Impressive customer service! Stopped by to ship a package with a prepaid label that was on my phone. They walked me through the process of getting the label in their hands, printed it for me and attached it to the package. They were patient with me and non-condescending when I made a mistake in the process. I interacted with more than one team member, all were very friendly. I observed them demonstrate the same high level of customer service with all customers that were in the store.
This UPS store is my go to place for everything shipping related. Employees are always helpful and they always take good care of me.
My friend Jay Hill told me to visit this UPS store and said that the folks there are great to work with. He was right ! Austin runs a great store here in Lakewood. Very patient and handles the expensive electronics I ship with extreme care. Always a wonderful experience dealing with Austin and his team.

THE BEST UPS Store anywhere. Helpful. Courteous. Kind. I have moved away from the immediate area of this store, but travel 10 minutes to this store because it is hands down the best. Been using this place for 8 years. I wont go anywhere else. I am always completely confident that whatever I am shipping or faxing or returning is 100% taken care of when I get these folks to help. They have helped me troubleshoot Amazon returns when I was ready to pull my hair out. They really are the BEST
THEY WONT HELP ME AT ALL CALLED OVER 4 OR 5X IN 2 WEEKS. THEY CANT FIND MY PACKAGE AND WONT TELL ME ANYTHING TO HELP SO WHERE IS MY PACKAGE DID ONE OF THE DRIVERS STEAL THAN I WATCHED IT GET PICKED UP.
A man named Austin answered the phone is very rude and basically had an attitude when I tried figuring out where my package was because, it says delivered but I never received it. Not helpful and hung up the phone then when I called back still had an attitude. People just can’t seem to do their job they get paid for these days.... it’s sad! I’m one the frustrated that didn’t receive a package but I didn’t have an attitude!

I use this store all the time to ship and return packages. Never had an issue. I saw some 1 star reviews and (unless it was some disgruntled employees last day) I have never witnessed anything but top notch people doing top notch work. I have to swing by today (matter of fact) and Ill let you know if anything changes...

I went in just the other day to drop off a package that is supposed to be for Christmas. I had no idea how to properly package the present but the store manager Zander actually stayed with me and packaged everything. He was a cool guy and the atmosphere felt warm. I will always come to this store for sending packages!

Absolutely fantastic. I would never have expected a post office to have such stellar customer service but this location is great. Dana is awesome. She runs a great team and makes sure that they are always courteous to customers and cognizant of their needs. I have a P.O. box here and even if there is a line they recognize that Im just there to grab a package. The team knows me by name, grabs my package, and has me on my way without the need to wait in line. Overall this is a 15 second interaction and does not interfere with the transactions that are already in progress. The team does its best to accommodate all their customers without compromising the service they provide to each one. Even if I have a special concern they never make me feel like Im a burden. Thank you Dana for making one part of my day far less stressful!

It was well after hours and I went in to check my mail using my UPS Store front door key. Seeing the package slip in my hand, without even waiting to see if I would ask, Jana offered to get my package even though they were closed and busy - folks were there late sorting holiday packages. Wow, so nice; if I were an employer, Id hire Jana no questions asked - now thats exceptional customer service!!

They are allowing a scam out of a mailbox here. I called to let them know and they laughed at me and did not take it seriously. Please avoid this location as the do business with people that run scams on unsuspecting businesses.
We went in and spent almost $1,000 to ship some belonging to Japan (where my wife and are going to school). The 5 boxes were suppose to arrive before we got here. It took almost a month to get here! Would have been quicker and cheaper using USPS.... not ever going to use this location NOR UPS ever again if I can avoid it.
We used the notary services at this UPS location today and were very impressed by the fast service, friendly store employees, and professional conduct. I highly recommend this store, and my wife and I will be doing business here on a regular basis.
I absolutely LOVE this UPS Store!! I lived very close to it up until a couple of months ago, but will STILL ONLY go to THIS UPS Store, and mostly it is because of Zander!! He has the BEST attitude, is so friendly and helpful, EVERY single time I go in! And Im a bit of a pain, using the computer, printing, scanning, hardly ever actually mailing something. I highly recommend this particular store if you need ANY of the services they provide! And along with the excellent service, the prices are unbeatable! Thank you so much Zander!!
Hands down, these guys are the best. The post office is a joke compared to these guys. I can not think of a store where I have received better customer service. Josh and Zander are incredible. From packing things, to just accepting a drop off you cant do better than these guys. I wish I could give them 10 stars.

I was visiting my brother in Lakewood and had purchased a large piece of art that I needed to ship back to my home in Pennsylvania. Dana helped me with the shipping details, while simultaneously (and effectively!) served two other customers. She was absolutely courteous, professional and extremely knowledgeable. She even guided me to the stores public computer so I could print boarding passes for our flight. Ive spent 30+ years on Wall Street and this young ladys multi-tasking, aplomb, and ability to work at a fast pace would make here a star on any trading desk. You are EXTREMELY lucky to have this rock star on your team. and so are your customers!

They even reboxed it for me to ensure its safety.Their express driver was also kind enough to wait until my transaction was complete and take it.Im very appreciative of their customer service and patience. Stay away from this store! They were anything but helpful. I made absolutely no unreasonable requests.I brought in a seamless package (slip cover type) and they said I needed to put my things in their certified packaging ($7) to be covered if anything happens during shipment. Alright...fine... then it needs peanuts to fill the .5 gap from my box inside theirs for another $4. I say no, just dont worry about it. That is fine i am told until I wait and go through the purchase process and it is brought to my attention that even if it is in their box, if my box is left to move inside theirs(.5 clearance) it wont be covered either. I am getting a little annoyed at this point, but they are probably following a protocol.So I look around and someone left some peanuts and Styrofoam by the trash and left. I asked if I could use a piece or two to prevent my box from moving inside theirs, to that, they walked over, picked it up to take in the back and said no sorry, we recycle this and you need certified packaging in the box.I said nevermind, I will ship it elsewhere and walked out.Even some helpful remarks or sympathy in any shape or form would have kept me from posting on here and reporting the customer relations issue to UPS for this location. Besides just the actions taken by employees at this location toward me (which may just be UPS protocol), the attitude was of a business model far from that of customer satisfaction. A different attitude in the store would have kept me there and off of here.

I have my business mail box there and have these guys pack and ship the products that I produce and I have received many happy comments about how well my products were packed. I have shipped products from this store to Europe, Canada, and even South Africa and they jump through every hoop to help me get my package delivered on my terms. Ive known every manager there for the past 3 years and I like the fact that they teach each new person how to handle most any situation even though the manager may not be there. If you want a place that has your interest at heart you cant beat Hairi the owner and his team of professionals. Oh, and did I mention how friendly everyone is there as well. Cant beat it.

Went in to print 6 simple pages in color from 2 pdf files i emailed to them. She tells me oh our email isn’t working but you can use our computer that charges you per minute. Like okay sure I just need to print 6 pages.Well thinking she would just charge me for the pages and waive the computer fee I logged onto the worlds slowest computer after three or four minutes got into my email and printed them. They printed in black and white even when I chose color. After being charged for the time on the computer and the bad prints I left. No offer to refund me or fix it just okay bye thanks for your money. What a joke. Never again. Staples now has my business!
Came to the UPS store right before closing and Austin took care of all of my returns with no problem. I just want the UPS store owners to know that they have a great employee on their hands ! I also want to thank the UPS store owners for being so kind when I visit !
First off, Id like to say as far as shipping packages goes, I am a dunce. Youre team made it really easy to get what I needed shipped without it driving me insane with confusion.Dana was the associate who helped me and she walked me through every step making sure that everything was in order along the way.I didnt catch the other two gals names, but they too were friendly and helpful even though I wasnt the customer they were helping. While I was there, a small rush came and went cos these ladies really worked it!Overall, best shipping experience Ive had! Definitely set the bar.

Very poor service when there was a problem locating my package. Spoke to the manager who said he would check and call me. Stopped in the store when I didn’t hear anything and found out that they didn’t know where my package was located and was not professional enough to call me with this information.

I drove my friend to this location to ship a large and heavy plastic container. Josh took care of us and expertly measured the dimensions and entered them into the computer at an impressive speed. We werent there very long at all he was helpful and nice.
Terrible experience. I needed to make a few copies. Their copier needed the originals loaded face up (very uncommon but not unheard of), but there was no sign to indicate this uncommon practice. So I wasted the first few copies. When I went to pay, there was no consideration for their poor signage. Suggestions to add a sign went completely over the head of the cashier. After mentioning this suggestions three times to her (she was struggling trying to figure out the cash register), I was forced to ask for the manager to explain the suggestion. He understood the suggestion, but seemed to be in a hurry to get into the back to take a nap. I am sure they will do nothing. Clearly a store in need of an upgrade for employees and management
Called from out of state to this store to rent a PO box for my son who is in Lakewood for college. Spent ten minutes on the phone with a clueless young woman trying to find out if the store was a reasonable driving distance for my son. When I asked if I could speak to someone else, she put me on hold for so long that I hung up. I still have no idea where the store is located and I have no PO box. I would also think twice about shipping from this place....packages may end up in Timbuktu.
I visit this store several times a week. Staff turnaround is high, but I think that is the nature with the fast pace and heavy lifting. The great ones tend to stick around longer. Management has remained and promotes a positive customer experience. The wait is never that long, even with long holiday lines. It beats the post office hands down!
It was a complicated international shipment but this UPS store (Chris) took all my problems really close and helped remotely (!) to straighten the final operations and release the parcel to my relative. Thank you Chris. Thank you UPS! Great job!
Returns on a call tag seem to stop a simple thought process. UPS I was informed has nothing to do with the management of this place. A UPS call tag return from a manufacture could not be done there??? Plus the smart ass clerk made it impossible, save your time and hassle take it else where. It seem to me they do not care about their customers. Very rude and inconsiderate. So I will not be there customer either, nor my family or friends maybe we can start a trend to not patronize this place.
Went in there on 12/27/12 to ship a stroller to my family who left it here on accident after the holidays. The kid who worked at the store was rude, unwilling to help and just seemed annoyed by my business. He said they didnt have a box for the stroller (isnt it the UPS store!!!) and id have to buy a very large box and fill it will all the extra filling. at this point he was just ripping me off. He then quoted me a price of $215!!!!!! my family could buy a couple new strollers for that price. I walked out, told him i would not be returning to his store, and the kid could have cared less. I ended up at a local pack and ship store where the service was amazing and the cost was more half off what ups quoted. GO LOCAL!
Be careful. When you sign a PSO form you are signing up to take responsibility for any mistake these guys make. Sent out 5 boxes one to MN 4 to CA they marked them all to MN. I missed that fact on the PSO form so they are saying I have no recourse, Called the UPS store support line they say it is a franchise and there isnt anything they can do. Asked the mgr to have the owner call me. he said well I will give him your number but I dont know if he will call. Bottom line read everything check everything dont count on these people for anything. It cost me $200 in shipping and I had to refund my customer $900 on the sale item.A month later no response Guess they dont care3/14 2020Well I gave up and went in the other day to ship a box. As I signed the PSO paper again I mentioned this post. The asst mgr (new ownership) knew who I was and took care of my shipment cost on the spot to make up for the old owners as a good will gesture. What a change from the previous owners! Thanks for the consideration.

Zander provided excellent customer service, I was in and out within two minutes and everything I need it was taking care of.
Waited over 30 minutes to print a simple PDF document which didnt even come out right and they tried to charge me ~40 cents per page.
I have used this store for three years now and I have never been so appalled at their customer service and incompetence. On Jan 26th I Dropped off 4 separate packages to return to Amazon. I had QR codes for each package. Apparently, the guy who helped me did not cover up the original label with the new label. They didn’t even put the new label on there at all!!! And also charged me $9 for a small box to use. I don’t think I’ve ever spent $9 on a small cardboard box! So here comes the 28th. The package was dropped off at my door. I take it back to the store. There’s a line and the manager Josh was helping people along with another lady. The lady was super nice and patient to the customers. Josh seemed frantic and wasn’t very nice to any of the customers in front of me. I get to him. I explained what happened. He called me a liar and said they ALWAYS put the right labels on there and I should’ve watched them do it! I had my tracking numbers, but he wouldn’t help me find my other packages and make sure that they were sent to the right place or help me get a new label for this package that had showed up on my doorstep when it was supposed to go to Amazon. So I asked if I could print it out here and he wanted to charge me $2 to use the computer to print it. He Said I couldn’t use it if it’s on my phone. Not sure why I couldn’t email it to him and have him print it out? So I left. I Drive 20 minutes to print it out at my husbands work. So 4th time back in: I ask him for tape and scissors to put the new label on there and he tells me that he will put it on there. I reminded him that this is why this is my 4th trip here for one package and that I would put the label on myself and that I needed a drop off receipt. Asked him for the owners info to complain and he gives me his email address and said he will make sure to forward any complaints to the owner for me!!! That’s not how most businesses deal with complaints. I was flabbergasted. Got it all said and done and as I’m walking out I hear him say “have a good day don’t let the door hit you on the way out!” I have spent a lot of money there shipping stuff to my family out of state. I will never use UPS again. I think dealing with the line at the post office is way better than the ordeal I’ve had with this store.
Dana and Zander are an incredible duo! Their customer support was nothing short of awesome. I was looking for a place to print and truly UPS didn’t even come to mind. Zander helped me over the phone and Dana was excellent in store. I got exactly what I needed, for a great price and had the fortunate experience of meeting two genuinely thoughtful and helpful individuals. Even more, it’s Christmas weekend and what could’ve been an excuse to be a grinch to others, these two made every effort to show each person in the store respect and care for their needs - so impressive! I’ll definitely be frequenting this location for all my shipping and now printing needs!

I went in to print seven color copies. I walked out paying eight dollars for really slow Internet connection, a very slow processing time to the printer, and a screwup on their part about the ability to choose a color printer. Very disappointed and will not return.
