I specifically sought out a small and local business to support and Custom Sliding Barn Doors made me regret it. Their customer service is non-existent. I placed six calls into their office over the span of a couple weeks looking for updates, all with voicemails and didnt get a single returned call. This is also mean nobody answers the phone. I was finally notified about 2 weeks after the expected completion should have been.

The barn doors that were built for us by Custom Sliding Barn Doors are top notch and have a wonderful rustic quality to them. They are well made and the distressed look is fantastic! Customer Service is also top notch! I highly recommend Custom Sliding Barn Doors if you are looking for barn doors to dress up your home or office. We love my barn doors!

We did quite a bit of research prior to ordering a barn door and Custom Siding Barn Doors were by far the cheapest and most helpful in the buying process. Just because they offered a great price, did not mean the quality was compromised. The door is absolutely beautiful! We had such a large area to cover and that wasnt an issue at all as they make the doors custom. We love our door and highly recommend others using them.

This door is insane! It was specifically made for a space in my flip investment property. I needed a large opening covered with a statement piece and this barn door did the job. Very helpful service and a good quality door. We remodeled our master bath and no longer had space for a conventional door. This door ended up being a great solution and looks amazing! The installation instructions were mostly straightforward but definitely required some geometry. We are very happy with the final product.

We purchased custom barn doors for a project to move our laundry room to the upstairs level. The doors were used to conceal a closet opening that was used for the new laundry space and were a great compliment. My wife and I are moving into a new house and wanted a sliding barn door for the space between the master bathroom and the bedroom. The opening was to big to buy one of the door from Lowe’s or homedepot so I started to look only. So many of the websites had outrageous costs for the doors. I found a door I liked on the website and called to confirm the pricing. I was able to talk to Andre from custom sliding door and she answered all the questions I had and helped me make sure I was getting what I need the pricing was correct and they also have a location close enough (San Diego) by so I can pick up and not pay for shipping. Over all they have been great. Literally half the cost of some of the other websites :)

Love love love my door! I needed something to cover my office. I was in contact with them and I decided I wanted both sides of the door to be done. Both sides look amazing! We were looking for a specific custom barn door and unfamiliar with the process. The service staff here walked us through every step of the process. I had no idea there were so many options. I cant wait to share a picture once the door is installed. My contractor wanted to charge 3x what it ended up costing.

Terrible customer service. I ordered my door 2 months ago, They spin a wheel for excuses as to why I dont have it yet. Their office is supposedly 5 miles from shop and its been three hours of me waiting to get a tracking number. I was told 2.5 weeks ago that it would be shipped in a couple days. Still no information as to where my door is at. I keep getting excuse after excuse.
