We are very happy with our 2003 Azteck, and it runs perfectly! This is our first time to purchase a car we didnt see in person upfront, but we read positives reviews of this dealership and decided to give it a try. We contacted Nick, and he was very professional and patient, answering all of our questions and concerns. Also, he responded to all of our messages right away, so we have proceeded with the purchase within one day. Our car was shipped to us here in Michigan shortly after. I recently purchased a 2004 Lexus RX330 with just 68k miles on it.Consistent with other vehicles Ive seen listed by Boutique Motors, it was a single owner car with clean Carfax and ample service records. I was very pleased with my experience working with Nick. Since I was buying from Atlanta, he took extra time to walk me around the car for a live showing via Facetime. He pointed out the minor blemishes like a bumper scratch and a couple of door dings, which Ill be having removed shortly. Nick also arranged transport, which was very helpful and secured a second key for me, which was greatly appreciated. Since owning the vehicle, I have had to do a couple of repairs, which were disappointing, but not surprising given its age, and when I mentioned them to Nick, he responded quickly with helpful information about repair cost estimations. Overall, Nick has been responsive and helpful and has exceeded my expectations, particularly for someone buying a car from out of town. Im a big fan of high quality, low mileage, older cars as well as honest and responsive service...so I expect to do business with Nick and Boutique Motors again.

I bought a Buick Lesabre from Boutique Motors without seeing it in person. I was a little nervous but the car is better in person than in the pictures! It’s in like new condition. Nick was very helpful and coordinated shipping for me quickly. If I need another car then I’ll call them again.

They shipped my vehicle to Buffalo New York and it was as promised it was for my son and it was a birthday gift he was so excited I would recommend anyone that might be in the market for a new vehicle to do business with boutique motors !!! This was the first time that we ever purchased a vehicle online because you just never know and their website was incredibly helpful because they supplied a lot of nice pictures not many of these dealerships to do this often times you’ll see two or three for pictures and they’re not very clear and crisp.In any event my son was a static he loves his vehicle and will be doing business with our family in the future.

Before purchasing, I brought it to my mechanic on 31 in Crystal Lake and she said the car was very well taken care of and in great condition.The owner, Nick was very friendly and helpful and accommodating making sure the car is available for my prepurchase inspection. This is the first time I have ever written a negative review about a business but I felt it was important to make others aware before they make a purchase from Boutique Motors.First of all, we met the owner Nick and his wife and they seemed like really great, trustworthy people. We test drove a couple of vehicles and were interested in another vehicle but it was purchased by someone else, so we decided on another vehicle. We test drove it and thought it was perfect for our college student. Nick sold us on the fact that he has all vehicles inspected by a mechanic and any and all issues with the vehicles are fixed prior to selling them. I certainly take responsibility for trusting Nick and not taking the vehicle to a mechanic ourselves, but at this point it is what it is.We bought the vehicle for our college student and within 3 months, he was broken down on the side of the road for what appeared to be an issue with the transmission. We took the vehicle to a trusted mechanic and he discovered that there was an issue with the transmission and the drive axle and they needed to be replaced. All said and done, the repairs cost $2,000. The mechanic indicated that it was clear that someone attempted to do a temporary fix to the vehicle, which was done incorrectly and as a result ending up causing much more damage.In addition, there is a leak in the power steering with hoses that need to be replaced and some sort of valve leak (forgive me for my lack of knowledge about cars). We were told those could be put off for a few months.We tried calling and emailing Nick to discuss. We didnt ask him to do anything about it we just asked him to call us to discuss. Nick has not answered our calls or returned our emails or voicemails, which is very disappointing because he was well aware of our intention to purchase a second vehicle for him for our other college student. It has been a few weeks and still no return call/email, which speak volumes.If you purchase from Boutique Motors my suggestion would be to make sure you have a trusted mechanic due a full inspection of the vehicle.
