They seriously need to update they website and hours off operation, I drove all the way from rosemond because it states on the Internet that they are open till 7pm and when I arrive, the store is empty and not by closed, but like not in business anymore. Thes only one sign in front stating that they will be closed to practice social distancing.., Does this look like social distancing???

I would NOT recommend this store! I made two purchases, now my old and new phone do not work. When I returned the clerk said well you didnt tell me that you did not register your new phone, I can do it for you for $35 more.

The clerk charged me for a screen protector then realized he didnt have it in stock. He refunded my card but I never received the money

This store is so much closer to where I live!I love the manager, Delaney. When I go in to make my payments or have any questions she is always so helpful!I would recommend people come to her store for great service!

I went here because the reviews were so great. Unfortunately, I did not receive the same type of service. I went to the one on Gadsdon instead and received much better service.

Geovanni was the best multi- tasker today handling 4 customers at once! Talking with customer service on one phone, giving info about bundling to another customer, answering questions about phone service ....... all while replacing my broken screen saver !!His expertise, friendliness and welcoming smile was very calming reassuring.... and the water in this heat was a very pleasant and much needed gift!Thank you for such great service!Geovanni definatly deserves a raise!

The store smells like butt and the guy acts like he cant help and you can tell he doesnt want to help you. I hate that I had to go here to get a phone but I was in a time crunch. Perhaps you should provide customer service training like Chick Fil A, so that your customers will feel like its worth their time.

Not open during the posted business hours inconvenient and waste of gas.
