As with many Exchanges, its a great place to visit. This particular store is small, but still held several cool finds. The staff were courteous albeit on the reserved side, but it was a good experience. Parking for this location was difficult so plan ahead.

Love this place soemd most of my money here

This is a phenomenal store. They have great games, movies, and records. I got Piper at the Gates of Dawn by Pink Floyd and Remain in Light by the Talking Heads. They sound great on my player. Great sound quality. I would recommend this store if you like records, movies, and video games.

Just bought a switch carrying case. Not the best service which is odd because it’s usually great. The gentleman behind the counter wasn’t really receptive to helping me or his employee with questions that we had. Hesitating to even come over and using verbal cues to show his displeasure. Same thing when I asked for a bag. 😂.

All The Exchange are great. Been shopping there for over 25 years. That they have everything I need it. Stereos speakers game consoles movies all video games PlayStation 4 Xbox One I have both. And music most of all. Ty

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. CANT BELIEVE I STILL WALKED OUT SPENDING 420$ on a PS4. I unfortunately couldn’t look up my discount card. So I asked if I can use the father of my child’s card and the lady employee number : RM refused to do so. Here I am with a 2 year old in my arms spending hundreds of dollars on a ps4 to surprise the father of my child for Father’s Day and the lady NOR the manager could let me leave with a smile on my face. The manager walked away from the situationDidn’t even try to help the situation or use other options. Worse 400$ ever spent. Horrible service. I will never come here again. Very displeased and disappointed. I’d rather go to steelyard next time.

Used to love this store. Unfortunately they feel theyre smarter than the CDC. Requiring a mask for everyone regardless of being vaccinated or not. Cant imagine the business youve lost forever. No wonder youre being crushed by online and streaming sales.

I’ve come here multiple times and have always enjoyed it. I wish they had more Beatles vinyl like the other locations. Other than that, I called before hand for a CD and the employee kindly looked for it and put it in the front for holding. Love this place!

Find a private buyer for your items! They rob you blind by offering less than an eighth of what you item is worth even when its brand new in an unopened original package.

A great place to find classic 80s and 90s movies. Staff was more than willing to help no matter what they were tied up with. Very organized and clean, which is always a plus. They treated my 5 year old like a person and not a nuisance. I will continue to go back there often. Im a huge horror fan and 80s and 90s fan, every movie I wanted was available. Definitely 5 stars from me.

Rude employees. Politely called to see if I can shop without a mask due to my medical condition and they said I can not. Mandate says you must have a reasonable accommodation. They dont even have an available website. Dont give these people your money since there store policy supersedes the mandate they are supposedly following.

So much on sale that I felt a bit claustrophobic. But the LPs I bought were in perfect condition and very affordably priced.

If you’re in the city, this place is worth a visit because of all the items in the store. This is a smaller location than the others, but they still have a good selection here. Your odds of finding Apple products here are rather low however, but this location has its own specialty.Pros: Has a little bit of everything. CDs, DVDs, records, games, game systems, Apple products, accessories, and more.Has a good selection of dollar CDs.In Lakewood, this place is great for non-gaming media. There’s a lot of that to be had here.Can have some decent deals on Wii, GameCube, and sometimes DS systems from time to time.Cons: The smaller size may make it harder for some people to find items they’re interested in.Parking isn’t the best around here.Visit it if you’re in the area looking for something cool.

My best friend and I love going here! They have a great selection of movies, games, figures, and vinyls! I found a few older movies Id been having trouble finding in a physical store, and they were only $6.99 each! Couldnt ask for a better deal!

Their intent is to rip you off just like most businesses. They want something for practically nothing. if you want to trade something or sell it to them, STAY AWAY! They don’t know what fair or honest is.

I have been going to 5 different exchange stores for the last 7 years and I never have left so disappointed with the service. No one greated us and when we asked for assistance to grab an item that was within arms reach of an aisle she said, uhh cant do it, its closed off for a reason in the most disregarded voice imaginable. I said well Alright then we will take our business else where. Im super disappointed with lakewood location and I know they have great staff with customer service skills just not this location or this woman. 👎👎👎

This is a great place for new and used entertainment including: music, movies, video games, collectibles, and much more. You can exchange you old stuff for new or get a few bucks for it instead. The prices cant be beat and the staff is friendly and helpful. Super fun spot to go and TREAT YO SELF!

Always great people working here, and a great selection and variety of games and music. We buy records and games here, and we were happily surprised to find a Switch bundle today with Mario Kart 8 for the same price as just the switch. That same bundle is inexplicably $100 more at walmart right now, and unavailable everywhere else Ive looked. My brother will be thrilled to have a switch this christmas. The customer directly behind us bought another switch bundle, so were glad we went when we did. While they cant place holds on electronics if you call ahead the people working here are super friendly and helpful, and they always give you their full time and attention. Ive always loved this place, so check it out and dont forget to grab a mocha or coffee at the Root after!

Very small didnt have much in nintendo switch games none were used. All priced brand new as if I was to buy in store. Didnt have any ps5 anything. They had some cool toy collectible type things but other than that nothing really going on here.

The employees are very pleasant. They always welcome you when you walk in. Very helpful. I almost always find what i go there for. If not, they will check their other locations and order it for you! Parking is the only issue Ive had. But i definitely recommend them😊

The workers are so helpful and they have a great selection of movies! I always can find something I want to watch, usually they always have exactly what I went there for. The prices are always super fair and I love the reusable bags they hand out! We save a few dollar every couple of weeks, pick out new movies and have movie nights! They also have really great games and I always go there for birthday presents.

They’ll sell you used and resurfaced games/movies/dvds for retail prices.You can see knock off controllers in their cases for regular controller prices.

I love this place! This is where we go for all our gaming needs, birthday and Christmas gifts. Halloween is our families favorite holiday and we go throughout the year to buy all our masks and horror collectibles. Literally one atop shopping for us.

I go here about three times a month the used movies,games and consoles are reasonably priced. If you plan to visit and its your birthday month you get a one time discount on your purchase for that month. Cool deal

Good selection of used and new stuff except if you need to trade in electronics be aware you may need to teach them how to use it, like remotes. Now when you trade in a tv and you dont point the remote at the sensor the remote may seem broken but in reality the associate in fact is. I was told my remote was water damaged even though i used it everyday without fail, only to get it home expecting it to be broken when in fact it was perfectly fine.

Employees were helpful without being intrusive. Store was clean. Couldve used a bit bigger selection for PS3 stuff, but I found several incredibly cool, affordable games I havent played. Very happy with my visit.

Where I get most of my games..my go to spot. Been going here for over 20 years, the name used to be called, The Record Exchange. Great store. There are two other locations that I do business with..North Olmsted, and Parma Heights.

Wide selection of games for virtually any console you could think of, as well as a large selection of novelty memorabilia like action figures, magazines, and collectible cards. The staff were very helpful in selecting a few new games for me, and at very reasonable prices, some games as cheap as $3.

I could spend hours here just browsing. And the staff is very helpful and knowledgable. However if you are just looking to get rid of something dont go in expecting them to automatically take it. Its a great buy-sell-trade that holds a great quality standard

Ive sold games and gaming consoles for a large part of my life and have never been treated as if I was an idiot by any other store but this one. Tried to tell me very low ball prices for games (that I understand is low as it is but this was almost robbery) then tried to tell me the PS3 system, which was factory bought and never worked on was a refurbished item and wouldnt take it. Dont come to this store the people in here have no clue what they are talking about and seem more worried about goofing off with each other rather than doing their jobs.
