I love this place. The drinks, ice creams, etc are really good here. I stopped going there due to the lack of customer service. The owner is nice I’ve met him a couple of times but his staff not so much.

Very outstanding ice cream shop! I love coming here. Customer service is great and friendly. I’ve been coming here for years and haven’t complained once, this is the only ice cream shop I go to. The ice cream is delicious and tasty along with the tropical drinks and esquites they have!! Highly recommend.

Bad customer service. Stopped in today around 1:30. Patiently waited behind a lady he was having a conversation with. When it was my turn he rushed me. I wanted to ask him about his cones & flavors he’d recommend. When I told him I wanted ice cream (I thought he’d go where it is to see what kind I wanted) all he did was point at his displays and starred at me until I told him what I wanted. I looked at the reviews and sure enough there was a review just like this.

The ice cream and popsicles are delicious. Home made popsicles are great. Small business and limited parking. Siting is available outside. The only thing is that its a bit pricey. We were a total of 6 friends, each got a popsicle and we paid about $30.

Ice cream is good but theyre negatives to last experince. Keep in mind, there is a pandemic. The lady did not use gloves nor wash her hands after recieving and giving back change. I asked for a banana split and she touched my banana with her hands! and icecream spoons. I stared at her for a minuite but did not complain but i will not go back for these reason. It is the best ice cream ive had, im just sad i have to look for a place that follows the guidlines.

This is NOT the place to go to if you want to be treated with good customer service. The owner is extremely rude and VERY impatient.

This man was rude from the moment we were rushed in the door. He was very impatient with only two customers waiting outside behaving as if we were holding up 10+ people. He didn’t give us more than 20 seconds before getting nasty and impatient. I really loved coming there ever since I was a girl, but this ruined my family’s experience. We will never return unfortunately. Great ice cream though.

HORRIBLE customer service on my first time ever going. The employee told me I could get two scoops of ice cream for a small serving. Since it was my first time there, I was indecisive. The arrogant owner cuts in and says I could only get one scoop after all. Its a tiny place for so much arrogance. If I could give less than a star, I would.

RUDE! SAD!!! This place apparently doesnt need your dollar.This a Mexican ice cream parlor. I took my family to have ice cream recently on a hot day. The shop has flavors that are foreign to us as we are not from Mexico. We asked to sample their flavors and we were told that was not allowed. I told the server that our group was not familiar with the flavors and that we were not about to order something that we may not like. The owner/manager was present and he quickly interjected. He said he was certain we would like whatever we ordered. I said I was not sure about that especially with my children. He added that I did not like his policy, I could take my business elsewhere. We quickly left.

Him being the owner he needs to show respect for his customers that’s why I am not going back .If I am going to spend money, I will spend it in a place that treats me with respect not be disrespectful like him .

Never came back to this place, customer service is lousy. The young woman with denied hair has no education or respect if you do not like to work, do not work and stay at home. You come to spend your money on your business and they come off treating the customer badly. If you want a better experience, I recommend that you stop by Charlie’s, which is on the corner.

I liked to go to that place, for the very rich products and everything, but I will not go again since I received a bad treatment from a woman with black hair and apparently the owner of the establishment a man of short stature and with many tattoos in his arms a terrible education that he has making sarcastic and offensive comments I WILL NOT RETURN TO THAT PLACE

Good product, quality service, recommended to enjoy with the family ice cream, popsicles, skis etc!

I just liked that if they use gloves or tenasas to grab the ingredients but hey happens to anyone 😉 you learn from mistakes I loved it and that if both the girls and the product when it comes out I know it will be perfect 👌
