I have been here several times since i moved out here. I have tried other places and they do not compare. Dakota, Anthony, and rudy have beautiful customer service skills. I love them

The whole crew is amazing to work with. We have older vehicles and keep them running. Fast friendly reliable service. Somehow they can always find the parts wouldn’t take our cars anywhere else

SO sad that theres still dishonest mechanics out there in this day and age.... so rude and they harassed me about my car. Felt uncomfortable being there. Not all of them were like that, but it seemed like the manager and the front desk worker were very rude and snobby and wanted to charge for basic questions. Very uneducated people and unprofessional. It seemed they had to be mechanics to get by in life, versus having a passion for cars. Theyve been here for 37 years and my family have recommended me to go there but it seemed that they have changed in the recent years. My family will not be coming back.

Only good reviews are from their basic smog test, which is the easiest thing to do. Don’t trust them to fix your car. They don’t know how to fix cars and are scared to look at your car. Confidence levels are low here.

Always enjoy taking my Honda Accord to Auto Pros its a great environment, trustworthy, educational, and respectful. Their the only ones I trust with my car Ive used other mechanics in the past but none compare to theses professionals.

Love these guys, wont go anywhere else in the AV, they are so genuine & honest. Theres a reason they service all of my families cars, plus all the raffles & charity work they do. Auto Pros, you guys rock!!!

Dishonest and a ripoff. Caught up in court for swapping good parts for faulty parts and charging you for the “repair”. You will see all the “buyer beware” signs in the shop trying to cover their rear ends lol

For a 30 second diagnosis. They wanted to charge me 110 dollars. And, the diagnosis charge is NOT, put towards the labor charge.

Went in last Friday to get wellness check done on my car and check its over-all fitness . I had found them online on Google and wasnt sure if I made the right decision ( to go there). But, boy am I glad I did! :) These guys are exactly as their name suggests--- Auto Pros! Not only in their understanding of cars, but their PRICES, and the customer service they provide. Im delighted to have gone there, and Im a customer for life, provided I keep getting the same service each time! :) Higly recommend this store 👍

Was charged $400 for a radiator replacement. Thats just for LABOR. I had to pay extra for the radiator. Everyone I know told me I got ripped off. Didnt believe them until I saw how easy it was to replace the radiator. Its a 1 hour job tops. Super accessible on my car. Took the car back a day later because it was leaking. Didnt wanna get ripped off again so I took it elsewhere.

If youre looking for an honest, reliable one stop shop, this is the place to go. Everything from electrical diagnosis to air conditioning, brakes, smog check AND smog repair. Theyve also been in business for 35 years! The technicians are very knowledgeable and actually take the time to explain things to you in a language you can understand. Too many times Ive been ripped off from other shops but this one has earned and kept my trust.

I was passing through while I was in California and needed an oil change plus new windshield wipers. Auto Pros got everything handled very quickly and the price was great! Would definitely recommend this shop if you need some work done on your car.

Rudy is back. He is the best Diagnostic Technician in the AV. Always a fair and honest place to get car work done. Thats because they understand you need your car ASAP, and also treat you like family.

Had to get 2 o2 sensors swapped. Received prompt quick service. No issues with pricing. I highly recommend this shop.

They did a good gob on fixing the problem with my car but i had to set there a long time and was unable to fined out what was going on and i guess that was because the owner was not there and the daughter who is in the office is not very business like the father is the owner but if hes not there good luck on getting help i would have liked to have given the pl. A higher rating gust hopefully they can get someone else that can run the place when hes not there but the owner does seem to no what he is doing i did try another mechanic before him and that one failed to repaire the problem

I went in 4 a smog check. Im told it failed because the Check Engine Light Bulb was missing. The same missing light bulb that lit up last week at my mechanics, getting tuned up. The same missing light bulb that passed smog twice since i got the car. They wanted 2 charge $5 for a new bulb AND $200 to put it in. Sounds like lies 2 me...
