I am less stressed now that I am not constantly asking people to repeat same thing thing multiple times. I had a hard time understanding my daughter because of her higher pitched little girl voice. Now she can talk with me as much as she wants.....which turns out to be a lot. Btw....I love going out for hikes with my hearing aids in. The woods sound amazing. These hearing aids are not even noticeable to my students. Thx Dr Wilkins.

The Dr was amazing as was all of the staff. They were very caring and compassionate and listened to my concerns. I cannot say enough good things about this place. You will not be disappointed.

Dr.Wilkins was very kind from the start. Even when calling to make the appointment the receptionist that answered the phone was great, I was able to get in for the next day. I arrived early and did not have much of a wait time before I was seen. Highly recommend!

An outstanding practice. The perfect combination of professionalism and friendliness. The latest technology and skill set. I left feeling very comfortable I was in the very best hands.

My main concern with my hearing is tinnitus that had worsened over this past year. After a check up by Lakeland regional they advised my hearing was somewhat changed along with the ringing and they did not have the resources and devices to help me and referred me to Aspire. The visit to Aspire was good with presentation and issuing of hearing devices to assist in my issue with hearing certain balances of human speech. Very polite and detailed about what was going on. However my original concerns to this date have not been met and have for all intended needs I feel have been pushed aside? I have done extensive research over the last year about tinnitus treatments which used various form of concepts other than masking the problem. Which it seems is the only thing Aspire could do is present masking or hiding ideas. Playing sounds, music and other things as a distraction other than a treatment or further research in it. The ringing in my ears continues and there are nights it is unbearable. Hearing was not my original problem the tinnitus is. Aspire helped in my hearing issue but respectfully that only. I am at a fork in the road on how to pursue this further.

I have to say Dr. Wilkins is one of the most professional and knowledgeable in her field. Cindy is always friendly and ready to help in anyway she can.Dr. Wilkins is always open to your questions and concerns. one of the best.

The best experience Ive ever had since getting hearing aids about 20 years ago. Dr, Wilkins conducted the most thorough examination, was cordial but professional, and has a wonderful personality. I will never go to anyone else with my hearing problem. Her office staff could not have been more courteous.

Aspire has been a delight to work with. To start I was looking for a vendor who would be straight with me, no tons of marketing malarkey. They have exceeded my expectations. The available technologies were explained, not just theirs. The previous vendor I visited, my daughter said sounded like a bad used car salesman. My hearing test was examined and options and recomendations made in a clear manner, with the pros & cons associated withe each. This has been done while my assisted living facility was in lockdown. The devices chosen have lived up to their description, and all their we will have been not one carried out but exceeded. I highly recommend these folks, theyre tops.

Their audiologist is extremely knowledgeable and their testing is in depth. Your ear canals are measured for the perfect fit for your hearing aids, and yes its true, you can have one ear canal smaller than the other. Hearing aids arrived in just days and they are amazing! I would highly recommend Aspire for all your hearing needs.

Dr. Kayla was terrific. She was thorough and did a great job explaining my hearing test results. The only “fly in the ointment” was that one of her office staff had a terrible cold and cough and I felt that she was spreading her germs to everyone in the office and waiting area. With many of Dr. Kayla’s patients being elderly, I’m sure no one appreciated being exposed to those germs. I believe the office person should have been home in bed with a bowl of chicken soup.

Everyone was very nice and I waited 5 minutes before I was taken back. The doctor was wonderful made me feel at ease. I would recommend family and friends.

I loved Aspire! During my first appointment I got there several minutes late and unlike most docs, they were gracious and understanding. Dr. Wilkins makes you feel better just by walking in the room with her happy smile, and she inspires confidence. I have been to four or five audiologists over the course of my life, and Dr. Wilkins will be my one and only from now on.
