From someone whos been taken advantage of many times from different mechanics, I can honestly say Im very grateful to have found T and H Auto repair. Ive been to many mechanics in the Antelope Valley and Los Angeles where theyve lied to me and judged me by how I look. T and H Auto repair has never tried to sell me something I dont need, and have saved me a lot of money from mechanic shops with fake 5 star reviews trying to charge me over 1000 dollars for repairs I dont need. If you want an honest mechanic that does the job top tier, you can trust T and H Auto. Ive been coming here for the past 5 years, Ive had an engine rebuilt on one of my cars and had a transmission rebuild on my 4runner. My father also had his transmission rebuilt for his Chevy work truck here and 4 years later still works like new. Great and honest shop in the AV! Thanks T and H!

We were charged over $500 ( two separate charges) in labor cost for fixing air conditioner wire. The owner and the employees work super slow so they can rip you off. Had our car for 2 weeks total to repair the wires. My son came here with his first car not knowing anything by himself because I had to work. The owner took advantage of him not knowing and ripped him off. As a single mom working 2 jobs I take this personal. I will be contacting BBB about this company. RIP OFF PASS AND KEEP GOING!! I took to my original mechanic like he should have and all he found was a couple of wires replaced.

I can’t express fully how grateful I am for coming to this repair shop first vs any other in the AV. I purchased a used vehicle with a extended warranty off the lot. After about 3 months the motor went completely out. I maintained the vehicle so I wasn’t worried about getting it repaired. To make a long story short the dealer did not want to fix his wrong ( even though the engine malfunctioning was their mechanics error) and of course the company who issued the vehicles extended warranty did not initially want to fix the issue. Hugo with T and H auto did right by me and assured me that he would take care of it. He explained to the insurer that the malfunction of the engine was no fault of mine. If you want a amazing tech that makes sure you as a customer and your car is taking care properly I assure you that will happen here.

T & H auto repair shop is trustworthy and reliable when it comes to repairs. On 5/7/20 I took and left my Dodge special needs van to West Automotive in Quartz Hill for a hose repair /air conditioning system . I was told that the van needed a complete HVAC replacement and was quoted $1729.40. I then called T & H auto for a second quote and to my surprise, the only repair that was needed was the hose/air condition . Listen, T & H auto repair saved me over $1,000.00 !!! People, be careful of the greedy and dishonesty of some mechanic shops. Get a second opinion, save yourself the burden of being lied to and taken for your hard earned money !!!Thank you T & H auto repair. Now, my granddaughter will drive to her CHLA doctor appointments in the comfort of our air conditioned van !! God Bless You Abundantly !!!

Keep being told my vehicle was next to be inspected for a diagnostic problem that I had already informed them of an was told I would be called back with in hour. When I called them back next day about it, was told; they didnt have proper equipment to take care of fix and I was too pushy an could take somewhere else if I didnt like service. Can understand if your busy but dont lead people to believe that they are next to be serviced if you already have more work than can handle and dont have tools readily available. Very rude and inconsistent communication.

T & H is the best auto service place I have been to. As a female, I find that I am often underestimated at mechanic places, but not here.The owner, Hugo, was very kind and generous with me, and with just a quick look at my Honda Accord, he was able to give me great advice. He was respectful, helpful, and patient with me, even though I came right before closing time on a Friday evening. I love T&H, the people working there are always friendly and helpful. To find an auto shop that I feel comfortable with has been a breath of fresh air. Hugo the head mechanic/owner is very knowledgeable and experienced. He takes the time to talk you through the issues with your car in a way that people that are not mechanically inclined can understand.I had a car accident in December of 2016 where I was hit while driving my 2016 Honda Pilot. The damage was pretty extensive, I took my car to Caliber Collision (recommended by State Farm). The Pilot had $26,000 worth of repairs and State Farm would not do a total loss. The repairs took 4 months and when the Pilot was delivered to me, it did not feel safe. The work that was completed was done with used and extremely dirty parts and the labor that put into the vehicle was poor as things kept either breaking in the car or having issues. After all of these issues, I took the pilot to T&H, Hugo took his time to take the Pilot apart and look at the repairs that were made by Caliber Collison. Needless to say, the Pilot needed a lot of work. After Hugos inspection and report, State Farm decided to total loss my vehicle although they had already invested over $26,000 in repairs. I am extremely happy with all of Hugos work. I was able to get the total value of my vehicle thanks to T&H, I am extremely grateful.I would recommend T&H to anyone who needs a great and honest mechanic. I know that if I ever have any issues with any of my vehicles I will always go to T&H.

I have had great customer service here. Hugo is always willing to discuss your best options with you and not trying to cheat you or take your money. Great customer service and friendly staff. I have had nothing but a great experience at T&H Auto. Hugo is honest and has the best prices. Hugo tells you what your car needs and is never pushy but gives his recommendation on what is the most important for your car. I bring my Toyota Prius and my 1989 Nissan Maxima for service and repairs as I need to ensure my cars are in tip top shape as I commute from Los Angeles. It is hard to find a good mechanic but I have definitely found a great one! Professional staff and great customer service! You have to try this place.

If there was no stars, I would go ahead and put that.! My dad took his car to get his transmission fixed. He did not even put 30 miles into it when it broke down.! We call and he says there is no warranty.! That we have to pay extra money to get another transmission. Was not responsible for the labor and material.! When we still had warranty.! If you want to throw your money away, go there.!

Hugo and his staff always do honest A-1 work. I never have to bring my car back over mistakes or bad parts. He doesnt come cheap....but for quality work and dependability it well worth it.

Ive taken my car to Tania & Hugo (T&H) 2 times. Both times for the same thing. They did a head/valve job, all new gaskets from the heads up, water pump, timing belt, tensioner, etc. Edgar, one of the mechanics, knows his stuff. Hes been a mechanic since he was a teenager. Hugo went out of his way to help me both times. I wont say how but he won me over as a customer. I mustve thanked him like 50 times lol. His wife Tania is really nice too. I work with dozens of mechanics and T&H is the only one I can honestly recommend. THANK YOU, T&H!!!!!
