Ok I may go back to get a reclining sofa I saw if its still there. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Robert was very helpful at first. When it came down explaining the plan and what I needed to know regarding the account I just opened he was clueless. He then proceeded to tell me I could come back later to add a piece of furniture on my plan that I was not sure about while there and his story totally changed when it came time to adding it. I must say I was really upset about this because I can’t purchase this piece until I pay off account. To this very moment I still don’t know when to pay my monthly bill.

All of these stores are the same. The furniture is total garbage. I have found better furniture the the trash. Bought a couch. Lasted three months. The replaced it with a new one out of the box and that also broke in four months. I want $800 back and will see them in court. I walked in and thought where was everyone then Justin walks through the door and 20 minutes later I had purchased what I went for on store credit with zero down on a 6 months plan. I hope my review remains the same upon delivery next week.

Love this place I have bought a lot of items here bought a mattress a year ago had a problem with it recently. and the manager John took very good care of me and got me a new mattress and had it brought it to me. Justin my salesman is awesome would not use anybody else but Justin he always takes care of me and makes the whole process smooth and easy. any problems Ive ever had they made sure to fix them for me.

I went with my friend to look for her a bedroom set. We looked around and saw a lot of nice set. Steve came over to assist us and was very helpful. She got the perfect set along with a mattress set and was extremely satisfied with her purchase. Steve gave several options and very attentive while she decided. Bought king size bedroom furniture as a wedding gift for son & wife 2 weeks ago. This was the first storage bed I could find with real wood and dovetail drawers, lovely, exactly what they wanted and even had some velvet lined drawers and USB ports in headboard! Said they would deliver in 2 weeks. Customer service followed up several times and the delivery was on time as promised. The two gentlemen put it together very efficiently, cleaned up the trash from boxes and took it with them. Perfect! I have found my new furniture supplier. My son and wife love the furniture and are very happy with it.

We had been looking for a new couch and went to several places before coming to Badcock. This location had a great selection along with very helpful and nice staff. Additionally, the delivery guys were prompt and setup our furniture very quickly. I highly recommend coming to this Badcock if youre in the market for new furniture.

I wish I could give them a negative stars. Badcock is a rip off. You are better off going to Rooms to Go or Ashley Furniture to get. I bought a leather sofa from them a year ago and I bought insurance with it. The seat started to rip. Called them 3 weeks ago to have them come out and fix it. It took 2 weeks for them to come out and look at it. Then it took them one week to call me about it. They had the nerve to say it was cracking. I hate them. Whats the point of getting insurance, if you cant use it. Dont ever go here. They called me a year later to say, the manufacturer doesnt make the part anymore. So they wanted to give me store credit ($284), the sofa cost more than that. And I would have to pay extra for delivery because they are picking up the old sofa. To funny, I told them to shove it.

I had a bedroom set delivered for my daughter a week ago, just found out that my mother in law purchased her bunk beds like she wanted. I call to see if they would take back their band new bed and was told I only had 3 days to change my mind... Are you serious? I explained to the customer service rep that I was informed that I could take up to 15 days. Long story 3 days is definitely not enough. But now I know so Ill stick with Room to go.

Willie at Babcock is disrespectful. I have a defective stove and my bed is btoken. He just repeated no returns and hung up on me. This is scary. The woman that answered the phone had zero charisma...I like most of the people at this store...but I just want to give everything back...yes even my lovely sofa!

Badcock Furniture & More has been here for me and my family since 1997. Their customer service is excellent. The Store managers are great. I love Badcock. I have never been turned down when I have gone to make a purchase.

The Merchandise is Brand New. BadCock Furniture Refuse to accept return or exchange. They are NOT helpful at all. Wish I could give 0 Star or Negative Stars. Was planning to go back there to shop, but Never again! Now I’m stuck with a Brand New merchandise that I can’t even utilize! This unhelpful situation is So psychologically distressing!!! Great place to boost your credit

I absolutely do not know where to begin. I am am VERY big on service and poor service is definitely a deal breaker for me. From start to finish I just knew Id have an issue with this company and location. From the beginning our sales rep was extremely car sales-ish. Justin is just ok, however, we were just another number to him. On the day of delivery our furniture was supposed to be delivered between 2-6:40PM. The delivery driver came at 6:21PM, with no notice of informing us he is on his way, which is policy. We have not moved in the home as of yet so I would need to know when theyre on their way. Not too much notice at least 5min out being we live down the street from our new home. The weather wasnt that bad...however, the first thing he mentioned to me was the last customer canceled due to inclement weather, do you still want us to deliver?. I said sure go ahead. He then proceeded to ask me am I sure? Your furniture could get damaged. I replied, isnt the mattress covered by plastic? He then stated water can still sea through, the last customer canceled. The deliery driver just never wanted to deliver the furniture, His shift was ending and it was raining. I then called this ridiculous location and spoke to the manager Josh,John whichever his name. He pretty much was defending the driver. Once you sign the contract, they dont care at all. Trust me Im the customer you never want to get on their bad side. I will as far up as I have to to be heard. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!! I just purchased furniture from city furniture and eldorado.....5 star service there. I would say badcock say stay away from badcock and this location especially. I mean the name alone of this company seems not trustworthy.Val A.
