I was looking for and older book, the gentleman who helped me spent a good amount of time checking inventory, then looking for the book-found it! He was most pleasant and helpful

Was so impressed with all the books that were in the store. Any kind of genre that you like to read, they have it. I did find a crossword dictionary that I had been looking for quite some time, couldnt believe that they had it. Will stop back again

Called to find a couple of books and they were very helpful. The guy actually went and looked for the books.

I don’t mean this towards the physical store but I order off the website. I ordered a single book as a gift for my girlfriend. They emailed me and said due to COVID and the holiday it might be delayed. That’s fine I understand. A couple weeks pass and still nothing and no status update. So I email them. Nothing. I email them again. Nothing. A third time. Nothing. Over the course of about a week with 0 responses. I have yet to be contacted about my order status or receive a reply to any of my emails. Very unprofessional. Will not be shopping here again.

BAM is awesome. They have a fantastic selection of books, and other goodies. There is also a coffee shop and sitting area which is nice. The staff is always helpful and friendly. Highly recommended.

Not a book store mecca that would of got 5☆s . Its a little cramped. But thats only because there is so much there! Bottom line ... Let the big place have its spiffy coffee shop. I go to a book store for books. Ill find what I need pretty much everytime at B A M. .....And not here the dreaded...We can order it for you.....!

Really cool stuff but its waaay too expensive. $5 for a bookmark. Not a fancy one, just one that has a nice little saying on it. I still enjoy browsing the store however since, as I mentioned, their items are interesting. Worth a loom if youre into Pagan practice since they have a large selection to chose from (rare for the area). Finding something on sale is worth it, too.

I like it. unlike Barness and Noble, BAM doesnt spend 4 minutes at the checkout counter harassing you to pay for a membership or purchasing an additional book for charity. I would recomend this book seller.

Great place to shop for books and gifts if you need something last minute or prefer to avoid online shopping. The have the Millionaires Club for an annual fee. If you shop there frequently, consider joining to obtain discounts every time you shop.

Its a chain bookstore... the selection isnt great but if you want a new best seller, they will have it. If you want a Don Delillo books, probably go to Barns and Noble.

Great place for books as well as pop culture knick knacks. Think of a Hot Topic but instead of clothes they have books. Great vibes and great music!

This is a pretty good Books-A-Million. Excellent staff that was very helpful and attentive. They pack a lot in that store. I would definitely recommend it for gifts or a quick read. Good magazine stand

Nice selection. But some books are put into the wrong sections, and clearly done so by staff.Notible weirdness in category choice is religion/science. New age/science. And fiction/non-fiction.Some more effort should be put into making sure books are properly categorized.

A pretty good bookstore one of the last we have in our area. If you love to read its a definite place to go to. If like me you collect funko pops they have alot of exclusives any collector would want to add to there collection. Be Leary of the members club they offer. Unless you buy tons of books its a waste of money.

Not giving my money to this store again. The prices alone are a big negative, everything was priced at the absolute highest cost you will find anywhere. The checkout is what repulsed me. Im already giving them my money for the product I choose and yet Im forced to hear multiple attempts to get more of my money. First is a suggestion for a related product I might have missed, then an upsell to their buyers club for a percent off, then a as a special gift to you today well let you buy these other things, and worst of all the emotional manipulation of would you like to buy this other thing as a donation to support our military? Unbelievably overbearing and laborious checkout process left me resentful.
