Jonathan at the Lake Worth store was short and condescending. When explaining what the setting should be to make my phone work I didn’t follow what he said and did because he did it very rapidly. when I asked him to slow down and explain again he said basically “ I am the professional, trust me. You will never understand anyway. So just do what I said.“ When I pressed him to just show me what he was doing slowly, and explain why, he wouldn’t. He simply said “I already showed you.” Poor customer service.

Sam is honestly the best him coming from a HISPANIC background especially being from my home DR he really understood me and my wants. I give him 10 stars if google would let me. Vanessa is also the sweetest girl! She really helped Sam out with things he wasnt too sure about! They are amazing! Love the store and the vibes. Sometime the people who are ignored are the ones with bad vibes..

We are very VERY disappointed in this store. I went in around June 17th to inquire about the promotion to switch over completely to T-Mobile from sprint. The promotion included an $800 credit and both our phones were eligible. Sam did seem very helpful in providing the information so I came back with my husband the next day and we decided to go ahead with the process. One thing that was annoying is how many times he had to ask me for my phone # and pin. He finally wrote it down. Then there was some type of glitch in the system and he said it should be fixed in about 24 hrs and he would call me when we could proceed. No call for days so I ended up calling 4 times between June 26th and July 1st. Finally got a hold of him and his excuse, “I didn’t have your phone #”! He then said he would try to put it through and would call me back. Guess what...he never did. Now I find out that particular promotion is over. Thanks Sam....for nothing😡

The manager here is absolutely the worst. Michael has no follow-up skills. He told me he would contact me about my promotion issue; he has never reached out. I’ve called the store multiple times and his employees say he is not in. What kind of manager is never in his store? What a shame. I feel bad for his employees a manager who can’t manager. What a shame.

Employee claimed the manager was on a conference call and I was sitting in my car and he came out so I decided to watch him and for 20 minutes he was outside vaping! That’s how he spends company money! If I was his boss I would be ashamed. 20 minutes smoking where customers can clearly see you and you have your employees lying and telling customers your busy on a conference call!! If he’s spending 20 minutes outside for one smoke break how many 20 minute smoke breaks does he take per shift? It’s sad that people try to take advantage of their companies. If you are going to smoke do it where customers can’t see you it’s the most unprofessional thing.

The manager (short, Caucasian man) I forgot his name. He is very rude to Hispanic customers. I understand that Spanish is not your first language but you are in a Spanish area!!! How dare you make a joke with your employee that “they should learn English” even your employee was uncomfortable with that joke. I am calling corporate because your behavior is unacceptable. DO NOT GO HERE UNTIL THE MANAGER FIXES HIS ATTITUDE!!!!!

Gaby at your store went above & beyond she explained everything to us and set everything up for myself and my fiancé. Gaby is extremely knowledgeable, courteous and professional. We were extremely impressed with her knowledge and understanding. We will definitely be recommending T-Mobile to our friends and family. I was a lollar AT&T customer for over 25 years. I never received great service from them like Gaby gave us.

My husband and I went in to this location looking to update our phones and to purchase an Apple Watch, they did not have the watch I want so the MANAGER (Marcus) drove to another store to pick up the one I really wanted! Amazing! The service there was outstanding!! Jessica was super nice and very helpful!

My boyfriend and I drove two of our friends to this t-mobile to port from a different company because we heard the reps were nice: we were wrong. First, the manager was SUPER rude, he had the fake nice act but me and my boyfriend stepped out twice to get coffee and to grab something from the car (because it was a long activation to switch all the stuff over from one phone to the next) he said, to the customers WE BROUGHT HIM, he didn’t like that we kept walking in and out and even went out of his way to say what store do those two work at (he knows we work at phone stores) so that he can walk in and out of our store multiple times. We brought him the customers so that his store can get commission and phones sales and he was rude about it. He’s the manager and he’s supposed to be setting the example for his reps and he did the opposite. On top of that, he was BREATHING down the neck of the girl helping our two friends out. He kept jumping in to her sale, talking while she was talking, and almost questioning her to see if she was doing something wrong. I work at a phone store and I know how uncomfortable that is, he should believe in his reps enough to be able to activate a phone without him questioning their every move. Completely disrespectful comments and I’m very unhappy. Will never recommend this t-mobile to anyone again. (My boyfriend works at t-mobile and instead of going to his own store for him to get the commission we brought them here to this store and were treated completely out of line by the manager with comments behind our backs). Also, I called to voice my complaint and they basically said it was my fault and that their petty comments weren’t meant to be rude. This is completely unnaceptable coming from a CORPORATE location.

Was looking for a reliable company that has good representatives that are willing to help and was so surprised once I visited the T-Mobile store in Lake Worth. I was confronted by a employee named Vanessa who was so helpful during the full process of switching to T-Mobile, I never once felt uncomfortable and she was able to discover a total solution that worked best for me. She is amazing at what she does and does everything with integrity

Love this T-Mobile I use to go to the one on 10th ave and Congress but this one is so much more closer to my house and in my opinion they get a lot more done. I love the energy of the people there. Super friendly. Alicia, Vanessa, and Marcus the Manger are the best in that store. They are VERY knowledgeable!
