After months of racking my brain trying to figure out what was rattling on my Fiat, I broke down and took it in fearing I would need to replace my struts or something else that I just knew was going to cost more than I wanted to put into it. Low and behold I get a call back saying the mechanic found a loose bracket and after tightening it up found it fixed the problem AND that there was no charge, NO CHARGE! I asked if I didnt need to pay the diagnostics fee and they said no, it was a quick easy fix...Its great to know that there is a place that I know I can trust isnt ever going to rip me off. I will always take my car back here and will never doubt a word they say. I cant even say that for my doctors office. Thank you guys so much for taking care of my car!

I had a great experience here. This was my first visit to this shop. My car (VW diesel) was running terrible. My car had no power. When I dropped the car off, they gave me a ride home. The problem turned out to be a simple fix. I was not charged for that. Since the car was there, I had multiple other repairs made. I believe the quality of work is top shelf. They were reasonable with the costs of repairs. They cut me a break here and there. Made other simple fixes without charges. My car has been flawless since being repaired. I will be back. Amanda and her team are really top notch in every way! I was rolling through the AV on a long distance road trip with my older Audi when I developed engine vibrations. Amanda was so eager to ensure my vehicle was safe for a return drive that she had her technicians diagnose the concern at no cost just to ensure my safety while driving back. This care and concern over the dollar is what will bring me back to this shop. They also maintain the needed equipment to properly diagnose your European vehicle. Highly recommend!

I was referred to European Auto Specialists 5 years ago by a friend and have recommended EAS to other foreign car owners since. The best foreign car mechanics in the Antelope Valley and beyond! They work fast to get you back on the road, are thorough with diagnosing the problem, estimating the work and repairing it and are cost efficient on top of that! My Beetle always hums with happiness after having work done at EAS.

Took in a Cayenne with some fuel and other complex problems. This shop is very professional and competent working these high end vehicles. They know what they are doing. I received great service from Amanda and the techs at a very fair price. Ill be back.

I called and prior to bringing my vehicle in I was told that it would be looked at and informed what the issues were. I called about an hour or two later and I was told that the vehicle was still being inspected. THREE HOURS later I decided to drive by and sure enough there my vehicle was sitting untouched in the same area that I dropped it off in. I called in to address my frustration with the manager who told me that the only thing he was sorry about was that I HAD TO WAIST THREE HOURS OF MY TIME. He did not take any responsibility for me being misinformed. I wish I knew what I knew prior to, dont waist your time.

My experience first walking in.......... This place is awesome they do everything to help you TREVOR and PETER great guys and honest. They will try to squeeze you in and will be patient with you and let you know everything thats going on with your vehicle. Also did i mention cheaper than the dealership and everyone else around the high desert

They tried to charge me $4,000!!, and that was to start with plus whatever else they may find. I had taken it to them because of their knowledge of European cars. I watched some videos on YouTube, bought ALL the parts I needed, and more on ebay (for less than $500). I did some of the work myself and let a mechanic friend do the rest. He charged me only a couple of hundred dollars. The car is working great (for a couple of months already)! Idk what these guys thought but I wasnt gonna give them SO much money for a simple job!!

I was looking for a local, trustworthy shop instead of driving hours to a dealer, and found it in AES. Since European autos are notoriously expensive to service/repair, I want to know whats being paid for - Trevor is knowledgeable and willing to explain the problem and the fix in detail, and will work with you on an affordable solution if possible. This shop services our Mercedes Sprinter van and so far, Im pleased with the quality of service.

Since Ive been in the A.V. this is the only place I let touch, and work on my car. The Ultimate Driving Machine, deserves the Ultimate Mechanics... But you get more than that here! Kaycee, Peter, and Trevor are Surgeons at there trade. I would recommend them to anyone who needs work on their car. Even if its not European. I can go on and on about them. The quality of services was extremely high! The turnaround time for my transmission replacement on my infiniti was very prompt. The staff is professional and very curteous as well. The price of labor is high ; but i assume its because they often work on exotics as well
