SLOW AND DIRTYSLOW...I arrived at the Walgreens Pharmacy located at 10th Ave, N. and Dixie Hwy in Lake Worth Beach @ 8:55am to pick up a prescription. I was second in line...they opened at 9:00am. I didnt leave until 9:25am. They are always slow and often borderline rude. It took me 15 calls over two days to get through to them on the telephone to get my Rx refilled. They are a nightmare.DIRTY...This location has NO pride. The parking lot is always filthy...I believe the must wait for rain and wind to clean it. There were empty cans, bottles, boxes, masks, cigarette butts and pieces of whatever everywhere. The outside looks like a battle zone. There are more often than not people asking for money when you try to enter and exit the store...not upset with them, but it is just the entire experience. Ive been going to this location for two-years because it is close to where I live. I transferred my prescriptions to Publix today.

Well maintained and stocked store with pharmacy. Staff is courteous and location is convenient for Lake Worth residents. Lose77.com

Oh My God...The reviews here are amazing and absurdThe staff in the store are wonderful. The pharmacy..yes..you have to wait sometimes.The drive through is a drag sometimes. So just leave and come back later. Or drop offand take a hike. Or just go home and pout. I have been using this pharmacy and the store 10 years. These are good honest hardworking people. What a bunch of whiners these reviewers are...My only sorrow is that I cant see their beautiful smiles due to our masks...I miss them all.Geez

The pharmacy technicians responsible for my prescription was very rude. Prescription was dropped off at 9am and it had been past 3pm and it had not been filled yet. My mother was in so much pain waiting for her prescription and no sign of the prescription being ready. I am so infuriated in the costumer service provided by these people that are in the medical field who are supposed to help the sick, but instead make it harder for them.

I waited for over 50 minutes and was told to hold by the pharmacy 4 times, after 50+ minutes they could no longer put me on hold and hung up on me. I called right back waited over an hour until they could no longer keep me on hold and they hung up again. I called a 3rd time and after 20 minutes someone answered. The pharmacy is grossly understaffed, tell you to hold with no intention of taking your call, and there’s no excuse for a pharmacy to take over 2 hours to answer the phone. Seriously, terrible pharmacy.

This pharmacy is so appalling :(.... Completely incompetent after dropping off my prescription at 11:30am and called at 2:30pm only to find out that they havent done a dang thing about filling it nor have no bloody recollection of receiving the script in hand by me! So moronic and uncalled for when someone is in chronic pain waiting for literally nothing and shouldnt have to follow up as a customer.

I would give zero stars if I could. This is the worst pharmacy ever. Run dont walk away from this place. First I waited 20 minutes in the drive through just to be told that they will take my RX and information however I have to come back tomorrow due to they are closing. So the next day after work on a Friday I arrive for my medication and I am told that they have no record or prescription for me. Then I told them what happened the day before and the find my Rx however they say that my doctor wrote something incorrect on the RX and wont fill it. They said they tried to call the doctor but couldnt get through so they gave up. I asked them why they didnt contact me, I would have driven to my doctors office. Now I have to go the whole weekend without my medication. This pharmacy just doesnt care about their patrons health or wellbeing.

Multiple times I have dropped off prescriptions and they have either lost or misplaced them. They are monthly refills and it takes them over a month to fill. Most recently they lost both for a month. I went in they found one and they said I never dropped the other one off. I asked to speak to a Managment and they lied to me about a manager not being in the store. I found him and he did nothing. Most unprofessional pharmacist and store I have ever been too they should all have there license taken away. I will be making formal complaint to high management. They STEAL PRESCRIPTIONS!!!!!! Be careful.

Worts place ever, bad costumer service. I went there this morning for 2nd time and the lady told me if I do not have an appointment I have to wait until the first appointment shows up…. What happen if that person never comes, for how long do I have to wait ??? And all the explanations with bad actitud and rude …. It’s a lie people needs Appoiments to get the shut

I love Walgreens, from their Pharmacy to the grocery store and everything in between their coupons and reward card, have been going there 4 years, I recently moved to Lake WorthI, I would rather drive back down to Delray before going back to that store again! I have given them about three weeks of chances,Pharmacy is absolutely rude, Ive never seen the same cashier twice, not properly trained before left alone, the coupon machineBarcode does not print on the coupons, since I moved here 3 weeks ago so they are useless, one of my favorite things about Walgreens,several times I bought expired product and they give u such a hard time about refunds or exchanges, like its my fault their products are bad,Thats if they even have it, out of a lot of products, They do not honor their sale signs,PLEASE Walgreens send this store some HELP, they desperately NEED it, Just a few positive changesCould really make this Walgreens great againThank you

Denise, the pharmacist, was both professional and caring. She looked up my vaccination history in order to provide the recommended drugs that needed a follow-up. I didn’t feel either shot that Denise administered ! Thank you !

Had what couldve been a huge issue when a package of live betta fish meant for me (who lives an hour away from here) was accidentally delivered to this store, but I just have to say THANK YOU to the manager & staff who were so helpful in making sure the fish were okay and ended up where they belonged! Everyone I dealt with was very kind and Im very appreciative of how they handled everything. Thank you again!!!

The drug store has a great variety of products (okay, Im from Brazil and I never saw any kind of drug store before like this... in Brazil the drug stores suffer several restrictions).Unfortunately I had a problem with the receipt, where it said that I would be able to get reward points but when I went to the cashier... well, he didnt find anything.The store should hire more people (can be me? Im looking for a job for months...), because its evident that theres a shortage of employees to attend the customers.The prescription drugs are extremely easy and practical to pick up... just download the app, ask the refill and go! In Brazil this is really terrible, a sovietic bureaucracy. I loved the woman that attended me when was the last time I picked up my drug.Walgreens, hire more people (or put robots)!

WORST PHARMACY EVER!!!!! Every time I have gone through the drive thru, I was completely ignored! I waited 30 min, with only 2 cars ahead of me., who both left without service. Then I was forced to to go in an wait another 15 min, just to be told they dont have all my meds!! Once I sat in drive thru, for 15 min, while a pharmacist sat there playing on her phone, watching us. She did not help one costomer. Very proffessional! This place is so understaffed.

Lazy and lier employee, didnt want to sell me propane he first said they were out when they had plenty outside, then said he couldnt go out. I had to wait for 20 minutes until he decided to come out after we had paid for it.

The pharmacists was extremely rude and acted like a simple question on over the counter medicine was a bother. she didnt speak English well and the tech translated for her. Once she walked away the tech apologized for her behavior.How does someone obtain such an important position but doesnt speak ENGLISH?

I had a coupon for training pants and showed the coupon to the lady at the register who only looked for a second and said nope only applies online when in bold letters it says redeem in store or online. Get employees who can read. 🙄

Online it says the pharmacy is open until 9pm... The pharmacy closed “early” on Friday night. I was there at 7:25pm and now I have to wait two more days because apparently they are closed on the weekends....

The pharmacy staff and management at this Walgreens were extremely rude, unprofessional, and stereotyping someone for the type of medication recieved. They treated us with such disrespect that I will never have my prescriptions filled here again. You honestly never know what someone is dealing with and for the pharmacist to be so judging, belittling, and accusatory I was definitely appalled. I will not step foot in that Walgreens again.

That black pharmacist with the fake colored hair is the rudest pharmacist/Walgreens employee I’ve ever met in my life. She told me she didn’t have my meds (despite the text message I got 2 days prior) and she told me to come back at 10pm before they closed. I came in at 930pm and they were closed. I’ll call everyone I can to complain about this. I am now forced to go to the emergency room to get bipolar meds so I don’t go crazy.

Normally I love to go walgreens whenever I need to make a quick stop. My grandmother wanted a certain cough candy (lauden honey licorice ) I called to make sure they had it in stock (online said that walgreens sold the brand) but was hung up on. Guess Im going to publix!

I’m not rating the store . This rating is about an employee named Luis I’m not sure if he knows it or not but he either has a bad tooth or he doesn’t use a tongue scrubber when he brushes his teeth . I left walgreens with no nose hair and my eyes were full of tears please someone inform this young man that he needs to use is walgreens dental insurance.

The worst Pharmacist I have ever dealt with asked to call the doctor about every prescription you take in there and questioned you and asked you questions about your meds that she doesn’t need to know and it’s none of her business I understand that she’s a pharmacist and is filling my medications but there still some questions that you don’t need to ask

I have been carrying my sons prescription there for about more than 2 years and today they tell me that I have to go to another pharmacy in the county where I live because that pharmacy is in Lake Worth and they cannot fill it to me when they have always dispensed my medications of my son there, only this time the prescription was given to me by his pediatrician and not by the neurologist. The prescription is legally written by his pediatrician, it is not altered nor is it for illegal purposes, it is a medicine for my sons condition that he needs and whether the neurologist or the pediatrician is valid. I do not recommend that walgreens to anyone, terrible service they make you wait and when you call they leave you waiting and then they hang up the call. With me they do not earn anything or that pharmacy no Walgreens, they should be ashamed that with so much name and such a well-known chain they have such bad service and with the staff that it seems they gave them the license.
