The customer service has been fabulous and they have offered me great deals saving a lot of time getting refills. Though there was one incident. I called them asking for refills but their answering machine kept repeating the same question even though I answered each time! This wasted much of my time being a straight A student and a immigrant I had more important things to get to. Im very disappointed. Their answering android finally worked only to be told I had zero refills. This process took me in total 59 minutes and 59 seconds:(

Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I called to get some questions answered and to straighten some things out, the lady on the phone, Shital, had a terrible attitude and kept on cutting me off before I could finish any sentence. learn how to speak to customers!!

Went for a covid test because I am flying out of country. Set my appointment online. Was told to have my ID and insurance card ready. They didnt ask for either. Just my name, birthday, and the registration number. Also there sign was knocked down to say what lane to be in. I went into the wrong lane and was told I needed to pull around again. Lines were long and I had already waited 10 min. Then had to wait another 10 min in the other line. I was there on time for my appointment but the lines made me late. Also they damaged my car because they let the drawer out too fast and it hit it. Ugh. Very disappointed in this place. Definitely need more organization and signage.

Needed a COVID test for short notice international travel and wasn’t able to get an appointment online. The pharmacist I spoke to was wonderful and worked with me to ensure I could get a test in time for my travel.

Store used to be good but it has fallen off, right now I have been sitting on the phone for 30+ minutes just to get a prescription status. Employees seem rushed, snippy and overwhelmed. Looks like the rumors of CVS understaffed stores is true here.

Karachi Kebabs is better than CVS Lake in the Hills. SADDAAAAAM

Unfortunately, after a nearly a year of good service I am currently as I am writing this on hold for the Pharmacy and it is over 20 minutes on hold without one person answering. They must have some staffing issues today. Maybe I should be more patient. It looks like I will try a different CVS or have to try Walgreens in the future. Disappointing since they have seemed so friendly and helpful in the past. 6/14/19 2:08pm central time. After 23 minutes they finally answered.

I had the flu, called the pharmacy to see if my prescription was filled they indicated they had not received it yet, but said when they do they would fill it quickly. About 15 minutes later CVS pharmacy called back and said they received the order and would be ready in 15 minutes! By the time I got there it was ready to go.Tamiflu seems to be working it’s magic against the flu! It’s expensive, but worth it! Highly recommend it and CVS LITH

I really just need to give a shout out to Angie and the entire team at CVS Pharmacy in Lake in the Hills. My Mother retired recently and was switching from Caremark to Medicare. They worked so diligently with me for five days on an issue with an end of coverage date that was incorrect, etc. They were amazing, and because of them we saved well over $600 dollars. Thank you so much CVS for your diligence and patience - I appreciate everything you did for my Parents! :-)

First off this is the most inconvenient location I have ever seen The entrance is not clearly marked and I had to drive quite a distance to get back to it. Secondly the signs on the door state they were giving flu shots and after all of that....they didn’t even have any!! Don’t waste your time. Go to Walgreens. CVS has permanently lost a customer. I will be sure to tell everyone I know.

This CVS pharmacy is the best. There is now one closer to me, but I still drive the extra few miles for this pharmacy. They are extremely professional, fun and willing to help.

This is easily the worst pharmacy Ive ever dealt with. Ive never had a prescription filled without a issue on their end. Countless times they claimed they never received it. Bear in mind I work in the doctors office who called them in and a handful I called in myself. The last straw was their failure to notify me of a prescription refill that when I went in to pick up was apparently out of stock and they claimed to have contacted me, which they never did. Avoid this pharmacy at all costs, they arent worth the time or aggravation. Staff is incompetent.

Everyone there are always very helpful and patient, and always know me by name to say hello.

I dont know where people are getting their information, but this is my CVS! 8-).. Sam, Angie in the pharmacy, and the rest of staff are fab. Glad to have you around.

Worst customer service I had ever had at a Walgreens

This pharmacy is a disgrace. I had 3 prescriptions sent in from my doctor and Im now on my 4th visit to try to get the prescriptions filled. If I ever get this last prescription....Im never going to this location again. I recommend that no one goes there.....very unorganized!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If I could give the pharmacy a 0 star rating I would. Went to fill a prescription and they denied me of my refill because I wasnt in their area yet the had an old address of mine in their system still(which they wrote down on my script), and they never bothered to ask me for an ID or current address. If you try and get your pain meds filled here, they will look for any excuse to f**k you over and deny you or make you wait days. Waste of time going here.

Drive through RX usually takes forever and the techs have a hard time with the CVS app that is supposed to speed it up.

Refused to take my prescription insurance card that Ive had no problem using at other CVS locations.

Over priced scripts. 50% cheaper @ Wall greens NEVER DUE BUSINESS THEIR AGAIN...ROBO CALLED TO DEATH........

Management team member was not very helpful. Rang me up on training register number and certainly acted like it.
