I love Creative Auto Works. The owner, Angel and his son, Angel, Jr. are very friendly, caring, accomodating, honest and trustworthy.Right from the start, they are quite persevering in telling a neophyte, like me, how it goes with my Insurance. They are very knowledgeable and well experienced in handling insurance payments. They do more than what you expect, in a perfect manner. They know how to take care of their customers. They are very courteous and respectful of their customers. They know how to expedite on insurance claims. They are truly professionals in their field of expertise. My insurance only is the one that makes things slow. Angel, the son, really had to fight for my rights because my insurance was saying different things about my claim. But in the end, the insurance would concede. They are really quick in doing my van. When I saw it, it looked like brand new comparing it to how it was before with a wreckage. They were able to fix the right passenger door that couldnt open because of the accident. Now it opens and closes just like before the accident. The right fender is as good as new. Even the right side lights are brand new and the mirror is well polished. They have also polished the mirror of the lights. The green paint from the post were back to its original appearance. Even the green paint from the right side mirror is gone. Im so happy. They are very trustworthy. I left some things in the van and they are just there. When Angel, the father, returned to me the key of my van, there was a Creative AutoWorks keychain attached to it. Really Creative! I highly recommend them for they are very sensible or reasonable people. A some sort of mat was place on the Drivers side to maintain cleanliness and express their gratitude in choosing their shop. Excited to get my 1999 Ford F250 back and have it looking like new. Definitely would recommend them. They are professional and answered all of my questions without talking down to me. Will be taking my other car that needs a paint job to them.

Their prices are extremely reasonable but make sure they complete all their work before you pay them If its a cash deal. I need to go back to have a few things finished. They shortcut some work. They promised to make it good so have to go back again. They treated my Moms repairs reasonable also. I would refer people to still use them.

Great experience, I brought my new Mustang Ford here for a damage of over 3,000 dollars and creative auto works fix my car fast and did a great job. All parts are new and the paint is the original one too. My car looks good as new👍
