Brought my son in today for his first visit amd he was so pleased and happy with the care and attention they gave him. We have really been happy with this site! Most recently, my 5 year old daughter broke her glasses (of course during a pandemic!) and the staff there were super helpful in ordering her new glasses and replacing the lenses even with restricted hours because of the stay home order. They are super friendly and helpful!

I loved the doctor. She was amazing and talked through what was going on. I found the receptionist to be hurried and pushy: more interested in finishing then helping the patient understand. Overall would recommend due to the doctor but the receptionist gives me pause. I went back after a few years away and am remembering why I left and also how hard it was since the Dr. was so great.

The eye exam was extremely expensive. It was 3x what I usually pay. $240 for exam and contact fitting. I was super shocked. Will not go back due to this. The staff was really nice but when asking about why it was so much the person reviewing the bill showed me the breakdown and told me I wouldn’t understand the items anyways.

We have been patients of Madison Eye Care for decades. They have treated us for routine eye exams, glasses, contact lenses and a family member that was diagnosed with glaucoma. We also had an eye emergency that they took us late for. Dr. M showed genuine concern and followed up the next day even though they didn’t have office hours. All the doctors have been kind and caring when dealing with young children and older family members with patience and humor when needed. I would highly recommend any of the doctors.

My first visit here and overall happy. The only thing I did not like was the option to have pupils dilated. I have always been asked if I want this done. First experience with this and did not like it especially when I had to drive 20 minutes home.
