I normally don’t post reviews. In this case I’ve decided to post one. A few months ago I went into purchase something. Juli not only helped me with what I wanted, she made sure I got what I needed. Now just a week or so ago I came back in for something else. As I was ready to leave, Juli who had helped me on my first visit approached and asked some follow up questions about what I got a few months earlier Not only did she remember, she wanted to make sure what I got was working for me. This is what customers service is all about. An employee that cares and wants the best for their customers. Shoutout to Juli.
I recently just made a purchase here I have been a customer with Verizon for a few years now and one employee really stands out. His name is Paul he is very helpful and knowledgeable answers my questions in details and provides solutions to many problems I may have with my device. Thank you all who work in this store as well you are all very helpful and work as a team and help each other out you all compliment each other well if one employee is having trouble with something there isnt another employee unwilling to help. Thank you all.
Paul Gatt (not sure if I spelled his last name correctly) he did a great job helping us. We had to go back in because we did not understand something about our phones, but he walked us through the process and explained it to us and was very patient with us, we appreciated him so much.
My sons job very nice wholesome bunch. I dont really know them very well but when I stop by to take my son lunch or anything they seem to be nice to him and always courteous and speak. I dont have Verizon because it is a little to high for me...lol but I do have them with my straight talk phone thru Walmart and really like the service. Customer service and bedside manner means everything to me especially in my line of business. Keep up the good work and treating and treating my son ALfred LaMar with respect and I wish you hardworking guys well
I had to go in today for help with a device for my son. I was pleasantly surprised that Chris answered ALL of my questions and my son will be overjoyed tomorrow when he gets this gift! Thank you so much Chris! You rock! Big time 💯💯💯☑🗣🗣🗣
They keep sending customers to best buy
Had help before in the passed even if you representative or employee had me call corporate business company empitamy tyrrane dress code at least even if I know better o if Im in dingy thrown on threads outskirts even if estate relative concrete or foundation areas ground and planet natures course your in the willdth
They have always been so friendly towards and yes sometimes you have to wait awhile bcuz of the line but other then that I love how they assist you.
One of the worst stores I’ve been to i didn’t even get to go inside to view my options before an employee came out and told me there was nothing I could do to upgrade my phone even tho he didn’t even bother to hear what I had to say. Never coming here again. If I could give it 0 stars I would.

Worst customer service Ive ever seen. Waited outside 45 minutes for one lazy customer inside. Once we got inside we were told they didnt have the phone we want . Employee was extremely rude and had no clue to his job
Went to the Palmdale store which was so awful that I made an appointment to drive to this store the next day. Upon being checked in outside for my appointment I was told that I couldnt return a phone ordered over the phone with Verizon Corporate and was told they wouldnt help me. Pretty bad. Both stores very much made me feel as though they were very mad that they had to help a white man. It is a sad world now. 18 year customer.

Absolutely a joke at least during Covid. Recieved horrible customer service. Dont bother going unless you have an appointment because they wont even talk to you and I got an extremely strong feeling that White customers are their least favorite and they are very unhappy when they are forced to have to help someone that is not of color. Sad really.
No problem people are less likely to talk to you do to covic but if you know why your there its ok.
Bad customer service! On more than one occasion with different reps over the past two years I have walked in with good spirits and walked out having to file complaints with corporate. Terrible service, its really weird there.
I have been with almost ever single phone company with the exception of spectrum, and mint wireless.I can firmly say that Verizon has the worst customer service out of any service provider. With hour long wait times and failure to finalize things.?
Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Robert the store manager was not helpful and directed me to call the customer service line. I was on the phone with them for over an hour. I have never experienced this incompetence in my life and I have been a sprint customer for many years. Sprint has better customer service and better service over all. I would not recommend purchasing here.

Purchased Phone as a gift. Verizon Team member was aware this phone was going to Mexico. I ask Her if there is anything else needed to be done, she said no. Phone was purchased fully. After a week on investigating an calling Verizon i found out all she had to do to unlock the phone when it was purchased. Please train your team better. Make sure they are aware of all possibilities. Very disappointed. I had to make few trips until a team member was able to help me.
Since the appearance of Covid their handling the situation is absolutely apalling their customer service is absolutely terrible the temperature outside is 104° and they had me outside waiting for close to a half an hour only to be told that I had to come back to pick up my phone since it was a business line it was the worst experience I have ever had in my entire adult life of ordering phones and I had no Choice because I have a business account and so apparently they can’t do anything in the store at all has to be done over the phone. If their service wasn’t so good I would’ve dropped them immediately after this experience shame on Verizon they’re handling of this whole Covid pandemic

Update: Today manager Jose C, after he stopped chuckling and decided to treat me with respect, went above and beyond to correct the issue; although I was on hold for 57 minutes in store because in store could not fully address the issue and reverse the transfer of the number. In total is took 2 hours to correct this issue.Employee Paul was also very helpful and accommodating when he notice I had a cane he offered a chair after I had been standing on hold for 20-some-odd minutes.added 2 stars, still disappointed in the lack of employee knowledge on both devices and plans. The poor communication made this experience terrible._______________________________________________________Literally paid for decide in full and they slammed me with device payments and an international plan 2x the cost of the plan I chose. Returning and canceling contact tomorrow.Christian was the employee that misled me with the discount on the phone and financed half without my consent and gave me a 70$ plan with 2gb data instead of the $35 6gb plan. Avoid the dishonest employee at this location.He also couldnt speak with any knowledge about the quality or specs of a single phone in store.
Helpful people. Not too long to wait. Clean. Not all together in the know. I bought a wireless charger they said would work in the car - it did not. Not enough power for it. The charger worked, but not where I specifically asked if it would work. So. Over all just meh.

I went in to pay my bills and pick up a new case for my phone, unfortunately you didnt have what I wanted. My husband on the other hand purchased a new Samsung I pad. The associate was knowledge and friendly I received great service.
Clean shop, friendly helpful staff but I find it really inconvenient that my pixle 2 didnt come with the headphone adapter that was supposed to be included, they didnt have one to make things right, nor do they even carry them. Making Best buy my only option which makes it even more inconvenient...the fact that they didnt even mention ordering one for me kinda throws the helpful part of this review out the window.
Poor service and little to no help. They wont transfer data and dont give advice on how to do it yourself. We will most likely be changing our service after many years of our loyalty. Very disappointing experience
I made 3 trips into this store and spoke to 3 different employees regarding the service I needed. Each time they gave me only partial information I needed to supply them in order to transfer my phone from AT&T to Verizon. My first trip in was to ascertain whether or not my phone could be transferred to Verizon. The employee checked my IMEI number and other phone information and told me yes, my phone can be transferred but that I would need AT&T to unlock it first. I filed the request form to get my phone unlocked and returned to the store a second time once I received the confirmation that it had indeed been unlocked. At this visit another different employee then said I needed the account number and the IVR authentication pin before it can be done (why I was not given this instruction by the first employee on my first trip in is a mystery and frustration!). I then went through the necessary steps to get the account number and IVR authentication pin then a few days later returned to the store for the third time to finally complete the transfer. I spoke to a third different employee and gave him the additional information so the transfer could be completed. He started inputting information on my phone then went to get the Verizon SIM card and put it in my phone. After a few seconds the employee told me that my phone could NOT be transferred to Verizon! After 3 trips, 3 different employees (2 of which looked at my phone and stated it could be transferred!) gathering all the information I was told I needed to provide and over a week of time passing by, I’m then told the transfer cannot happen! Again, my first trip into the store was to determine this and I expected/trusted that the employees employed at a cell phone store would be knowledgeable with the phones and the service requirements of their company to ascertain and accomplish what I was trying to do! Instead I received wrong information from 2 employees who obviously were not knowledgeable and who then sent me on a useless quest to gather more information (which I was informed of in snipetts instead of up front). After 15 plus years with Verizon I’m looking at other carriers! Your employees need training! They should not be on the floor helping customers when It’s clear they are not knowledgeable about the products or service they represent!
If you like being belittled, argued with, have your intellect questioned, and lied to, this is your place. You can find all that and more here and in mass quantity. I wish i could give ZERO or negative stars.I must have a legitimate masochist complex because I still went into this place to return a phone after my previous experience (below). Someone told me that their service had changed for the better. I proceeded to have an employee claim that a promo at Best Buy for another phone was a lie. when I asked him to explain it to me, he could not. He also tried as hard as he could to convince me to not return my phone in store and to do it online. This guy basically argued with me that A) the Best Buy promo was a lie (it wasnt) and B) he tried everything he could to convince me to do everything online so he didnt have to do anything. Just garbage. Do everything online.(First review, 2 years ago): Terrible customer service. I was ready to buy a phone right then, but the guy who helped me proceeded to challenge my intelligence about phones. Im a power user and an android custom ROM programmer, so I know a little about android phones. I walked out, and went to Best Buy, where I was treated WAY better, and they actually had the phone I wanted. Thanks for nothing.
Ive never seen a salesman who spent so long trying to talk us OUT of spending money!!Brion actually seemed concerned over our phone problem and kept his cool even despite the hard time my grandfather was giving him. He tried so hard to get us Not to buy a new phone, but when he finally relented he did try to get us into the cheapest possible solution to our problem. I was shocked and impressed. Never once did he speak patronizingly - or act like my grandfather was deaf, or speak to me in lieu of dealing with him.Super Amazing Service!
Went to this store yesterday with a old I phone 4 that wouldnt charge any longer. I was hoping to get a newer phone, but found out, I couldnt afford it..A very good person named Nadia, was trying to help me. We tried an insurance replacement, but the problem with the phone wasnt covered. Nadia tried for the better part of an hour to find a solution.She then went to her manager and they worked out that even though the phone was out of warranty, they would extend the warranty to get me a new phone. An even better one than the one I had.Bottom line, they were VERY helpful and kind and my new phone will arrive tomorrow...THANK YOU NADIA FOR ALL YOUR HELP....

I bought the Note 9 at bestbuy in Duarte because when I needed the phone there were none local. There were some questions I still needed answers to so I went to my local Verizon store for answers. The helpfulness and the timeliness was excellent. I was helped by a vet who served the county as well. I cant believe how helpful he was.

WOW!!!!! What great service I finally Switch to an I-Phone. I was very nerves about it but a employee by the name of Ladetric (I hope I spelled that right) was so patient with me. He walk me though step by step with my new phone answered all my question for about 30 mins and I felt very confident about my purchase Thank you so much for all of your help .
Went there Sept. 27 to look at the new iPhone 6S which they told me they have but its not out on the floor where you can actually look at it or touch it or anything. Would not even bring it out so I could look at it, just kept telling me it was the same as the iPhone 6.. in which case why is there a NEW version at all??? Really?? So they expect me to pay for something I cant even look at or touch.. theres no sense going to the store then. Really makes me not want to buy anything from them. Terrible customer service.

These people lied to me. They screwed me out of a good deal with out explaining why they took me. The manager lied several times. I will not do any business with Verizon.
Poor service, surly staff. I went in with a question and was met by a greeter that asked if he could help me. I said yes, and explained my simple request. He directed me to a counter with three other agents. I had to get the attention of one of them that grudgingly asked how he could help. At the time, there was one other customer in the store, and none of the four employees I mentioned were helping him. The one guy that I had helping me had to have heard what my question was, but he insisted I tell him again. When we found out that we couldnt do what I thought we could do, he gave me a 1000 yard stare as if we had already exhausted all options. I knew there were other things we could do, but its his job to introduce them to me, not the other way around.I have been a loyal Verizon customer for years, and this is the absolute worse service I have had at any Verizon store ever.
Its a Verizon store and your experience will really depend on the customer representative you get and how busy it is. I was able to do everything I needed without too much of a headache.
Theres never a sign over the kiosk when it doesnt accept cash so you waste a lot of time there Ive found better deals than other Verizon locations or calling Verizon or online or even Best Buy or Sams Club has better deals
So last year my contract expired and my phone was due for an upgrade. I had gone to this location to essentially kill two birds with one stone. The guy I had talked to got me a new phone for $150 and he had said that they had a deal going on for a tablet and a hot spot. I had thought why not its a good deal right? He has also said that i was no longer in a contract with them and that i was paying month-to-month.A year later i had cancelled with Verizon because i was simply paying too much. i had received a massive bill in the mail for $460. i had thought, that cant be right.So i had gone to this store again in attempt to figure out the situation. Turns out they were making me pay for the phone and the tablet and the hot spot in small increments under the charge device payment buyout charge and they had the tablet and the hot spot on their 2year plan even though a year earlier the guy had told me i was paying month-to-month. At this point i had asked for the manager because that was outrageous.The manager, whose name is Bernadette, was absolutely no help and acted very unprofessional such as giggling and making jokes with her friends in the store. She had said that if i wanted to cancel everything then and there then it would be $730 and that because I had the 2 2year contracts that i was cancelling plus the 3 devices that were not paid off which i would pay off then and there. So lesson learned. Read anything you are signing. Also i will avoid Verizon for the rest of my life for not being honest with me upfront and i advise everyone else to do the same.I also have a final Verizon bill coming in the mail. I will post it when i find out the price.
Worst Verizon store experience ever. I have been a loyal customer. I came to exchange my note 7. It took almost 2 hours and by the time i was done I had to pay extra which cooperate Verizon says they could have offered me a credit for. The manager was very rude and offered no solution. If you have a need go online or go to a agent youll get much betterment service with people who care

Terrible service - I have been with Verizon for 9 years. Yesterday my phone quit working - a 450 dollar phone that was up from warranty on March 11; I went in on March 20. I told them that it just would not charge and I believed it to be a charging problem. He (and I regret not getting his name) spent maybe 5 mins with it plugged in and handed it back to me and said, yes it is dead, you need a new phone. I explained to him that this was very stressful for me because I have a family member at the VA in Los Angeles that has cancer, and I need to have a phone because I could get a call at any moment that I need to go down there; I asked how much would it cost me to get into an inexpensive phone and he said a minimum of 300 dollars and that is the best he could do for me. I didnt have that kind of money so walked out with my phone extremely frustrated and completely stressed out. I got home and my daughter plugged in my charger, messed with it a little bit and the phone began to charge, came on and is working fine!!. Apparently the Droid Ultra has a problem with its power port, but of course the guy at Verizon was obviously too lazy to make any effort to inform me of that, wasnt knowledgeable in the least, nor did he make any effort to help me in any way. As soon as my contract is up, I am SO OUT OF THIS COMPANY.

Usually crowded. Employees can fix problems with phones but are in too much of a rush to explain what occurred. I had an issue with my phone and they replaced it with a phone that has lots of problems and they blamed it on the internet provider. The internet provider blames Verizon. Im stuck in the middle with a crappy phone.
Easy parking and beautiful modern Dome store with Pleasant and fast service. Although every time I go in the store is crowded and theres a wait for service.
I like their service and their willingness to refund me when I make a mistake. I have made a lot of mistakes money wise.
With such a huge staff it is very sad that you have to wait almost thirty to sixty minutes for assistance. Also the sales representative should allow the consumer to first ask questions before trying to sale products that they really dont need.
