USPS and the UPS Store could learn a lot about friendly, efficient customer service from these people. Its refreshing to deal with a pleasant clerk who is also helpful and willing to take the time to find the best shipping method for your package. Cannot say enough positive things about this business.

This business is fantastic. There have been a couple of times Ive had to send a phone back to my carrier and I literally walk in with the label and phone and she packs it up and sends it off AFTER I have left. I completely trust them. They are always really nice and friendly. Ill go here over the post office any day.

I took my stained glass art to be packaged for transit elsewhere because I have known in the past that they are expert at that. I thought Id be able to take it from there to the post office, because they used to do that. That didnt seem to be an option, so I let them send it by Ups.

Will never drop a package off here again! Dropped a $600 package off that we needed a refund for and they either lost it or usps never picked it up. When I called they were rude and of no help! Couldnt provide a receipt for us so we could file a claim with usps. Gave them a lot of business but that stops now just will go directly to usps from now on.

They were able to print copies for me via email. So nice since libraries are closed again. It was a one stop shopping. They had mailing envelopes so I was able to send from there. It was good since were back to necessary shoping.

I have been a customer for years and never had a bad experience. brittany and staff are incredible. always helpful and never make me feel like an inconvenience. i moved recently a little further away from the location than id like but i will continue to use them because they are fantastic!

I use Ace Pack & Ship when I have missed our UPS driver. Yesterday I went running in there to get a package out the same day, only to be told the driver did the pickup early. The person behind the counter could see I was upset for missing the truck - I had missed it the week before because of a new driver.The person working said she would take my package to another hub that was on her way home.The package arrived today on time.Customer Service is still alive and well and working at the Ace Pack & Ship

Recently, I had occasion to send some treasured family paintings to the east coast. Ace Pack and Ship performed the task of getting them there for me. They custom-packed the paintings, and they arrived on time and in perfect condition to be treasured always. Also, the final cost was less than the original estimate. Rude staff and overpriced. Would not recommend.Responding to comment below: I agree it was too expensive and was trying to find a cheaper option through the post office. I wanted advice on what packing materials were recommended for my items and was hurriedly and rudly given a list that did not seem fitting for the package. I was rung up incorrectly and then not even told what I had just purchased! I realize it is the Christmas season and everyone is busy, but it really seemed like I was an inconvience and I left feeling really disappointed.

Staff is so friendly and kind! I drop off packages here weekly for Fed Ex, UPS and USPS, and have for many years. They always arrive to their destinations without getting lost/stolen. Because Ive had problems at other drop off points with lost packages, I always use this location.

Whats the point of providing packing slips for your customers if you arent going to pay attention to them? Yesterday, I went in to send a package, and clearly marked FedEx on the packing slip, since the person Im sending it to wanted it that way to make sure all packages sent to her dont get stolen. The cashier selected USPS without writing it down to confirm for me (Im deaf and had a really hard time lipreading them). I had to tell them to send it to FedEx. The USPS charge is still on my card, so now Im short some money today for something I really needed.

My go to shipping spot. Fast, friendly, and always clear on my options and prices.

They only use DHL for international shipping. Though the sign says FedEx and ups, you have to go to another store to ship internationally for less. For my 18 Oz package, its was 1/4 the price to send by first class mail than by DHL.

11/20/19. I just had the strangest experience at this store this morning.I came in to buy tape and packing material. The sales lady said the cost was 14.07$.When I swiped my card I noticed she accidentally put 257.00$ on my card. I told her.She said that this was the last persons transaction amount and that I needed to call my credit company to make sure it did not get put on my card.I called my credit card company in front of her and indeed it was put on my card.The sales lady said she cancelled it out and I asked my credit card company to make sure the transaction was cancelled and to flag it In case of issue.I got off of the phone and I told the sales lady I would pay cash for the items now. She said she didn’t want my business and didn’t want to sell me the items anymore. I was shocked.The whole time I was very matter of fact. Never lost my cool and just was taking care of the process as she asked.I turned around and walked out.I will never give this establishment my business. My wife and I were in town for the holidays and at the last minute (like we do every year) had to mail out a few Christmas gifts to some of our family on the east coast. The owners were at the store that day & were very understanding and accommodative to our packing needs. We even had one oversized toy for my nephew who lives in Maryland that needed customized packaging and they took care of it, no problem. Apparently a local, family owned business; I wish they were in our town back home! -Happy New Year and God Bless!!

I have been doing business with Ace Pack and Ship for at least 5 years. The customer service is the best and Brittany and Steve are awesome! While they were on vacation recently and the store was closed, I did business at the FedEx Office Store at 1st and Wadsworth. Definitely not the level of service that I get at Ace. At Fedex you are just another face in the door. At Ace it’s like family for me as I am in there almost daily.

I called around to a few places to see if if these people could hold on to my package for a few months and they said no so I asked them if they knew of anyone and person told me about a ship and pack. So I called them talk and to Josh. I told him my situation and he said sure. So I shipped 28 boxes to them ( all the boxes have been picked up). These guys that went above and beyond to do this for me. They didnt want anything but I bought them a pizza from across the street. It is pretty good too.So I am shipping some more boxes over to them and they are willing to hold them for me until I move there in October of 2016. You guys need any shipping, this is the place to go to.Thank u Josh and Chris.

Trying to ship a candle to my Mom in New Jersey. Lady at the desk said the cheapest option was USPS Priority for $25, everything else was more expensive. Got my own box, took the candle over to USPS and Priority cost $11. Not sure why there was such a huge markup.

Easy UPS or FedEx package drop off, always courteous. Since theyre not a UPS facility themselves getting something packed and shipped here costs more money than at a regular UPS facility. An employee reminded me that it would be cheaper if you set up an account online and just drop your package off yourself. Small shop, nothing special, not a bunch of paper supplies out for purchase like at a UPS store, but its very convenient. They do *not* issue drop-off receipts so you leave your package with no proof of drop-off, but Ive never had a lost package here and I use them all the time. I think theres one sort of grumpy guy that works there (he may be the owner, not sure), but hes fine, never a problem!

I have used numerous shipping offices around the city and have never been completely satisfied for various reasons. However, when I visited Ace Pack and Ship a few months ago I felt like I finally found a company who could meet the complexities of my business. They knew exactly what to do when it came to packaging my items and then finding the most efficient way to deliver them. My packages arrived on time in in perfect order. I have used them numerous times since then and they always perform in an extremely professional manner. Their customer service sets them apart in a time that is very hard to find that quality in business.

I have packed my own boxes for over a year because I couldnt find a cost-effective pack and ship place in Denver, Lakewood and the surrounding cities (Trust me, Ive checked everyone of them). I was really frustrated and finally found Tiffany and the crew and they have allowed my business to grow by taking the time-consuming packing and shipping off my hands COMPLETELY. Best price in town by far. Example for a large package: Ace Pack n Ship $83, UPS Store: $140, Pakmail: $120. Done! Cant thank them enough. Go to them for everything you need. You wont regret it!

Had to ship an international package this afternoon via DHL for the first time. Brittany was awesome, helped me with packing, customs declarations, etc. I had tons of questions, and although it was a busy Friday afternoon at her shop, she was patient with me and incredibly pleasant. As other customers came in while I was off to the side figuring our my shipment, I heard her greet several customers by name as they walked in. Brittany and Steve are great, and Ill definitely be back!
