I am writing regarding my last two visits at this location. I’ve visited this store a total of three times and each time the customer service becomes worse. I live 25 minutes away and would bring my children here just for the wonderful selection of candy you all have to offer. My second visit was on August 21st and I was ignored by the female clerk. I said excuse me multiple times trying to get her attention and she continued to walk into the back room. On August 28th after leaving Go n Bananas with my husband and children I told my children we were going to the candy store and they were really excited. We arrived at the candy store at 7:45 pm and to our disappointment the store was closed for inventory even though the store is supposed to close at 8pm.When I asked the younger male clerk about this he stated they had to close early for that reason. I begin to walk away and the female clerk(same one that ignored me on my visit on the 21st) walked over and asked me what the problem was in a very rude tone. I explained to her the problem and told her I would contact cooperate and she said they were the ones who authorized it. As I began to walk away she flicked me off with her middle finger in front of my children. I spoke to the older gentlemen I presumed to be the manager and he clearly told me that she didn’t do that.If there are cameras at that location I would appreciate if someone can view the recordings to see for yourselves. As I mentioned before I love the selection and the store is beautiful, but I refuse to patronize an establishment that does not value their customers. We are highly disappointed in how we were treated and will spend our money elsewhere and not have to deal with classless unprofessional associates.I apologize for the long review, but I am highly upset that this occurred especially in front of my children. I hope something is done about this situation before you all lose more customers! I see there are other negative reviews on this same employee.I’ve contacted corporate along with the CEO and I have not received a response. it’s obvious this company doesn’t care!

Varied selection of European chocolate bars & candy. Prices are exceedingly high. If you are paying for your purchases in cash be careful, pay close attention.

This place was so awesome! It has a ton of bulk candy to choose from, along with a ton of pre-packed items, like these Wine Gums! Really great experience!

My boyfriend and I just went into this store 10 minutes ago. There was a young guy with blonde hair and a middle aged, short, bigger woman with dark brown hair. When we asked to get macarons, they asked what we wanted with attitude and rolled their eyes. Then we asked for a few minutes to pick our flavors and they just gave us dirty looks and were being impatient. After we decided, I asked if they were ready for me to list the flavors and they said “we’ve been ready” with attitude once again. My boyfriend asked them to chill out and stop being rude and they got silent but were whispering to each other. They rung us out and threw the change down on the counter disrespectfully, then we asked for a bag and they threw it down once again. As we were leaving I asked “what’s the problem?” and the lady said “I was wondering the same thing” in a really snarky tone. On my way out I just said that they should really learn to respect their customers. I’m really upset that we supported this place. We won’t be doing that again.

Today around 2pm I went in to buy some chocolate from the case at the front counter. The cashier in there was extremely rude. She was rolling her eyes, giving huge sighs, and made a fuss about having to put gloves on. She made me feel like I was wasting her time. Even though I was the only one in the store, and she had just been standing around before that. I tried to ignore her attitude, but when I told her the first piece of candy I wanted, she groaned and said I said the name wrong. I guess not too wrong though, cause she picked it up without me clarifying. When I told her the second piece I wanted she again snapped at me, this time saying I was being too vague, even though I called it by its name and was pointing at it. I tried to repeat myself, but I stopped mid way as I saw her roll her eyes again. So I told her she was being unbelievable rude, and that I didnt want anything anymore and left.I was at multiple shops today, and bought stuff from everyone I went to but yous. Everyone elses employees were nice and helpful. I cant imagine how many people shes chased away.

Got some treats for stocking stuffers, I know early but they will not spoil

Me and my friends were just looking around and talking and this dude told us to leave because we werent going to buy anything and we were wasting his time in a rude tone. first of all, he wouldve had to be there whether there were customers in the store or not, he cant just leave. second of all, im pretty sure stores are for looking, not just buying. not everyone has a bunch of money laying around. we are minors by the way, meanwhile hes a full grown adult working at a candy store, he should learn to deal with children since they are the ones visiting the store the most. the staff here used to be nice, but not anymore. i wont be coming back as long as hes working there. also of course he wasnt wearing his mask but had it dangling around his ear for some reason.

This store has bad customer service and I heard the manger swearing at the staff. 0/10 Would not visit again.

The woman working was so rude. We reapeted the name on the sign for the candy we wanted four times and she yelled at us because we didnt call it whats as written on the back of the sign that we couldnt see? She then through it at the back counter. So we left.

Has a variety of candy sodas. Bacon soda, pickle soda ECT.

Pricing is to high but has a lot to offer

Great for gourmet and nostalgia candy if you dont mind the higher prices. Just avoid the stale self serve candy bins.

This is a beautiful store that made me feel like I was in Honeydukes from Harry Potter. Everything is organized well and very clean. They have a nice variety of candy. I was particularly captivated by the flavored gummy bears. Friendly staff as well.

Its like a candy dream come true! I had walked past the store numerous times and never stopped to check it out. The store is bright and inviting, but I just didnt think that I needed candy. A friend was talking about a certain candy that she wanted to try so we stopped in the store. Blown away is an understatement! So many amazing types and flavors of candy! The young girl who was working was wonderful and helpful. She was very knowledgeable even though she said she had only recently started working in the store. We found the candy we were looking for and so much more. Great gift items for pretty much any occasion. Definitely a great experience!

My friend went in and bought me some chocolates. When I got them I knew they were expensive. They were so fresh and amazing! They had the chocolates beautifully packed and made a wonderful gift.This is high end, not drug store candy.

If you are looking for a diverse selection of candies and assorted sweets, Lolli and Pops is the place for you. They have a nice variety of standard fare candies, as well as many harder to find and imported selections.For me, the macarons are the best reason to stop in. They have a wide range of flavors, all the way from your basic chocolate to strawberry cheesecake.The employees are friendly and helpful. Lines can be a bit long, and the price range is a little high, but all in all Lolli and Pops is fantastic candy shop!

I love their wide variety of delicious candy and chocolate they even have butter brew soda. The staff is always very friendly and always have the best suggestions. The only thing I could possibly say is bad is there is not one next to my house but it is definitely worth the drive.

Selection and assortments of different varieties of candies was endless. The staff working the day I went was friendly and had some good recommendations. I would give a 5 star rating if it wasnt for the prices being a little over the top.

Park city has always had an issue when it comes to keeping candy stores up and running. The major issue behind that is because most of the candy you find in park city can be found out in flea markets for half the price.The place is more of an aesthetic pleasure than actual product pleasure and while the perks of the membership is great for the avid candy crush activist i cant really see myself dishing out $100 For a 6 month refill.

Jaimie at the Lehigh Valley mall is awesome, very knowledgeable, the whole staff is friendly and work to help you find what you are looking for, they give a sample to try so that you are satisfied with your choices, this is truly what customer service is all about, see you when I come back from Florida soon, glad to hear we are getting a lollipop and pops store in Tampa....

Really cute store with vintage, specialty and unique candies. Love how some candies are separated by country/area theyre from. The selection of gummies is great and their own brand of chocolate is so creamy and delicious. Also unique sodas are for sale too.

Came here with my friends from New York and we had a blast looking at all the strange candy and such here. Ended up getting bean-boozled, and a very good Shirley Temple soda. If youre looking for candy thats a bit different, definitely recommend this place.

A delightful candy store that can help you find long lost treasures, or perhaps discovering new and different things. I find something Ive never seen before each time in there, I swear. We found the staff friendly and knowledgeable for what we needed.

The food is great, and they put a lot of care into making their sweets but the price of things is so over the top its only a once in a blue moon kind of trip. For only 6 macaroons it is $19, for 12 it is over $30. Only come if you have an extra $75 to spare.

Really great selection of candy from national to international. Good homemade candies too. Also has a good selection of sodas that you can rarely find in a grocery store. I always get a michi cocoa from Taiwan and a orange cream soda everytime I visit. Worth stopping by and grabbing something.

You can get all kinds of old fashioned candy there. Not too mention the jars you can fill with all the candy in the bins. My favorite is the chocolate and the jelly beans!

Overpriced novelty candies. Purchased chocolate and macaroons which are apparently imported from france. Ive had macaroons IN france and these hardly make the cut. I would say everything is kind of packaged to be given as gifts but I would be hesitant to gift anything from there as it was just okay and nothing special.

I’ll admit, I love to stop into this shop whenever I’m at the mall. However, during my last visit I got sold a broken macaroon (full price). Other than that their candy is great but pricey.

Stopped in to check out the store since they were out handing out free mango gummie bears. They have a great selection of candy but are really over priced. We bought 1/4 of a pound of the mango gummie bears and it was like $7!!! They were a good treat but we wont be back.

A unique candy shop with hard to find varieties

Usually love this store but this time pathetic. Poorly stocked, ignored at checkout, almost didnt get my reward points, and an overwhelming amount of employees talking to each other.

Upon entering this candy shop, we were not greeted. So we continued browsing for items for Mother’s Day. After a while we found some things and grabbed a plastic bag to start filling... we were followed and watched around the store, the whole way to checkout by a woman named Dottie as if my child and I were trying to steal. Not once were we offered help, etc... Horrible, unwelcoming experience in this store, we will not be coming here again.
