I stopped in about an hour before closing, needed help with my account and get a new phone. Jami was the only rep there and although he was with another customer, he immediately acknowledged our presence and let us know he would be right with us. Once he finished with the other customer, he gave us his full attention. We discussed what we needed and he was beyond helpful and answered all our questions. I found him to be professional yet warm and friendly. He made our experience extremely pleasant, even though we kept him after closing time. When all was said and done, we got what we needed done and purchased a new iPhone. If you ever need service, Jami is the guy to see. Thank you Jami, we definitely will be back.
I want to give special thanks to David for my experience at Verizon the other day. His knowledge, care, and experience with the products and programs far exceeded my expectations. I came in the following day to speak with David because of another line and once again, he did an outstanding job. Just before I left the store David was assisting another family and literally ran to his car in order to obtain a device from a sister site. His exemplary work ethic speaks highly of this Verizons staff and service.

We had to stop in to upgrade a phone that was damaged in an accident. Luckily this store was really close and the only local one open.Though we had to wait, Jared, the only person available to assist customers was quick to address our needs and made every attempt to make our wait shorter and ensure we had the best experience.This has been a far better experience than we have had at other Verizon stores.
Today was a bad day for me. I am someone whom is emotionally unstable when under stress. I had a issue at the Verizon store and I spoke to David. Today I couldn’t talk on the phone or do anything right. David saw I was struggling. This man gave me the most respect by helping me. He took charge and made me feel like he was helping me out of care and concern. I like when people make me feel good.I hope to see David in a managers position soon.

The Kevins are great. Great store and location. Only downside is no bathroom (understandable) and the size of the store. Hopefully to many people dont go in at the same time. In the long run this store offers what you need from Verizon and friendly staff.

Took me a while to write this review, but very thankful to be able and help boost the rep for this specific Verizon team/ TCC Retailer:My (now) wife and I have been in and out of this retailer only a few times since it opened up (seeing as how recent the Lime Square shopping center is). When it comes to the helpfulness, quality of service, and overall character of this retailer, my wife and I have, and will continue to, give it a 5/5 and beyond for assisting us through some very difficult problems.MORE specifically, Ben (one of the representatives, who should be in management given his incredibly gifted personality and work ethic) was absolutely outstanding in assisting both my wife and I when she was in need of a new phone while continuing the plan weve carried with Verizon (which still keeps us satisfied to this day). Bens charisma and quick/ efficient ability to problem solve through some very intricate and detailed issues were extremely helpful, in addition to his overall personality to keep us occupied as we waited for our problem to be fixed.Ben, along with the rest of the crew and specific Verizon Retailer, will always be a 5/5 on our list:HIGHLY recommended, and will certainly return as needed (and beyond!) :)Thank you guys!!
Worst experience of my life. Sat around for an hour while the employee flirted with a customer. Customer cursed out the only guy working because he was waiting an hour just for the guy to come up and tell him he didn’t have the phone he was looking to buy. Thought the guy overreacted. He didn’t. One person working on the weekend? When asked about it he said this is how they schedule. I wish I could give them a zero rating because that is the level of customer service received.
Always great customer service. They do their best to give me what I want as soon as I want it. Just upgraded 2 phones to the IPhone 6S 64GB got them the DAY they came out, in every color we wanted also. Still maintain our budget with our bill and keep us very happy customers!!

Quick Friendly Painless Experience.
First of all I do like Verizon. I just dont like the customer service my wife got from a particular gentleman at the roherstown location. My wife went in to get screen protector put on phone that cracked and needed replaced. We were told when we paid 50.00 dollars a piece for them that if we ever needed them put on that any Verizon store would be more than happy to put them on for us. All but the rude salesman at this location. He treated her with great disrespect. He told her they dont sell zagg protectors. Well I can tell you right now they sure did because I bought 7 of them for each of the 7 devices I bought at Verizon at the same time last year Then he asked her name to look up our account. Then asked asked for a pin number to look up what I dont know. And then said to her I guess you do have an account with us and bought the phones through Verizon Then he told it would cost her ten dollars for him to do it. But tried to sell her new screen protectors that he said if she buys these they will be replaced and put on for free forever. The same thing we were told when we bought these screen protectors. He then finally installed the screen protectors for her being rude the whole time and told her it wont be done again for free unless we buy new screen protectors. This guy is so lucky I was not there. So if you run in to the person Im talking about please see manager immediately.when I went on to write this review I could not believe how many bad reviews I saw for this location. I hope they take notice and fix the problems

Did not have phone in stock I needed. I was told it would take a few days to come in, which I understood. I was told phone was unable to be shipped to me so I would have to come back to the store to pick up device once it arrived. I told the one clerk that I was going to go to the Apple Store, which is 5 min around the corner, to get the phone because I knew it was in stock. When I told him this, he got very frantic and on edge and told me he would drive to a local store to pick up the phone since it was in stock there and bring it back for us. I told him that was a nice offer but I didnt expect him to do this because it was not necessary; Im not going to wait roughly 45 to 1 hour for an iPhone that I can go the Apple Store and pick up within 20 min. The clerk was not happy that I made the decision to leave and go to Apple for the phone. He began to bad talk apple and make my fiancée and I feel very uncomfortable and attempted to guilt trip us into buying a phone from Verizon (him specifically.) I understand that Verizon employees are commissioned but his approach to get us to buy a phone from him was extremely unprofessional and childish. Ive never had such an awful, uncomfortable experience at a Verizon store in my entire life. I was very polite and kind to the gentleman at the store but they made my fiancée and I feel very uncomfortable and pressured. I will not return to this location ever again.
Worst experience. Bought phone explained what I wanted . Got home it was all done incorrectly after I called Verizon. Went back the next day 2 hrs later it wasnt corrected. The employee the second time tried everything he could in his power. I ended up going to Verizon off fruitville Pike. They had me up and running in 10-15 min. I went back to TCC to return my phone and they tried charging me a restocking fee. I had to call the manager to resolve this because it was less then 24 hrs and it was not my fault. Only reason they get at least one star is because Keenan attempted to help and kept his professional composure.
Do we have a choice they have the best coverage.
By far the worst customer service experience Ive ever had the displeasure of experiencing. The guys that work in this store are shady and dishonest in their approach. Its very obvious that they are out for personal gain/commission and not much else. I wouldnt return to this location if they offered me a free iphone 6s and 50% off my bill for a year.

This place is better then a Verizon store but still horrible if there are already a couple people in the store. Just make sure you have time on your hands If you need to change anything or buy anything.
Went in with a problem with my phone . They were more interested in trying to get me buy Samsung 8 for $800 than fixing my issue. Tried two times to get me to buy the samsung 8 . I will never purchase a new phone at this place. Where is the customer service?
I have had previous good experience but just the other day I purchased a new Moto X, was told it was 32 GB and was sold at the 32 gb price. I went home to discover that it was only 16gb and the Bamboo back was lifting at opposite edges. I returned the phone today for the back cover and it not being 32 gb. The staff there seamed very bewildered that it was not 32 gb. They tried to order me a 32gb but said they could not order any 32gb phones other than the Turbo. The staff did not appear to have much knowledge about their stock or what was available for them to order. I was courteous and got my money refunded, the staff appeared to try and help but seamed to be clueless about their own business. I would not recommend using this store, they need better training and honest pricing practices.
Surly employee. Barely made eye contact. Didnt stand up the entire time I was there. Acted like it was too much trouble to help me. Ill never set foot in that store again.
