Tony from Puget Sound Doors & Closets was outstanding from initial concept to an exceptional install. He replaced all 17 of our interior doors and what an improvement, the whole house looks much better without the old hollow wood doors and bi-folds. The bi-folds took quite a bit more install work as Tony had said during the estimate but the results were well worth the efforts. Having all of the doors in the house match and high quality was our goal and it was met 100%. Very much recommend Tony and Puget Sound Doors and Closets.

What a fantastic experience it was working with Tony @ Puget Sound Doors + Closets. We hired him to both fix work that another contractor had botched, + to order new doors + frames. He goes above + beyond, knows his craft + attains perfection. We highly recommend this company, + their pricing is reasonable, too.

We are very pleased with our closet organizer. Our installer David was very professional and walked us through the process from demolition to installation to the final product. He cleaned up after himself which many contractors do not do! Lauren the office Manager was very pleasant and helped with all of my design questions. Tony was another person we worked with but found it very difficult to get answers from him on designs and emails back and forth. I would choose this company again for my storage needs and I would request that David come back.

Very long process for buying doors. I met with Lauren who has always been very pleasant to work with from communication to invoices to answering all of my questions. Tony was my estimator and installer. The time that it took from ordering doors to when they were actually installed was horrible. Tony said there was a 4 week lead time which actually turned into 6 1/2 weeks before the doors arrived to their office. One of my doors was damaged in the warehouse and instead of coming in and installing the good doors, Tony waited another 2 weeks for one doors to come in, which put my project at almost 9 weeks! This was very inconvenient as I had company and work. Lauren worked with me and handled everything wonderfully to meet my expectations. If you are choosing this company for your doors make sure you ask the lead times, work with Lauren and ask for a different estimator/installer and not Tony.Overall giving two stars for wait time and installation and I would give Lauren 5 stars.
