I blew out a tire and needed it fixed. There were about 10 tire places that were way more convenient, but I needed a good experience and that’s what I’ve always had at this shop, so I made the trip to this tires plus. Shawn helped me and told me that nobody beats his prices. I checked with some other places, they thought I was lying when I told them the price Shawn gave me. They couldn’t come close. I came in the next day when my tire was delivered and he had me taken care of almost instantly.Only downside to this place is they are far from where I live and I won’t use anyone else.

This place is great, would recommend it to all my friends and family. The people that work the front counter are just wonderful. And the guys in the garage do excellent work never had a problem.

I wish I could give them no stars. I had an appointment for noon, I dropped my vehicle off at 11:30 for a front end alignment and mount and balance four tires. Never got a call that it was done, so at 6 I got a ride back in to pick up my car. They close at 7, they hadnt even touched my car. He said that I could make an appointment, I said I did, today at noon. He said he would try to get it done. I asked why do you take appointments, he replied oh thats corporate.

The manager Shawn is so helpful and courteous. Really had a Great experience. The guys doing the work in the shop are also very pleasant.

Took my car there for inspection. Appointment for 8am and didn’t get a call that it was done until almost 5pm. The only things wrong were a tail light and running light that needed replaced. Total was $240. Huge rip off. They also have a “complementary” additional inspection that they charge an extra $10 for without telling you. Several places in the area will do it for much cheaper… Find one of those and save your money.

I’ve owned many vehicles and have had to deal with multiple mechanic shops. None were a pleasant experience and ended up costing way too much for the less than perfect effort put into it. Not this place!! Fair pricing, quick turn around, amazing customer services, and all the staff was super helpful!! The gentleman at the front.. Shawn... hands down the greatest!!! I most definitely will be a forever customer with this particular shop because of how well he treats customers!! All around great experience!!

Shawn A. the store manager at Tires Plus deserves a raise!His customer service, patience, kindness, knowledge and support when I walked into his store in tears and needing help was more then appreciated. Drove from NJ to PA with my family to see a ball game at First Energy Stadium in Reading, PA and Clipper Magazine ballpark in Lancaster, PA and my car tire light came on 1/2 way into our weekend. I checked all my tires and saw a nail in one of my tires and this girl began to panic knowing I had a long ride back home in rainy weather. Not only did he patch my tire but I was in and out in enough time to watch the bottom of the 5th inning at the ballpark with the rest of my family! Shawn - I walked in with tears and walked out thanking my dad who just passed away a few weeks ago for putting you in my path! We got back to NJ and home safely thanks to you!

Terrific and helpful team members!! Showed up with a massive nail in rear, driver-side tire. Too fearful to drive back to Harrisburg with this nail sticking out of the tire, I stopped by to see if someone can lend a hand. Front desk guy and a mechanic graciously stepped away from their work to inspect and remove the nail. Surprisingly and luckily, the tire was undamaged after the nail was removed, but these guys did a superb job in customer service!

Great experience at the shop. I went in without an appointment as I needed to get a tire plugged. They were helpful and respectful of my time. Their major concern was safely repairing my tire as they actually patched from the inside. They had me on the road in a half an hour. I overheard their interaction with other customers and I couldn’t believe how nicely they treated everyone. I read the negative reviews also posted here and I question their legitimacy 🤔

10AM Appointment on a Sunday. Was there at 9:55 to be told there were 8 cars ahead of me. Did not get my vehicle finished until 4:50pm. Dont go there unless you need tires done that day! Great place if your in a jam but thats it.

Had a great experience here. Needed 4 new tires. The work was done quickly. Cost was reasonable. Staff was friendly, professional, efficient. My husband bought his tires from here, also. Highly recommend!

Always a pleasure and excellent service.All my tired have been from Tires Plus. When we ran into problems, they all were covered under the road hazard coverage.My oil changes are always from here and I am never disappointed. They meet their competitors price match and always work around my schedule... even when I am last minute.And my axle was fixed here. I took my vehicle to other places and no one could fix the problem. My Jeep would make a sound when turning. They found the problem immediately and fixed it that way! And got it back to me THAT DAY!!!!!Thank you for making it always easy to keep my car at top performance. And for having reliance and coverage everywhere.

Upon walking in, no one was at the front desk to greet us. After waiting a couple minutes we wondered around until we finally caught someones attention. I was having troubles with vibrations at higher speeds, and asked them to check out the tires. After about 20 minutes I see my car pull of, which is okay, I understand that they were a little busy. TWO hours later, someone finally comes and lets me know the problem is that the tires are old, and that I should replace them. It took two hours to come to that conclusion. I asked how much the price was, and he said he would have to look it up. If you have a suggestion, you should have an estimate ready. Fast forward twenty more minutes and he finally gives me the estimate.If you have no other plans ever, and you dont mind waiting an eternity, this is the place for you.

Friendly enough staff but not super prompt service

Had an appointment scheduled a week ahead for an alignment and specifically asked if they were able to handle the make and model (lifted Jeep Wrangler) and was reassured twice, once by phone and again in person on the day of drop off, then the day of the appt, hours after went to pick up the vehicle and was told that they could not do the alignment. No call ahead, nothing. Huge waste of time, I could have spent the week looking for another place that could follow through with their word. And to not even get a call the moment they realized they couldn’t do the work adds insult to injury. Never going here again.

Bought 2 interstate batteries here and had my old ones tested. Got me squared away. Batteries cost about 50 bucks more then interstates suggested retail price. But a good place to go if your in a pinch.

Fantastic experience! Shawn was great and gave me a great deal on 4 new tires for my 2017 Toyota Corolla XSE. They got them replaced for me in one day while I was at work and did an exceptional job! I can’t say enough good things about my experience. Two thumbs up! Highly recommend.

Already had tires bought from tirerack.com so I called and made and appointment to get the tires put on. Got there on time and it took about 3 hours. I feel that this is unacceptable. I will not go back again!

We have always had incredible service with this place. The gentleman that have worked on our cars are not only informative but give us options of what need to be done immediately and what can wait. Weve even brought cars there that we havent bought yet to have them inspect and theyre upfront and honest about everything. Weve been bringing our cars here for a solid 4 years and have always been incredibly happy with their service. One time we had our car there that ended up staying longer than expected because the master mechanic had an emergency and had to leave early... they knocked 100$ off the bill because of this. We live in sinking spring and regularly bring our car here because theyve been so wonderful to us. Very highly recommend

🚩 Red Flag Warning🚩 Wow! this place has issues, I just called around 6 p.m. to speak to someone at the shop, no answered, and their voicemail just says no ones available to speak with me and just disconnects me, not even an option to leave a message. Why is no one picking up the phone ☎️ if theyre supposed to be closing at 8 p.m.? Hello, Im calling around 6p.m. No wonder this place has so many bad reviews on Google Maps 👎

This was a horrible experience!!! I made an appointment for 8:00a to drop off my truck and get it inspected and it took them until 4:00p to finally start the inspection. Once the inspection was completed it then took them 3 more hours to replace a tire, windshield wipers and a broken tag light. I will never go to one of there stores again...oh yeah and I paid $400+ for this service...Horrible customer service!!!

I had gotten a flat tire last night. Called tires plus earlier today asking if they would be able to get my tires and such done today. I stressed to them that I needed it back today and even told them how I called around and they were the only ones saying they could get it done. They said it would be about 4 hrs. I dropped it off at 2. They closed at 8. At 7 I started calling them, but no answered. My daughter lives closer so she went to the shop for me. She got there right before 8 just to be told that it was not done and that his manager said that it could wait until tomorrow!!! NO ONE CALLED TO INFORM ME THAT THEY WERE KEEPING MY TRUCK OVERNIGHT!!!!!This is the second time I have dealt with them. And it will be the last! The first time Ieven had to call to find out if my car was done. They didnt even call me! Never ever again!!! I will be filing a formal complaint with their corporate center and perhaps the BBB. This is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE!!!

They recommended replacing my serpentine belt 10 years ago and I did not agree.The belt is still good today

Nice service

The technician was very helpful. I had a slow leak in my tire here I had a screw in my tire. I thought I was looking at buying two tires, the technician said all my tires were good, he said he would patch the tire. He was honest.

Ive never had a bad experience with them. When I needed a new AC unit for my car, I realized Id be missing out on their promo they had going on, but they assured me that theyd still give me the promo no matter when I got it fixed (which was a month later). Their state inspections are much cheaper than most places Ive had my car looked at and theyre really quick. They dont try to sell me parts I dont need. At Firestone, they told me I absolutely needed new spark plugs. I did not get them at the advice of my dad. The following year at Tires Plus, they didnt even mention my spark plugs as being bad or faulty. The only recommendation they made was an alignment (which I did know I needed done).I also just got 4 new tires the other day and when I had left my car there to walk to a nearby store, it had started raining. The one guy, John, actually came and picked me up so I wouldnt have to walk back in the rain.They have always used discounts/coupons that I wasnt aware of when I get my oil changed as well.They have been nothing but helpful and in no way pushy about their services. They really do help you out anyway they can and their prices are pretty much comparable to other places nearby.

Did I really have to put a star to give this plane a review? Got brand new tires installed paid to get my alignment fixed.. noticed my tire pressure sensor keeps blinking and stays on. Checked the tire pressure and the psi is good. They so called fixed my alignment but I still felt it pulling towards the right. Took it back yesterday they said it would cost $80 to fix the sensor ( Mind you sensor never came on prior to replacing tires) also they said they fixed my alignment. It worst than before. I will keep going back until it’s correct. I do not recommend this place at all

Not a good experience for me. All I wanted was a speed balance for all four wheels. My car has wheel locks so they proceed to remove the locks with an impact gun instead of a socket and breaker bar . Well what happens is the lock key gets destroyed. They spent two hours banging the locks out with a hammer and socket and in the process scratch two of the wheels. End result is only could balance three wheels they couldnt remove one wheel so I drove home with the same shimmy that I came in the first place.

Brought my car in for oil change and accepted the free brake inspection. Checked in at 8:15 am (I was running about 15 min late for my appointment), they took my car back at 8:30 am (also I am the only person waiting in the lobby), told me the results of the check at 10 am and now I am still waiting for my car at 10:30 am. While the people are nice I am tired of coming here and waiting for well over 2 hours for an oil change and a brake inspection (not even any work done on my brakes). I spoke my frustration to another person who told me what they did and said a break check took 1 hour 45 min! After I fussed my car was finally brought around and with attitude he said he would take care of the payment for the wait. I never asked for that and it was a nice gesture but the attitude and disdain on his voice was obvious and uncalled for. I finally left with my car 10:40 am.**In summary after speaking to a regional manager, I was informed that I am wrong and the time it takes was within their standards. All I can say is that there is a much better mechanic in Lancaster and I will not return to Tires Plus.

Went in for an oil change and to get my brakes checked because I suspected something was wrong with them. Ended up getting new brake pads as well. The guy up front was very friendly and helpful, even suggested a couple coupons and other ways to lower my costs today. Would highly recommend.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE IM RIGHTING THIS AS IM SITTING DOWN GOT HERE AT 1 o’clock for a oil change which I had made an appointment for 2 days prior he said it would be done at 2:30 I come in at 2:30 to find out they never even started !!! NEVER AGAIN

I refuse to take my car here I have the life time wheel alignment So I guess I might as well use it. Brought my car in at 3:30 appointment at 4:00 said car be fine at 6 past 6 o’clock and car still not in. Worthless shop highly don’t recommend wish there was a negitive start rating.

Not to bad with prices

I came into Tiresplus desperate for a battery. The battery for my vehicle was very expensive and complicated to install. Don, the manager was very patient, understanding and thorough. He was able to take care of my car as inexpensively as possible. In addition he treated me with respect and compassion.

Came in last minute for an oil change and a set of brake pads. They were able to hook me up for a very good price. I was very happy with the service that was performed and I would highly recommend getting service done here.

Dont have any work done there besides tires. Got a great deal on tires. But I needed an inspection sticker in addition to my 4 new tires and figured it would be easier for them to just do it there. But they told me I need to replace all 4 coil packs and spark plugs. Which is fine, but they must think everyone in there is an idiot. They wanted about $650 dollars to do the work. $110 dollars per coil pack and $25 dollars per spark plug and $95 dollars in labor. I called my friend who is a mechanic. We got the parts and did the work for $200. Those coil packs that they wanted $110 dollars a piece for are a $28 dollar part. Do your research, or just go to a real shop. These guys are a joke.

I highly recommend this Tires Plus. They go above and beyond for their customers. I was in college and working full time and my neon was my only means of getting around. I put more money into this car than I actually paid for it dealing with other automotive places. My car finally took what I thought was its last breath and would not start. I called a few close places, that were quoting me outrageous prices and havent even seen my car yet, oh and I had to figure out how to get it to them on top of that. I was so upset, I needed my car desperately. I had to leave my car sit for over a week because I had no money to pay for it to be fixed it even towed anywhere. Finally a good friend of mine told me about Tires Plus and how they will help in anyway they could. I was a bit unsure to even bother because I had talked to 3 other shops and then basically told me it was going to cost more than it was worth to fix, if i could find away to get it to them. I finally was at my last hope with bumming and paying for rides. So I called and spoke to a sales associate who completely understood my situation. He gave me the manager to help me get my car to them to look at. I told them I had limit funds and what the other shops had told me. They offered me, something I thought was nuts!! They would pay to have my car towed to their shop 45 miles away from me and look at my car for free. What ?????? I repeated this back to him 3 times lol this could not be real, they were willing to help me. Truly help me. The manger Don advised he would handle everything and I didnt have to worry anymore. First time in a month, I could breath. Once he got my car, he looked over my car and within minutes hes mechanic knew it was my fuel pump. While other places told me it wasnt even worth fixing. Don helped me make arrangements to pay for the fuel pump, and not be completely broke. I paid and expected to pick my car up the next day, due to having class that night. Don and his team gave me a free oil change, check my fluids, tires and even brought my car to my job that day so I would finally have my vehicle to drive myself to college that night. They did not have to do a tenth of what they did for me but they did without hesitation. I am and will be a forever customer. My family and friends and even co workers are now apart of this Tires Plus family.Most people only talk about things that may have not went their way or what they assumed they are entitled to but they hardly ever talk about all the things people do right, and the above and beyond they took for them.

Do not recommend. Waited two hours to get my flat tire fixed. After an hour had gone by, they drove my car around with the spare still attached. When asked about it, they said they didnt know the actual tire was in the back of the truck (even though they were told prior to my appointment). So I waited an hour for them to look at my spare tire instead of the actual flat. Im currently still in the store, finishing up hour two, as they patch up the actual flat. I guess Ill just put it on myself....

Several weeks ago, Tires Plus installed a new set of tires on our minivan. The manager was friendly and agreed to match a competitors price on the tires. The difference was honored/reimbursed after I returned with a print of the pricing on the competitors website.The manager and other staff answered my questions knowledgeably and patiently. I was fairly certain tires would need to be replaced, but requested to have them first diagnose the driving problems I had noted. Their mechanics also found that the rear rotors and brakes needed to be replaced. They checked and corrected alignment. They also replaced a failed bulb for the third brake light at no charge.Turnaround time was reasonable in my opinion and work was completed professionally.Thank you!

I had brought my 92 Subaru svx to them for an oil change and tire rotation. After they were done i watched the employee rip my car with (223000) miles on it around the parking lot and run a stop sign. After i complained i was told i was the 4th person to report this employee. Why he wasnt fired prior to the 4th compilation is beyond me

Great experience at the Lancaster Park City store. The manager and service people are always courteous. Mechanics are knowledgeable but Im always concerned about costs and I sometimes wonder about costs because the mechanic gets 20 percent of repairs cost. If a service fails or you have a concern the business does provide a warranty to the actual work. Ive had excellent mechanical service though. Oh and they are great at educating you on your repair or purchase too. The store is clean. I wish the wait room was more comfortable though. Its basic. Ive been at the dealership and was spoiled with real comfy lounge chairs so I like that more since I do need to stay while repairs are done. I get most mechanical and maintenance car care here. Im becoming lierate on engines and other car care due to the explaining of what is needed or upcoming recommended maintenance. I do recommend the place highly. Thank you guys for your honest and mechanical work from an old widow lady.

On a Sunday afternoon, they took our overheated vehicle from a rolloff and had us on our way in 45 minutes for under $30. These folks are INCREDIBLE!

So sad I have to change my rating! These guys used to get you in and out in a timely manner, not the case anymore! I waited over 2 and a half hours for a standard oil change with an appointment as well. They couldnt be bothered to check what was wrong with my engine so I took my car elsewhere for that issue. Pack your patience but Id recommended hust skipping this place all together.

Dont bother making an appointment here, they will have you wait for over an hour when you arrive on time. They took 2 hours to align my car incorrectly and I had to come back the next day to have it redone.When I came back I had to wait an hour and a half past my appointment time again and I was then told by the manager that they were unable to adjust the camber because my struts did not have adjustable top hats. The manager was referencing a suspension system that wasnt even in my car, my car has no struts, and the camber is in fact adjustable. The manager allowed me to go back in the shop and show him which bolts needed to be turned to do the alignment. After another hour my car was given back to me and I drove it home.While driving home I noticed a loud clunking sound would happen every time I made a sharp turn. I ended up taking my car to a real mechanic because at this point I had no confidence in Tires Plus ability to touch anything on my car. My mechanic informed me that the clunking was happening because the alignment bolts were loose. Tires Plus did not tighten them!So after waiting in the Tires Plus lobby for a total of over 5 hours, my car is still out of alignment and I have a bill from my mechanic who had to fix their work.

I wish there was a 3 1/2. Please read. Brought my toyota in for an inspection, oil change and tire rotation. Didnt pass inspection because of a crack in the exhaust (they dont weld or do exhaust work) and the LED strip in the 3rd tailight need to be replaced. Drove home and the next day there was oil under the car. On the way to work the oil light went on so I pulled into another mechanic who had to fix a stripped oil pan bolt. They fixed the muffler too and found taillight was just a fuse and completed the inspection. I called the manager Don at Tires Plus and he told me to come back in to make things right. I brought the bill from the other place for the fixed oil pan bolt/hole and he reimbursed me for the costs. He was very apologetic pointing out they had tried to fix the bolt as well but obviously didnt. I was torn between giving them a 3 and a 4. I gave them a 3 because they should have done a better job and caught the tail light and oil plug issue which cost me a few hours. That said, cars are complicated and @#$# happens. They stood up and took responsibility, more than I expected. They have a repeat customer now.

I will never go back to this place again . They rip you off, i went in trying to get my alignment fixed . After 3 trys from the technician to fix it, they cane out that the roads if pennsylvania has a lot of pot holes and that they fixed my alignment but the roads are bad and keeps ruining it. The manager was nice but then he disappeared, the customer service had an attitude so I ended up taking my car to another place to get it fixed. Waiting time are forever.

My front wheel bearing needs replaced for the 3rd time in 2.5 years. I have had 3 seperate mechanics tell me it wasnt installed properly and despite their website saying all parts have a life time warranty, I was just told that the part the used in my car only had a year warranty. My tires are still in great shape. I am happy with that portion of my services at tire plus. Just save yourself the hassle and get any other work done elsewhere.

Great place to do work. My entire family has their vehicles repaired here and the company works hard to make sure all needs are met.

Took my car there for inspection which was one of the worse decisions Ive done. Although the coupon was a great deal they went over the car with a fine tooth comb and found things wrong that cost me over 1,000 dollars! I recommend finding another garage whose goal isnt too see how much you will spend.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. They have the worst customer service ever. We had an appointment and two hours later we were still sitting. My husband went to ask how much longer and one of the guys asks if we checked in. After informing him that his coworker had checked us in, the coworker says he forgot about us and forgot to take our keys. He said he was going to see if they had any garages open. Both of the guys walk away. After waiting 10 more minutes we go to ask for an update because neither of them had come to let us know what was going on at this point. We came to have two tires put on. After they couldn’t give us a time frame for when we would be helped and we’d already waited 2 hours we decided to leave.

I was in a hurry to have my 2005 F-150 checked out for a charging system problem. I called several other places, and no one could fit me in. I needed my truck back, and soon. I called their Park City location, and Andrea answered the phone. She was pleasant, and assured me they could fit me in, get it fixed, and back on the road within a few hours. Reluctantly, I dropped off the truck, and to my surprise received a call back within 90 min that the truck was ready. The alternator was bad, and Jose the excellent mechanic did the work for me. Im 110% pleased with their service. I found the pricing to be very compatible compared to other places, and they didnt gouge me for the emergency service I needed. Overpriced, they price on tires is fine but they will charge you for everything they can. The total price to put the tires on will be much better at other shops. Also the Tires Plus oil change is overpriced.

OMG. My flat tire lite was on and the kind gentleman checked and filled all 4. I felt badly because I had noCash for a tip.

TOO EXPENSIVE, my first experience with them was great, one of their master mechanics who saved me who I never saw again ...(maybe thats why their service has plummeted). I had car trouble and they were half a block away so I took it there. He didnt take advantage of me . saw I was in a pickle and really couldve gouged my ignorance and wallet. So I continued to take my car there. First, They charged me almost a thousand dollars for a diagnosis on my abs sensor. I asked them to unplug my abs since the sensor was faulty and wasnt letting my car move. He wanted to charge me a service charge, just for unplugging it, he saw my surprise and said well I gotta touch it. I brought my car in for an oil change waited so long I fell asleep in the waiting room and they forgot I was there. They enter in the discounts before I tell them I have a coupon so I never get to use it which is suspicious to me. last but not least I needed a blend door acuator they wanted to charge me $700 . I did it my self by watching a youtube video and buying an OEM part on ebay for $50.00. I am a 35 year old mom and literally had 2 kids climbing on me when i did this. oh and they always have my appointment wrong.the negative outweigh the positives.

Have been here many times before, bought the last two sets of tires from Tires Plus. But had a major issue recently with them NOT torquing the wheel lug nuts down properly when I had my tires balanced back in Jan. Then this past week brought my jeep into their shop because of a very bad vibration in the front wheels. Turns out both front wheels were loose, the left front to the point of coming off. Needless to say this could had lead to a fatality on the highway. Then to rub salt in the wound, after putting in a complaint on their web site, which tells you a person in corp. management will be in touch. So Im thinking a RD or DM would be reaching out to me. I get a call from the local shop, which would have been okay if it was at least the store manager. But no, its just one of the shops associates, I asked him his title. Unbelievable.
