I called to schedule a routine service brake/rotor and oil change. They couldnt get me in for a month. I showed up a few minutes before my scheduled time and Ive been here now 6 hours. Also I thought it would be fun to take part in the New Vehicle Evaluation (see photo) but all they did was appraise my current vehicle and tell me Id be receiving a coupon in my email. I wasnt allowed to test drive a new vehicle. After coming here many times over the years, I think its time to give my business to someone else.
Ended up having my vehicle bought back by Ford since I was sold a Lemon. My local dealership was nothing but problematic throughout the six months it’s been in the shop. Had it towed out of town to Diamond Ford and the staff have been incredibly helpful, but most of all, Ashley! Ashley has been incredibly attentive, helpful, and friendly especially through the buyback process. I can’t thank her enough. Thank you for being the light in the dark tunnel this process has been.
One of the worst dealers I been to. They lie on prices, keep you waiting for hours and try to cheat you out of money. Don’t give them business go somewhere else where they actually give you what the car is worth. Look at the other reviews they Jack up their prices on cars. Don’t waste your time. I’m glad I didn’t get a car from here. I went with a Telsa model 3.
Frank was the salesman with perfect salesmanship. Javier and Tim both was extremely good at their jobs knowledgeable and helpful. I pulled in with a car that had a blinking check engine light and left in a newer car with good payments and better coverage. Frank Tim and Javier are the best!!! Thank you guys so much!

I went to purchase a Mach e and they had the vehicle $15,000 over MSRP there was a guy there named Chris, and when I asked for him to bring the vehicle down to or below MSRP he laughed at me. Not a good move to laugh at your customers. I will never buy a ford. I will never recommend a ford to any of my friends. I am now the proud owner of a Tesla Model Y I dont know why I even considered looking at the garbage Mach E. Good luck Chris, good luck ford. you will need it.
First off, you dont even deserve 1 star. By far the worst dealer and bunch of employees we have ever dealt with !The lies and lack of leadership and accountability is unbelievable. The head manager Sam Kassis should resign, and the dealership should be closed down. They obviously dont care about customer service or even how to deal with customers judging by how they act and try to conduct business. I bring my Navigator for a engine rattle in idle, that is a common problem with the 5.4 3v engines never get one of those please. It was my last resource after replace all the parts that involves this matter, thinking in the professional Ford mechanics perform a profesional diagnostic but what a surprise $165.00 just for scan the computer (Autozone is free). The final diagnostic from the mechanic was camshaft is out of the time and engine need to be replace and the price is $8000.00. I feel sad because I’m Aircraft Mechanic for 30 years and I perfectly know the engine doesn’t need to be replaced but they didn’t do a real diagnostic because they don’t know how to doing or because they don’t want to work or because they want easy money ??No matter what airline you decide flight you will be in right hands with Aircraft technicians we can’t do thinks like this guys doing.
Id give this zero stars if I had the option.This service department has to be one of the most unorganized car service ive ever dealt with. I can NEVER get someone over the phone and always have to go in person for information & when I go in person, nobody knows whats going on.My car has been in the shop for over TWO weeks now, going on THREE & still have NO update on my vehicle and not even a rental car like promised. Theres no structure here & its no unorganized that I cant wait to get my car back and switch to a new dealership.Keri used to work here and was the most helpful and organized woman. Had an appointment today. My husband took off work to make the appointment. Also this appointment is for the airbag recall! They said the techs are running late and couldn’t get to it until Monday! We need the car on Monday since we have work.. So it’s not like we could leave there.

I had a check engine light come on & it turned out to be the transmission. They said they didn’t have the parts in stock so it needed to be ordered. Weeks went by and I hadn’t heard anything. I called the service advisor Jessica multiple times, left voicemails & someone even left my information on her desk and she failed to contact me. When I called back, all I got was bounced from department to department and long hold times. In the end all I got was “the parts are coming in but I have not verified if they’re here yet, when I verify, I’ll call you.” This made me feel like my car was not a priority, I got no updates & felt unheard and uncared for. Terrible customer service & experience.

I bought a $85k truck, 2 sales persons talking to me at the same time! Telling me how great the truck was! Keep you waiting for finance for 5 hours!After a day I checked the underneath of my truck and it has a lot oxidation and rust! Went back to tell them and they don’t wanna help me! ( they changed ownership and is the past owner responsibility) not theirs!In part is my fault for not checking! Now I know why the sales persons team up and don’t let you check out the truck right in there !I have several coworkers trying to buy diesel trucks and I told them not to go there!

Update 4-24-20 wanted $75 just to pop rivet my daughter-in-laws front license plate on the front of the SUV (I had the rivets). But the reduction in stars come from Ford telling my son that a nail in his tire was close to the sidewall and they would not repair it (wanted to sell him a new tire(s)) We took it to an honest tire company, and they stated its either in the sidewall or its not and they made the repair (still holding up today 5 months later). Long gone are the days were a company would size a customer up and figure I can fleece this guy (women even more so). Companies better realize with social media and many other sources your actions will be remembered...follow the golden rule youll look great.This local Dealership is awesome.Seems most Chevy owners seem to have a problem with my 1997 Ford F350 XLT PowerStroke Truck. I have always been a Ford man, ever since we drove my Dads 1964 Ford Fairlane 500 (that he purchased new in 64) with blown out planetary gears(?) 200 mi back from a trip to Sequoia. I have a friend who is a mechanic, that thought he would give Chevy a try, and purchased a new Chevy Truck. Well that Chevy truck had a bad cylinder from the factory....after months of back-n-forth Chevy gave him back his money. He went and bought a Ford. He said for the money...The Ford was a better buy, and offered better value.I never attack Chevy owners, yet it seems they come out of the woodwork to attack Ford. I know envy when I see it.A Special note...Ford did not receive a Taxpayer Bail Out like GM did. Looks like GM is getting ready to request another Bail-Out.Ford doesnt ask for financial assistance from the taxpayers. Went to go purchase a new vehicle that was seen online decided to take the car to negotiate price even though they added markups on clearcoat protection and that sort of stuff once we got to signing the paperwork finance manager disclose that there was a warranty after I thought it back-and-forth with the salesman and the manager the manager told me that if I didn’t buy the warranty I couldn’t buy the car ended up buying the car no matter what because the wife really wanted it felt like they lied and they forced me to buy something that I did not want the manager Bob is really bad he’s a liar he doesn’t own up to anything he told me if I don’t buy warranty there’s no deal really upset don’t recommend a solution nobody I will never go back even though they offered me free oil change I’m supposed to drive three hours to get one free oil change

Answered every question ... and sometimes the same questions 2 and 3 times.... and just made us comfortable with our purchase. There was no pressure whatsoever! Not happy at all with the sales manager here. Called to make an appointment for a test drive of a specific vehicle as I live over an hour away. Two hours later I arrived 5 min early expecting the car to be out front sanitized and waiting for me to take it for a spin. Instead it was apparently being used by the son of the owner and was at his residence. And they had the audacity to ask me to ride to that residence for the test drive. Seriously? No thanks.

This is a dealership that promises the top and best quality cars but turns a blind eye when they knowingly sell faulty products. They are not for their customers they only care about making money. I purchased a vehicle about a month ago and two weeks into having my car. I get a call asking if I received the banks copy of the contract because “they can’t seem to track where it went.” How unorganized that’s one thing, now another is after them mailing me a new contract for me to sign and me having to ship it to them, & now we’re going on to 3 weeks & no one has given me a call nor text for a follow up of what’s going on or if they have even received the contract. Ridiculous.
I purchased a used car there and the sales person was so nice and the price seems legit but after I left the dealership and signed for the car I googled the prices of cars and they sold it to me at full price with 6000 miles on the car, since then I have purchased two trucks from Galpin Ford and they did not burn me.
I called to find out about purchasing my leased vehicle, Carol O’ Connor was incredibly helpful during the process. If she didn’t have an answer she was able to find the answer for me. Carol was always friendly and professional, I appreciate her great attitude. Thank you Carol!

Great place for Ford owners to get service. The cheapest place to get a oil change. They call it the works. You get oil & filter, tire rotation, fluid top off, battery test, brake check and belts and standard look over for under $60 if you find a coupon. The tire rotaion at other quick stops is more. And the people are nice.
We had such a great experience with Chris and Carmelo! They were so kind and patient and we are so happy with our purchase. We can’t say enough about our great experience!
Update: I was finally contacted by a very helpful customer service person a week or two after leaving the 2 star review below. Unfortunately I dont remember her name. She was able to get the document to me & with it I was able to get my Texas registration done. As 3.5 stars is not an option, Ill give 4.-----‐------------I found a great deal on a Ford Certified 2014 Fusion Hybrid here 3.5 years ago. Its held up very well overall. They tried everything they possibly could to get me to finance the car through them, including (if I remember correctly) telling me I was required to fill out their financing application even though I was already approved through my credit union. They also forgot to give me an important document that required me to drive back from LA.The car has been an excellent buy though, and I could have overlooked all the above. Whats eating at me now is that Ive moved out of state & to get the car registered I need to show that I paid CA sales tax. I called over 2 weeks ago to ask if they could get me a copy of the documentation from 2016. I was told yes, but its been archived and would take a couple of days. They took my name, number, and email. Since then nobody has contacted me. Ive tried them the phone many times and nobody answers, and my voicemail messages have gone unanswered. Thats c*appy service. Itll cost me several hundred dollars to take care of here if theyre unwilling to help. And yes, I tried CA DMV but theyre also impossible to get through to by phone during COVID.
The fan on my vehicle was not working....I bought the car used (20k miles) less than a year ago. So I called to see if it was still under warranty...they said yes it was under full warranty since my car had less than 36k miles on it. I dropped my car off (with the help of a friend) in the morning and then I got a call saying my car was not under warranty like they stated ahead of time and that it would cost me 700.00 to fix the fan. UGH! I wish they could have told me the right information in the first place, I would have never brought it in to them to have serviced. Disappointed to say the least.Changed my star rating from 1 to 3, because Bill the service guy called me back and said he was going to try to get the Ford Motor Co. to help me out.....I TRULY appreciate his efforts and hope that they will help me out, but even if nothing happens and they dont help me...they were in the end nice about this situation.
Today I got to speak with Julie about an ongoing issue and she is such Joy to be around. And she assured me that she would do her best to help me out with my issue. When you have people like this working to help you, it makes a person day more better than it seems. Julie is always professional and cheerful which is hard to be in the atmosphere of sales.
In a very challenging time, when I was busier then ever, they made the process as simple, straightforward and honest as possible. The extras and time spent doing paperwork was decreased and I had a great deal with a salesperson who knew what I wanted.

Today I went to the dealer to look at the 2020 Ford explorer. I told sales person I was talking to that I was looking to trade in my 2017 for a 2020 only 3 requirements.. that it was white, leather seats and 7 seater. He showed me something that was nothing to that. And was being rude the whole time asking me if I didnt like that what was I looking for. I explain again the 3 things.. then he went and said pick what ever color and I have a couple of spray paint cans in the back to paint it. I found that extremely offensive. NEVER again will I go to this ford dealership again.
Regarding their service department: Had them fix an overheating problem with our car (took them 2 weeks) only to find it was not fixed. Started overheating less than 10 miles away from the dealership. Took another 2 weeks to determine that it needed a new water pump and to replace the water pump. This entire time (on both occasions), our service advisor, Dan, did not keep us updated. We had to call several times just to get a response, as he would not answer the many messages we left, and was rarely available to speak to.Finally, after the second 2 weeks, we walked in to the service department, unannounced. Dan tried to convince us the issue was not their fault, and it took so long because the part just came in. He was not going to give us a break on the cost, despite this being such a long, drawn-out, costly problem.We insisted on speaking to the service manager, Amber, who was very understanding and responsive. We were shown what was going on with the car, promised it would be ready the following afternoon, and that it would be properly test-driven before we picked it up. Amber also called us the next morning and told us they had worked it out to waive most of the cost for the 2nd repair.Long story short? I wouldnt recommend going here for service. But, if you do, do NOT work with Dan - he does not provide the type of service you would expect from a dealership. I do, however, recommend speaking with Amber if you run into any problems - she went above and beyond to make sure our issue was resolved satisfactorily.
I inquired about a car I saw online via email. I received an email response from Carol O’Connor at antelope valley ford letting me know that the car was indeed available and that I could email or call or text directly with any questions I had. I’m not a phone person but was thinking my questions were too many to type out so I called. She was awesome! I felt like I was talking to someone I had known for years. She answered all of my questions and then some. I would definitely recommend making the call if you have questions. I purchased a new 2018 Fiesta St from here in July of 2018, 8 months ago. Sales experience wasnt the best, but wasnt bad either. Took it in for a simple problem today, so I thought. I received a warning message saying tire pressure sensors not detected. I tried resetting the sensors but could not. Took it to AV Ford because its still under warranty, they tried resetting them but couldnt and said theyll have to pull off the tires from the rims to look at the sensors. After about a half hour, Dan DiGiovanni, my service advisor, tells me theres a problem. He says it looks like somebody used fix a flat on at least the first tire they pulled off, conveniently voiding the warranty. I was brought back to look for myself but in my eyes it couldve been placed in the tire anytime including minutes before I walked back there. There was no evidence of a puncture though. This car was bought brand new from this dealership and had never had a flat. How fix a flat made its way into my tires is a mystery. Dan suggested everything from family members to vandalism. My wife is the only other person who drove this car, and she calls me if she gets a flat. If fix a flat was put inside my tires, I believe it happened at this dealership either before I bought the car or more notoriously after bringing it in for warranty work. I cant prove it though, but at $182.00 a piece for a sensor, not including labor to install, what a good way to turn warranty work into profit work. I cant say its impossible fix a flat made its way in some other way, Maybe someone did vandalize my tires. maybe a family member fearing for their life tried to hide a flat tire from me, all possibilities however remote. But if I was a betting man....

Our time at Antelope Valley Ford was one of the best car buying experiences weve ever had. Our salesman Paul Monticone was calm & cool from the first introduction. His consultative style sales approach was exactly what we needed. Having come from the Hollywood area - this was a refreshing change. We ended up making a deal and found ourselves in the seat of a fantastic car we couldnt be happier with. I would highly recommend this dealership as there was a fun sense of teamwork when we reached the end of the buy. Ill be back to buy again from them in the future.

First, let me commend Carol O’Connor on her outstanding customer service. Not only was she efficient and knowledgeable, Ms. O’Connor was kind as well. Buying a car is stressful process. The wrench light from my vehicle turned on, so I called to make an appointment for service. The soonest available appointment for a DIAGNOSTICS is not until NOVEMBER 7TH!!!! Over a month just for a simple diagnostic. I NEVER had to wait this long to get my vehicle serviced with Chevy. This is truly making me regret switching to ford.

Today around 7:00pm two of my daughters went to the dealership to possibly buy a car. They were approach by a rude salesperson and right away they were both label as if they didn’t have the money or even a good credit score because he right away suggested to my daughters that they would need a co-signer and 6000 thousand dollars down. He didn’t give my girls a chance to ask questions. I am so disappointed at this person and I wished my daughters didn’t have thrown his card away. This is why it is so hard to shop locally because of rude people like you.
