Please improve the customer service experience on the phone. Grunting at the customer to clarify or verify specific services offered does not secure business.

DONT GO HERE! TERRIBLE WORK AND CUSTOMER SERVICE

The worst product as well as customer service ive ever encountered. save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else!!

I am a returning customer. I had a good first experience with them. I called them a week ago to order more trim. They took my order and credit card information and then never placed it. They were supposed to deliver today and when I called they said they never entered my order. I asked him if they would make it right and try to get it to me within two business days and they said no and that I was welcome to go elsewhere if I wasn’t willing to wait.

Good prices and get what you need for doors and trim

They tell you “somebody will call you today” to come measure the doors,but nobody calls you. For 4 days on the row i heard the same thing. Oh, did i mention that i am a returning customer? I understand they are busy, but not even the respect of a call? Very Poor customer care skills. If you want prompt service go somewehre else...

Really enjoy working with Custom Choice Doors. Emily has been great to work with. Shes been helping us out with our estimates and orders and has great customer service. Highly recommend them.

This has nothing to do with the business I have no clue about the business I just got ran off the road by one of their big trucks. The big truck shoving me into oncoming traffic while passing in front of Olympic college in Bremerton, ...I confronted them trying to see if they realized what they did and they proceeded to threaten me call me names flip off the middle finger and where trying to get me out of the car to fight. On top of them being threatening they were driving extremely unsafe without any care of anybody else on the road. The two gentleman driving the truck looked Hispanic. I know I wont get an apology from those two gentleman. But this company needs to be informed of what happened. I got the information from the side of the truck that ran me off the road.

I called for 2 days in a row and did not get a call back. One of there truck drivers are reckless on the road. Caused my coworker off the road on a small residential street causing her to break a mirror. They came with in inches of hitting her at a speed she was nervous about. The drivers left the accident with out giving info to the other driver. The company is refusing to even talk about it. Saying that since they did not make contact with our car its not there fault. They did not even take any info from me about the issue and just dismissed it as not there fault

This guy seriously just ran up on my bumper, and aggressively passed me despite the fact that I was doing the speed limit on hwy 101, in grays harbor. I dont know how their door work is, but scaring the daylights out of my pregnant daughter is not okay.
