USA Grill And Patio rescued us from a bad situation. Our contractor built us a beautiful looking grille. Unfortunately we encountered several problems. The most recent resulted in the interior structure of the grill catching on fire. Instead of fitting the grill into a metal casing. Our old contractor used fire resistant board and made a box for the grill. In theory this sound fine but the reality is not. This board was secured by screws which were drilled into a wood frame (wood frame is the second problem). When screws heat to 350 degrees they can ignite wood (thats what happened). I woke up in the morning to see smoke billowing from my grill (I had definitely turned the grill off the night before). Fire department was called and there was a lot of damage, the heat registered 450 degrees. On a friends recommendation we called USA Grill And Patio. They came right over, gave us a VERY reasonable price and within 2 days the structure was fixed and retrofitted for a fireproof metal sleeve and the new grill was installed and tested. They even gave us tips on grilling, how to detect gas leaks and what to do in various situations. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM-DONT LET YOUR CONTRACTOR CONVINCE YOU HE CAN BUILD A GRILL-GO WITH SOMEONE WHO DOES ONLY GRILLS AND BE SAFE! Before and After photos.

Guy and his team were truly experts in both sales and installation. Our new grill is perfect for our new patio! Guy was very knowledgeable about how to make the grill fit into our opening. He went out of his way to make sure it not only fit perfectly, but that it was also looked beautiful!

I was headed down for the week flying in late Saturday July 4th. I contacted them to see if they had a Green Mountain Davey Crockett in stock. I paid for it and they held it and met me on Sunday, July 5th so I could use over the weekend even though they were closed. I greatly appreciated them going the extra mile and coming in. Excellent service and we love our outdoor kitchen! We live in Abacoa and had multiple estimates from other outdoor kitchen companies. I always thought that putting a $30k kitchen in our neighborhood was excessive and we never would recoup the value. Guy set us up with a ready-to-assemble unit that is beautiful and was more than I could expect. It was affordable and it certainly completes my backyard.
