Very decent and average experience getting some body work done thru my insurance. Nothing really good or bad to report. They seem to have did a solid job on my bumper from what I can see. I would definitely give them business again if I needed to.

Dutch valley did $5500 worth of repairs on my brand new rav4. I was shocked at how fast they completed the estimate and the repairs and my car was ready a day earlier than promised. They even washed it and vacuumed it. The car drives as good as before and you’d never even notice that parts were replaced and painted. Easy to communicate with and they worked with both my insurance and enterprise to hook me up with a rental. Would recommend!

My rear turn signal light was out, and they were able to squeeze me in during a busy week for them *and* didn’t charge me a cent for the quick bulb change. Much appreciated!

I have used this body shop for many repairs along the years. To me theyre the best around. And since I just Were using them again I would Not trust my land rover with anybody else.

Recently brought my Charger here after a bad front end collision and I cant stress enough how impressed I am with the quality of work they did. I was worried the car would never be the same but it looks and drives as good as the day I got it.

Did repair work on door after some damage. It looks brand new! Enterprise also has cars on site so since they knew I needed one, was able to get everything done in one stop.

The guy named ANDREW HORNING is terribly horrible.He lied to me and the insurance.The repair cost of this shop is also much higher than the others. Almost 9 grand to repair a bumper. I used it only because of highly reviewed on google but turns out they are completely OVERPRICED and UNPROFESSIONAL.Please DO NOT WASTE your time here and find somewhere else.Attached are my proof pictures.Update: Just received a call from the service manager. They kept lying about the rates and about my car problem. I recommend to get a HIGH estimate from this place and get a check from your insurance and then use that check to go somewhere else to fix your car.

Two visits to this place the first for an accident the service and the repair were 5 stars super friendly and answered all my questions. And then theres the second visit... noticed squeaking after having my rims done and new tires put on and was told there might be a little paint on the rotar, just felt they could have handled that better, but they did follow up with the car.

Very disappointed. Please dont trust these 5 star reviews as they are all made up. Instead you should read these 1 star reviews in order to see the truth about this shop. My car is worse than before getting repaired at this shop, and all they do is giving you BS excuses. Please start looking elsewhere. If Im still alive I swear I will never come back to this place ever again.

Used this shop as it was the preferred one for Progressive insurance. They couldnt even get the basics right of matching the paint of the rest of the car. Still finding blotches on paint and imperfections on painted parts. Didnt get the job done right first time. I had to leave the car longer because the work was not acceptable.Did not restore proper geometry of the vehicle and tried to give it back with missing trim because it wouldnt fit. Gave some BS excuse about damage from a different accident. Miswired the car lock/unlock audible indicator. If you cant get the job done right then dont take on the work. Will never use them again.

Great service! They were able to give me a quote the same day that I called. After my car was repaired, they even vacuumed and washed it! The only inconvenience is their hours of operation. I was not able to pick up my car until 2 days after it was finished because of my work schedule and they close at 5 pm.

My insurance company sent me here to get my car fixed after it was hit. Not only were they done before the promised date but my car also looks AMAZING! The repaired area looks better than the rest of my car. I almost wish the other side would get hit so they could repair. Great job 😀

The body work was excellent...however they failed in customer service, they called early in the morning n notified me that my car was ready but when I called before picking my car at 4pm..my car wasnt ready to be picked up..they didnt kno where my car was located, my car was dirty and service man was rude when I asked questions on the location of my car..he didnt even have the courtesy of bringing my car to the front of business while it was pouring down rain...needs to b trained in customer service😒

Extremely easy to work with. My car got keyed on a Thursday, and I was able to drop it off for repairs the following Monday. The estimate was very detailed and fair. The repair work took less time than I expected, and the results are perfect.

They are more interested in keep the the insurance company happy than their customer. I selected this location based on my research not because my insurance told me to go here but still when I call and asked questions about the car, they would just not return my call ask me to call my agent who is like 2000 miles away has no idea whats going on. Other than that, yes this is the most qualified company in this area but they should respect the customer and communicate a little better.

Unknown how their work is but the attitude of the employees at the front desk is less than pleasant. Front desk was unwilling to assist because they closed in about 35 minutes. I advised I would like an estimate done and even offered a different day but again they would not help. You just lost $8,000 of work. I called another local body shop and they were more than happy to write an estimate and schedule the work in 2 weeks.I appreciate your quick response to my post. While I understand scheduling appointments, that wasnt the reason I was given as I would have gladly done so. The first thing that I was told was that you do estimates but there was only 35 minutes or so left in the day. I explained to that person that your business was not a preferred shop for my company but they authorized you to repair since I had heard good things about your customer service, work, and follow through and asked to use DVAW. No problem and I apologize that this wasnt the experience that I had. Thanks again.

Had a minor fender bender, and needed some body work done. They did a great job. The prices were reasonable, and the service was amazing.

I was waiting on a door handle to come in. I called to see if it was possible for them to just put the old one back on so I could get the car back. I was told that Wednesday that it wasnt possible. Fair enough. Then friday at 445 PM I get a call that they put the old handle back on and I could come pick the car up. At that point I had already arranged my ride home from work and couldnt turn back. I finally get back out there its raining, my window is down, and my battery is DEAD. Since I was going out of town the next morning it had to sit there the entire rainy weekend with the window down. Great. Wet car and a $150 for a battery.As for the handle, Ive been waiting 3 months for a call back. Im guessing the insurance company has paid them at this point for the part and labor that werent used (which seems like some sort of fraud related to insurance) so thats never happening.

Well as far as I can tell the repair to my truck was good.. It was the other parts of the experience that ruined it all... first they called me on Friday to tell me it was done great but she said they didnt have time to wash it so she said if theyd keep it till Monday they will wash And vacuum the interior... I didnt Need it so I let them keep it till Monday... so I pick up my pick up truck Monday initial walk around is fine nothing special...I start to drive out and notice they missed the whole top of the hood in the washing..side note the vacuuming sucked as well...Small things like this are big when someones getting their vehicle back for the first time, total let down...So later when Im washing the truck because of the subpar job before the see on my driver side someone used my truck as a door stop for theirs, Awesome ... and I can see this happening because while I was waiting after dropping the truck off the minions they have checking the vehicles out side to see if their locked at the end of the day, they just walk around yanking of the door handles. No wonder my truck got hit.. what is this job security...And to think I Picked this place to go off a whole list of places... I guarantee the new mustang that was there was treated better than my truck, when I know this cost more than that useless thing...

Im very disappointed with the service I received there.I took my truck in to have the tailgate replaced on a Monday in October.  I was told the truck would be ready on Friday.  I received texts throughout the week indicating that the trucks repair was on schedule and that I would be able to pick it up on Friday.  This was very important to me because I needed it to go out of town on Saturday. By mid-morning Friday, I called in to Dutch Valley because I hadnt heard anything about a pick-up time.  The person handling my claim wasnt available, so I left a message asking for a return call.  As scheduled, I took my rental car back at 1PM that day.I got a return call shortly after I returned my car saying that the truck would probably not be ready that day.  I was upset, and said that it was very important that the vehicle be ready as agreed (and had been indicated all week), and so the person I spoke to said hed check again and give me an update.  I waited.  At 4:30PM I had still not received a return call.  I called in and asked about the status of the truck.  The person I spoke with (not the man handling my claim) said it would be ready. I got a Lyft and came up to the store with minutes to spare and got my truck.No one came out with me to look at the quality of the repair.As it happens, there is a gap in the rhino liner where the tailgate paint is exposed.  That was not there before.Several weeks passed and I took the truck to pick up a horse and horse trailer to take to a lesson.  I plugged in the trailer connection and there were no lights or brakes.  I tried to make them work for nearly 2 hours - checking fuses, cleaning the connector, etc.  I wound up missing a lesson costing $150 because I couldnt get the lights or brakes to work and wasting an entire morning.Someone later suggested that I check to make sure the wiring harness under the bumper had been reconnected following the repair.  I checked.  Not only had the harness not been connected, but the lights meant to be illuminating the license plate were also dangling under the bumper (not reinstalled).  I am lucky not to have gotten a ticket.I am really upset about the service and my wasted time and money.  I sent an email to Dutch Valley explaining my experience and disappointment. I waited a week before posting this review. I never received a response from the company. I would not recommend them.

Ive noted this organizations penchant for replying defensively in other forums. A little advice: you protect your brand better by correcting mistakes rather than trying to vindicate yourself in online forums.My wife took her car there after a collision. While they were kind and gave her a loaner car each time, its taken three separate trips to address a coolant leak that occurred after a collision. First it must have just been a loose hose. When it continued and we had to take it in, after my wife was regarded no credibility on the matter, in spite of the pool of coolant beneath the car, it took that trip to even look at the reservoir, which was cracked. Then, the third time, we find that it was leaking from the hose. I am dubious about the quality of diagnostics. At any rate, my wife indeed needed a new tire or two, but the tires they replaced with were expensive and its not clear to me that they replaced the correct tires. Additionally, from what I can tell, they are not new tires, so in reality, we could have obtained tires from other sources for much less. Finally, we were charged (or our insurance company was) to fix the hood, which stopped opening after the collision as well. Lo and behold, that repair didnt seem to take either, and my wife was treated as if she was crazy when she reported that it was doing the same thing. She even demonstrated it to them, and in the end, they still did nothing to correct it, even after the fix was billed. I intend to make it my mission in life to have them removed as an Allstate service provider. Bad customer service and condescending misogyny are the bane of many fine mechanics, and I am sorry to say you find this here. Lancaster County has many better service centers than this. Please do not give them your business.

Went to get the front of my car fixed after smashing it into the back of a jeep, theyre work was relatively quick and couldnt even tell the car was once smashed when picked up.

Disgusting I have a small business I was working right down the rd from there shop I stop in needed 1 8 amp bus fuse offer to give him a dollar for it BUT NO you got to wonder why a small local business wont support anther local business told me I had to go to pep boys or auto zone. If thats how they treat another business. I hate to see what there doing to there cutomers

The only reason I used them was because my insurance made me. I could have fixed everything myself but i would have to pay for everything 100% out of pocket. First they tried to say my car was totaled but there was nooo way that there was over $8000 in damage when I hit a deer doing 20mph. Lol there was decent damage in the bay but it drove up onto the tow truck. 2nd I was told me car would be done in 11 days and it was actually done in 9 but the job was sloppy. My bumper isnt on right and my whole radio wasnt even hooked up. I would of rather paid for a job done good and well and paid for 2 more days for my rental car then to have it done early and sloppy. Another plus though was certain parts were painted and it was an outstanding job. I would definitely take a car to get painted there. Also I received hilarious weird calls from the receptionist where she freaked out and had to call back. It was funny so I wouldnt count that as a plus.

Didnt have a good experience. I took my car here after getting in an accident for repairs. When I picked up my car was very dissappointed..it was a sloppy job whatever the mechanics were using i guess to bond my car was all over the car..not wiped off or anything...that was least of the problem though. When i started the car there was atleast 3 indicator lights on the dashboard..which wasnt like that priorto the accident..the steering wheel was not attatched...so had to bring my car back to the shop for them to order more parts and fox what they neglected to fix in the first place..i dont see how those things couldve been missed. I will never trust them with my car again.
