I had all of the windows in my house replaced and I appreciated the consulting that they did because they actually steered me to a more cost effective option. It was definitely the right advice for my needs, because I’ve had my first batch of windows for 3 years now and I love them. When I needed to replace the last few windows in my house, I went with them again because they do great work, they clean up afterward, and the windows look just as nice from the outside as they do from the inside because of the capping that they do.

I love my new windows and doors! Professionalism from the sales staff to the installation crew, high quality products and reasonable prices. If there was a 6th star available I would give it to the installation crew that worked in rain and snow and left my floors as clean as they were when they arrived.

Integrity windows replaced some big old aluminum windows in my home. Cary was great to work with. And the crew was professional, on time and efficient. They cleaned up after themselves nicely and I love these new windows.

Tim sold me my front door and huge picture window in the past. It was a no brainier to call him again when I need bathroom,kitchen and bedroom windows. He is honest, can work within your budget and gives you every option. I changed my mind on two windows and called him late on a Saturday. He had all his notes and was happy to re quote me a price.

In an industry full of worthless bells and whistles, it is refreshing to deal with people that will help you identify what you need instead of selling things you don’t need.

Part of running an exceptional business, is providing good customer service. After several attempts to obtain a quote, the best I got was a request to e-mail pictures and dimensions of my project. Only to receive a response stating the whole window needs replaced with a 1k range in price. My additional requests for an in person estimate AFTER this were not granted and barely even responded to! Maybe my job was not worth their time?!? I cant comment on the quality of their products, or craftsmanship, but in my experience...there customer service was very disappointing.Update from 5/10/19Ive changed my review from 2 stars to 1 star based on the reply to my initial review from this company. The reply is misleading and inaccurate in an attempt to be viewed in better light based on my comments. Ironically the review reply is quite different compared to the e-mail response I received from the owner attempting to address my same issues. Perhaps I should post that? Just a few things to clarify.1.) I was never offered an in person estimate. I requested one several times with little to no response.The best I got was text me some pictures and dimensions which I did.2.) Perhaps YOU should check your e-mail records as my outbox shows messages sent on 3/3, 3/6. and 3/10 before I commented on the poor service on 3/18. I was given a reply to my e-mail on 3/6 probably only because I simply forwarded the same message from 3/3. No response beyond that, and the paper trail doesnt lie unlike your PR department.3.) Never at any point in my requests for an estimate was I advised that my location was outside of your service area. I was given your number as a referral from another contractor, so no research felt warranted on my end for only an estimate.Reading your reply makes me very disappointed seeing that your willing to try and make me out to be the bad guy in this situation. Your company dropped the ball and the noble thing to do would be to own up to it like you did in the private e-mail that was sent to me after I complained. Perhaps I should post that private e-mail since youve decided to be so fictitious in response to my negative review. Now a days online reviews are everything, and I suppose I dont blame you for trying to recover from some bad service on your part.

I have been waiting four months for my screens and it has been nothing but run around. I was told my screens were being fabricated months ago. Integrity told my management company that they installed them... that was a lie. I have lived in my apartment since April and have not been able to open my windows. Their name does not fit their service.

We have had all of the windows in our 1920’s home replaced by integrity since 2013, with the last 8 done in 2017. Everyone that works for them is friendly and top-notch. The installers are timely, courteous, and detail oriented. They were recommended to us by a friend in 2013 and couldn’t be happier.We did have window that was difficult to close about a year after being installed. They came out quickly to take a look and had replacement parts installed from the factory within a week.

I had windows put in about 2 years ago and love them! I was very impressed with the workmanship and the fact that they wrapped the outdoor window sills (no more painting!). I have and will continue to recommend Integrity Windows.

They installed a new back sliding door for us. Its beautiful, well finished, and well sealed. It noticably increases the light in the room!

I needed a storm door for the front of my house and thought it would be a pretty easy process to install - so I planned on just going to Home Depot and having them do it...after they measured they found it was too technical of an install for their skill level. I got in touch with Integrity and they did a great job at giving me an explanation of why the install would be difficult and what they could do. Because of some of the decorative molding around the front door, there would need to be a little bit of customization for the door itself. The owner worked with me each step of the way and set up the measurements, ordered the custom door and install. Jim, who came to do the install, was very nice and was done in about 2 hours - even though it was really cold/snowing outside. From first contact to install was only about 4 weeks which is exactly what the owner said it would be. I appreciate Integrity for their help in the door install and will look to them for future door/window needs.
