Service center was super helpful in assisting me. Greeters were very friendly. I’ve worked with Mike, Eric, UB, Douglas, Sean, and Stephanie and they were super helpful and friendly.
Came in for a simple oil change, upon arriving I was greeted by Mike Santamaria who was professional and very friendly we cracked some jokes as he led me into the waiting lobby, they took care of me in less than 20mins I was in and out of there. I would recommend this place to anybody looking for quick and easy services
After a beautiful wedding on Laguna Beach, my daughter and her new husband drove their Prius towards Tehachapi, only to make it as far as Palmdale before blowing the engine. They called a tow truck to haul the car to the the Lancaster Toyota service center. The service rep, Joey was very sympathetic to their situation and got the car right in for a diagnosis... two quarter size holes in the engine. Not because the oil hadn’t been checked or changed, my daughter was faithful with that. The cost to replace the engine was far too much for this newly wed couple at this time so her father and I rented a tow trailer and drove to Lancaster to pick it up. The staff were all so very friendly in helping us retrieve our vehicle. Thank you Toyota service for your kindness.

I have been a customer of this service center for a long time, Chanin Yescas is my Drive manager, and I have never had a problem with my vehicle, she always advises me of what my highlander needs to keep it in tip top shape for I drive a lot of miles, so it is crucial that everything stays up to date, and Chanins professional attitude and knowledge of her product makes this very easy. I have been coming to this location for about a year now. Mike Santamaria has helped me out every time I come in. I commute to san fernando 5 days out the week so i put on a lot of mileage. Where do I even begin I am a first time car owner and I got my car in 2017. All alone out here in the av and no one to tell me the ins and outs of a car let alone a hybrid hahah . Well I’ve been going to Lancaster Toyota service center since I’ve gotten my car and let me tell you the service and advice I’ve gotten on my car has been above and beyond to be honest .I don’t trust anyone else with my car other than Chanin at Toyota of Lancaster service center . No words can describe Chanin’s dedication to customer service. I’d be lost without her. ❤️❤️

I had my car serviced by Mike Santamaria for the first time at Toyota and I was nervous because it was my first car service experience and I have to say that Mike made me feel so secure and confident that car was in great hands! Thanks Mike!!!
I own a 2004 Toyota RAV4. When I was driving it, the serpentine belt snapped and the car began to overheat, so I pulled over as soon as I could. I had the car towed to the Service Department at the Lancaster Toyota Dealership on 9/16/20. The service representative that assisted me was Mauricio Orellana.After the technician performed a leak down test, they told me that the engine overheated 100 degrees over its normal operating temperature, and that coolant leaked into all of the cylinders, and that the pistons had damaged the block beyond repair. They said my only option was to replace the engine with a used engine (My engine only has 78,000 miles on it). They quoted me $7,000 for parts and labor, and when I asked how much a used engine costs, they told me $3,000 for 90,000 mile engine, so that would be $4,000 in labor. I understand that there needs to be a mark up on the parts to make a profit, but I was able to find a remanufactured engine of the same model for $1,500, literally half the price for a brand new engine. And I could find a used one for around $1,000.So I wanted a second opinion, and I was going to have the car towed to another mechanic. They charged me $300 for the leak down test.I had the car towed to The Shop in Quartz Hill, and they told me that the block and pistons are fine, because the engine has a timing chain inside of it, and that the serpentine belt does not affect the timing at all. They also said that there was no coolant in the cylinders, and that the engine was completely fine, it just needed a new serpentine belt. They charged me $127 for parts AND labor. I just rounded it up and gave them $150 for a tip too, and I told them I appreciate the honesty. Ive been driving the car for almost a month now and it drives great, no issues at all.With parts, labor, AND a tip, this literally cost me half of what Toyota charged me for a leak down test.If you need to get maintenance done on your car, and its not under warranty, do NOT go here. These guys are liars and sharks and are just trying to squeeze a dollar out of anyone gullible enough to listen to them. Take your car anywhere else! I hope this helps someone in the future.
Love having my truck serviced here, especially when Mike Santamaria is my service writer I never feel like I have to question or worry about anything when he’s my guy.
