He was professional, knowledgeable of the particular vehicle I was looking to buy (a 2003 Ford Mustang SVT Terminator Cobra), willing to satisfy every request I made of him, and very transparent in response to my questioning. Mitch was a pleasure to deal with at every step of the way.I had the vehicle shipped from FVM to my home (I arranged this transport independently), and after putting several hundred miles on it over the last couple of weeks, I can say that its an awesome machine that never fails to paint a smile on my face! While there did appear to be a few more aftermarket parts on the vehicle than initially described (confirmed by my local Ford dealership technicians during an inspection), this older-yet-low-mileage vehicle still seems to be in all-around great shape.Buying a vehicle sight-unseen is a scary proposition under any condition, but I honestly didnt expect it to be this easy or turn out this well. If ever I find myself looking to do it all again, I think I know where Im going to look first!

Mitch and the team at Fox Valley Motorworks were remarkable from the moment I pulled into the parking lot. I traveled about an hour and a half to look a truck and wasn’t 100% set on purchasing it before I came. Mitch went out of his way to move some vehicles around inside the indoor showroom so that I could get a better look at the truck and despite the rainy weather outside not knowing if I’d buy the truck or not, he had no problems with me taking the truck out for *TWO* test drives. Drove down from WI recently and purchased a very clean car from Fox Valley Motorworks.This is not your typical dealership and that’s a good thing!!!Mitch is very low pressure, and gave me all the time I needed to inspect the car. He patiently answered all my questions regarding the vehicles options, warranty, etc. He’s very knowledgeable with his products.If I lived closer I’d stop by just to talk cars for a bit!

This is NOT your typical used car dealer. The first thing you will notice is the selection of cars - exotics, muscle cars, eclectic and more. Of all that were in inventory at the time we bought, all were in very good condition and meticulously detailed. I would hate to buy something that I would have to spend time correcting surface finish issues, waxing and bringing the car up to my level of satisfaction as soon as I brought it home!The next difference will be in the patience and relaxed shopping environment. Mitch knew the history of the car and could explain any questions about the CarFax that he gladly provided. He did everything he promised to do to get the car ready for purchase. We left open the possibility of a trade, and the price of the car he sold us did not change based upon this option.If I am looking for a used car in the future, this will be the first place I check and I live over an hours drive away. I think that says a lot.

I purchased a 2018 Mustang Roush RS2 from Mitch a couple weeks ago. I could not have asked for a smoother transition! The car was in immaculate condition as described. I called inquiring about the car and ended up putting a deposit down that day. I drove 3 hours from central Indiana to look at the car a couple days later and ended up driving the car home that day. It was a very smooth process from test driving the car to getting the paperwork done to driving it home. I would definitely recommend this place and Mitch to anyone!
