I recently had them practically restore the entire drivetrain on my 84 RV. It took a few months. This place was recommended by a co-worker and Im glad he did. Ernie never tried to upsell me or talk me into something I didnt need. Honesty and integrity are hard to find these days. Precise has it in spades. Thats why his lot is always full. Highly recommended.

They took over a week to complete a job and now my car doesnt run at all. Pretty sure the whole engine is now messed up or at least bent one or more valves. They said they checked the valves before doing the job but when my car was done, I was told by the mechanic there was a bent valve. Very unprofessional and take money from customers with no regrets of messing peoples cars up. Do not go here unless you want to pay someone to mess your car up.

Called around to get my car fixed came here because of the reviews. Long story short got my car serviced here on a Friday noticed there was a water sound coming from my dash area after my water pump was replaced and also that my coolant was super low. Since the shop is closed on weekends I waited until Monday morning to ask about the coolant and tell them the symptoms my car was experiencing. The owner had a very nasty attitude even to the point of arguing with me over their miscommunication. I was nothing but nice to these people. Very unprofessional/mean for someone who has religious signs etc in their shop. Wish I would have paid more elsewhere to get better customer service. Just moved here gave them my business and that was a bad move on their end.

As a matter of fact, my mother brings her car here from Chillicothe to have work done. If that doesnt say how great this business and its people are, I dont know what will.

AWFUL!!! If you want your car fixed........THIS IS NOT THE PLACE TO GO!Family member took their automobile to this garage for heater core replacement.After first visit: figured out that when they put it all back together the dashboard lights would not work.Return (visit #2): for dashboard lights repairLess than a week later......Return (visit #3) that took close to a week to repair: heater core failed.....again. Leaked antifreeze liquid all over the front of the car along with strong vapors.1 day later the car was driven to work and started smoking from under the hood. NO MORE!!!Car is now at a reputable repair shop in town (Pipers) and we are confident that they will do the job right the first time.BEWARE OF THIS SHOP!!! Low quality service, parts, and zero customer satisfaction. Yall should be ashamed!!!!

Mr Smith came out and looked at our Van that needed a new engine due to timing belt breaking. GO Honda! He and his team found a used motor and dropped it in there. Its been a week and it is running strong. He also fixed a tire that had a small issue for no charge.I dont have time to waste and so this was a great experience for me and I wanted to tell the world. He saved me over 1,300 over what the dealer charged me as well.So far so good and Im happy with the outcome.

They did a brake job for me . I left the shop and drove across town to the store and hen i finished shopping I got, in my vehicle to go to work . While pulling out of the parking lot I noticed the vehicle was acting like the parking break was stuck or something. Well I proceeded to drive to work smelling burning brakes half way there. My work was less than 5 miles from the store. I got to work and called the shop. I thought that they would just send a tow truck to pick up my vehicle. Instead, they asked if I could drive it back to them . This was after I had already explained I was smelling burning brakes. So I had to use up one of my roadside service tows to get it back to the shop so they could fix their mistake. This was the second time I had to return to have their mistake fixed. Their customer service is very bad.
