The Customer Services was exceptional. I had minor damage to my front bumper. I pulled in over my lunch hour and Chris was so pleasant and professional. I received the estimate via email the same day... dropped my car off in the morning and picked it up at the end of the day. The customer services was beyond excellent and my Jeep repair was spot on. Ive already sent someone in for a repair and encourage everyone, who needs their services, to at the least check them out.

My car was rear ended at the beginning of August. LCC was very transparent about the work that needed done and handled everything with the insurance company. Chris was exceptionally professional and pleasant to deal with. They even saved my car magnets for me! My only concern was the slight confusion about the name of the shop! The sign on the building says H&H so I thought I was at the wrong place at first!

My parked car was hit by someone towing a boat trailer and the bumper and rear quarter panel needed repaired/replaced. This shop was friendly, professional, communicated regularly with updates and did outstanding auto body work. The paint job is flawless. I highly recommend them!

Passionate and professional... while Scott, Paul, and the rest of their team dont commonly do classic car restoration, they offered their skills and talents to transform my 1968 Karmann Ghia from a dull glow to a sunburst. Think of the magic they could pull to fix ordinary damage on YOUR car!!

These guys rock!!! After vandalism to my truck, these guys banged out my truck in 4 days! Looks as good as new and you cant tell where the damage was or what was painted by the factory. They felt with the insurance company and are very professional and down to earth. Finally an honest body shop!!!

I am a widowed mother completely lost about this kind of stuff. Since I didnt have collision insurance on my car; my repairs were an out-of-pocket expense. I had no idea where to go at all. He said he could look at the car as soon as I could get it there, and hed be able to start work on it within a week. Scott and the team at Lancaster Collision Center are great! They were easy to get a hold of, efficient, detailed, knowledgeable, funny and went beyond what I would have expected from them. I took my Subaru Forester to them with extensive front end damage. My insurance company is an absolute nightmare, but Scott helped me liaise with them and took a lot of stress off my plate. My car is perfect! Over $12k of work was put into it, and its as good as the day I bought it. I couldnt be happier with my experience!

I took my Ford Explorer (ex-police car) their because they were recommended by my father and sister.I was a little worried when I learned the shop changed hands a year and a half ago from when my family was their. But Ill say now, I have no complaints.The first shop I went to for an estimate was looking at a month until they could get me in.Scott knew this was unsatisfactory and went Code-3 on the banged up door and had it fixed up within a week of our first meet.I dropped it off on a Wednesday night and I was shock and awed by the telephone call at 9:30 the next morning it was done.Excellent job. Ill be back if I have another unfortunate accident.Thanks Guys!!!!

My 18 year old headlights sucked when I brought my car to Lancaster Collision. They were so yellow I could not even see the bulb. Now they look brand new.
