Very friendly and responsive people. They were recommended to me and I can see why the recommendation.

Their estimates are accurate and they dont try to upsell. They do check the rest of your car, and let you know what else you could do or should do. But theyre happy to leave that to you and just do what youve asked.

I have never given a review on Google before, but I felt I had to for these guys on account of the fantastic service I received. I needed the front suspension on a recently purchased car checking out. They were busy but managed to fit in a diagnoses straight away. The mechanic had a look and then took me through the issues and options clearly and without over-selling. He was straight with me about which parts were completely shot and which parts were ok or just needed servicing. As much as I wanted to go with the whole set of recommendations, I had to pick just the main thing I was concerned about as Ill be scrapping the car in 5 months anyway (Im a foreigner on a road trip). The great news is the work I had done (sway bar link replacement and sway bar bushing replacement) was quick and thorough - and has solved the clunking and scraping noises over bumpy ground and the rolling in turns 👍To add to this, the whole experience was super friendly and extremely professional. The lady on the front desk clearly knows her stuff and then some, and in my mind this is likely one of the reasons the whole operation seems so slick.Thank you!

I wouldnt take my vehicles any place else in Lancaster. Theyre always friendly and quick. Their prices are competitive. Their mechanics are well trained. They just dont do tires. But besides that, theyre great!

Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to give Attwood & Son “10 Stars” as they provide the best vehicle service and repairs in the Antelope Valley.I took my 2005 Dodge Ram to them for the repair/service of my leaking rear differential. Sherry who works in the office scheduled the service; she is very knowledgeable, friendly and customer service oriented. She was very diligent in keeping me informed on the status of the repairs and of any other issues that arose during the servicing.John who performed the repair on my truck is one of the most honest individuals I’ve ever had the pleasure to know. Fast service, can ways count on quality repairs.

Seem to be a very honest repair shop. Had my car towed there after alternator failed and car died. They got to it and diagnosed very quickly. They discovered there was an active recall on my vehicle for the alternator and advised me to take it to the dealer to have it replaced under the recall. This probably will save me around $800 (very expensive alternator). Thank you for your honesty. Will be a regular customer for my repair needs.

This is the only place anyone should take their car. Most honest people I have ever met. They take pride in their work. I have used them for 20 years and have never had any issue with them. They will not try to sell you anything or make a repair that is not needed.I once had a Ford Ranger that I took in for a tune up, but a day or so later it was running rough. I took it back and found that one of my spark plug wires and become brittle with age and had cracked. Because they thought they might have broken the wire while working on the engine, they wanted to replace all the wires at their cost. Who does that???.

I towed my 96 sunfire in on Friday nov 2, they were able to look at it tell me what i already knew (that it needed an new fuel pump module) on Wednesday nov 7.Their policy is to only use original parts. On friday I told them i am selling the vehicle, and they said if they used after market parts, they would not warranty the work. I said fine. When they called on wed to provide the quote, they refused to provide a quote for an after market part.They said the module alone would cost (approx) 500 and the labor was 300, a total of 800. I had already got quotes for the pump from a location in town, they had an original ac delco fuel pump module assy for 350, and a after market for 300.Also pep boys gave me an estimate over the phone of 500 for parts and labor TOTAL.Now Atwood and sons is charging me 75 diagnostic fee to tell me what i already know..The car is only worth 1300 (after repairs), so I am just going to donate it now.
