Came home this morning from dropping kids at school to a garage door that would only open half-way. Called Retrak not very hopeful for a quick resolution. Neal responded same day (early even), evaluated options, replaced all necessary parts quickly and cleanly and for an extremely reasonable price. Professional, prompt, excellent service. Will absolutely use them again if needed in the future.

I called for a straightforward repair (broken door spring) Retrak gave me an honest fair quote over the phone. Other companies, would not give me a quote over the phone rather send someone out which I understand if it is complicated. Then when the other companies arrived their quote started at double of Retrak then did the ol let me call my supervisor from the truck when I said no or I need to get mores estimates and miraculously the quote started coming down. Repair was done in 30 minutes, could not have been more satisfied with Retrak service from beginning to end.

I’m so impressed by the custom service! I called Neal at 9:30pm to see if I could get a torsion spring fixed ASAP so I could get my car out of the garage for a 9:30am appointment. In a matter of minutes, he had me scheduled for 7:30am and was done within an hour. Reasonably priced, super friendly and knowledgeable. I’d happily recommend this business to anyone.

Neal is the go-to for garage repairs. He has tuned garages for my home and my parents properties. He is honest, reliable, and makes recommendations based on long term cost effectiveness. He noticed that the coils on the garage were in need at replacement at our new home. Ive used Neil three times and he is great. On a Sunday I had a spring break on one of my garage doors. He responded within a couple hours and not only fixed the door but made sure all the rollers and other components were adjusted and in great shape on both doors. All for a very reasonable price. After searching a few companies to service my off-balance garage door, I came across ReTrak. I must say I am pleased with the work Neil performed to get my old garage door back up to snuff and to code. I purchased a full overhaul to replace the springs, rollers, etc, and am very pleased with the work. I have young children, and the door didnt have any fail-safe mechanism in case the springs break. My springs were pretty much almost end of life, and now we have a 10-year warranty to back it all up. Thanks Neil!

Had two single door openers that were ageing.On had closure problems, so I call Neil. He came over in a few hours and replaced the bad one with a Liftmaster with all the bells and whistles in a couple of hours or so and thoroughly explained its operation very clearly.He looked over the other unit and decided it still had some life left in it.
