Never again. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. They are messy, rude and unhelpful. My husband needed help taking a 42” glass table top to the car. It was heavy and he cannot bend over without excruciating pain due to multiple back surgeries. The owners son insulted my husband calling him a weakling when he asked for assistance. My husband carried the table to the car without assistance. Giving this place one star is very generous.

Have went to Healy Glass for over 20 Years .The Owner is Nice, His Son needs to work on his people SkillsScreen window Replaced $30.00!! You have to pay for it then. Dropped it off Saturday picked up Monday Nice Job

If I can rate this place a ZERO I would. I called on Monday the 17th and they scheduled me with an appointment for Wednesday the 19th between 1pm and 3pm, which they stated was the soonest time available. I was told that I would receive a phone call prior to arrival and none of that happened. Instead, someone showed up unannounced at 11am when I was not home/available. My daughter informed the gentlemen that our appointment was for 1pm to 3pm and asked the man to come back at the scheduled appointment time. Instead, he took it upon himself to tell his dispatch that we wanted to reschedule when we clearly just wanted him to come back at the scheduled time of 1pm to 3pm. When we called to get an update for our appointment, there was no accountability and the person on the phone was rude and did not care about me and my concerns as a customer and cancelled on me without giving me a call. If this is the type of business and customer service you like, than continue to give these rude people service, but they are not getting mine or that of my friends and family. As stated in the beginning, if I can rate them a ZERO I would.Update: Added camera pic with date and time, proof that he did not show up at shceduled time or even close to the scheduled time.

Went by on a week day and weekend day, closed during regular hours, inconvenient.Called to set up appt. Guy on phone was talking to someone else in background, finally asked if Friday ok,I said yes, then said how about Saturday, that was fine. He didnt mark on calender for Saturday so I had to come back again later. My 1st time doing buisness here, not pleased.I really like small buisnesses, especially for service and knowledge. My mirror looks good and it was done fast, so that was nice. He was appologetic.

Called for Quote and person who had answered the phone was very RUDE and ARROGANT, NO customer service skills! If I was the owner of this company this guy would have been FIRED YESTERDAY before he runs this company out of business!!!

We called for a glass repair quote and the prices where reasonable the gentle that helped us on the phone was polite . We took out sliding door frame in and we received the price and inquired about a used glass as the person on the phone informed us they might have some. I asked a couple of questions and the person in the man in the office was so rude!! Honestly the price was not an issue and if he wasn’t as rude as he was we definitely would have gone through with the transaction. Being rude is so unnecessary and he obviously didn’t mind loosing our Visio. Moving on to the next glass repair shop.

Ive gotten glass repaired by these nice folks for over 10 years. They were recommended to me, and I recommend them to you. They are courtious, fast, and do a great job. Try them. Bert from Berts Fixit(retired except for honeydos-I still stand in front of my work and so do they!
