignment, Noise is gone and vehicle is driving straight as an arrow! I wouldnt hesitate to come back for future servicing needs. Free WiFi.

I hate feeling like Im a burden when I visit a service facility and the staff at this place makes me feel like that. I was the only one in the storefront and the guy behind the desk didnt even look up or say hello or anything for more than 3 mins when I walked in. When I explained what I needed, that was met with a sigh and then he literally walked in the back without saying anything. Never again...

They were able to squeeze me in. Always friendly. I wish theyd stop asking to replace my cabin air filter for $50, though, when it takes 1 minute and the filter only costs $8.

George is a great guy. Whenever I take my car in him and his entire team do everything they can to accommodate and help me. I will always take my care there.

Came here for a tire rotation, but then they started changing my oil with the cheap stuff. Had to stop them because I had high mileage full synthetic and filter! Then they had to run out to buy some locally while I waited. At least they did that and were nice about it.

These guys invent problems to get more money out of you. At 80,000 miles, I took my Prius in because it was rumbling in the front end, with lots of tire noise. Firestone told me that all 4 of my struts were shot, that my tires were cupped as a result, and that I needed 4 new struts and 4 new tires to fix the problem at an astronomical price. I took it somewhere else for a second opinion to find out that there was a flat spot on the front tires from an emergency stop, and that the struts were fine. I replaced the two front tires and the problem was solved.At 140,000 miles, I took the car to the local Toyota dealership for an oil change, and specifically asked them to check the struts for me. 60,000 miles after Firestone told me I absolutely needed 4 new struts, Toyota told me the struts are still completely fine. Dont bother with these guys. I wouldve spent money to fix a problem that didnt even exist if I had listened to them.

Reasonable prices, professional service. One complaint: sometimes theyre too busy and you have to come back later. They also have WiFi.

If I could give this place a 0 I would. I recently went in there because my car was over heating. I thought it was my radiator cap so I went here because I have a warranty with Firestone for my radiator cap. They call my the next morning telling me I have leaking tubes and loose bolts and need a new temperature gauge and it was just a lie. I took it to this other place I usually go to and they told me it was just my engine fan. My car is running perfectly fine now and there was no leaking tubes or anything. Place is a rip off.

My son purchased 4 tires from these clowns. On his way home he noticed a funny sound coming from the rear of the car. We checked his lug nuts, one side was HAND TIGHTENED. He went back and they all but called him a liar and said he must have loosen the lug nuts. Yea that what people do, go home and loosen lug nuts. Sleep well

Be careful and look at your receipt after installing tires,If you bring wheels to have tires put on they will charge you a scrap fee of 14.99$ even if u did not bring any old tires,Never going back there,all they want is your money

Purchased 3 sets of tires over the years and needed my tires rotated on Black Friday . Called The service manager George and he told me they were busy all weekend. I called back 5 minutes later as a new customer and asked if they could get me in Saturday for a new set of tires and was told no problem we can get you in a 3pm. Not only did he lie, its obvious all they care about is selling tires and making money instead of having to waste their precious time on a free rotation and post customer service. Greedy liars and unprofessional business practices. I would never go there again and not recommend them to anyone. Stay away, their shisters!!!

Beware of the promises that these people make you and quite frankly if you dare to go here I would record whatever they promise you on the phone because theyre very dishonest and will change their story when you arrive to get work done when it suits them. I called them about an hour ago and I told them my car was pulling to the left and likely needed an alignment. Explain that my son goes to school in the mornings and that I would need to bring it in around 1 oclock either today or tomorrow. Originally I said I would come Friday, but then he said he could do it in the afternoon today, but I would have to leave the car and they would get it in when they could before close at 7 PM Well at 1:30 PM when I got there, he then changes his story and tells me that I could leave it if I want and take an Uber back home since no one could drive me home, but he wont guarantee he will get to it today! Unbelievable ! So I should be without my car for almost 6 hours and they cannot even get to an alignment by the end of the day even though he told me that he would get to it if I would drop it off. And I could potentially not have a car in the morning to drive my son to school? No way. Im thinking that maybe a more lucrative job popped in right before me and he decided not to keep his promise to me. I even asked him if I returned tomorrow and left the car if you would get to it tomorrow before seven since I was going out of town the next morning and he said no guarantee even the next day.Its very unlikely I will ever return to this place.. they lack honesty, organization, and sufficient help to get work done.

I used to go to Firestone only a couple of times, but then one day I took my car in for an oil change and then they told me I had an oil leak somewhere and asked if they could use their car oil dye to find out where the leak was. So of course I say sure.Took my car home and lifted the hood up to give this leak a little inspection myself. Just by my amateur eye I could easily tell this leak had nothing to do with my oil. It was my car steering fluid.I took my car in to another mechanic and he also agreed it was my steering fluid.Wasted a chunk of money on their dye. Who knows how much more money I would have wasted.

Came in on monday for an alignment ( I have life time alignment ), they broke my bolt and told me I need a new toe arm, had to wait till friday to do it, after it was done I was quoted 250 dollars by Tim. The last thing I expected coming there on monday was paying 250 dollars for a part they broke and waiting 5 days to fix it, wont be coming back anytime soon!

Fair price for quick service.

They put my battery in and dint bolt it down so it tipped over and the acid did some damage to m y car. They denied it and refused to correct it

Worst tire shop,had tires shipped to there location called to schedule appointment on a Tuesday morning they said to call back on Thursday would get me in no problem call on Thursday they cant get me in until Saturday went and picked up tires and had a real tire installer put them on

Dropped car off at 12 o’clock took close to 4 and a half 5 hours to just get a set of tires put on during a non busy day.

They told me that they cant change my tires from winter to summer because I didn’t buy from them. What a bs!

Not worth going here . Never can get an appointment, even with days notice 2 workers with 5 car racks ? Plus they are not forthright with you and take advantage of you.
