Terrible company, DO NOT GO here.I placed a simple order for screen replacement, was not told it would be on backorder and per signed contract, they are required to give full refund upon request....When I contacted them, Tim had one excuse to not issue refund - then I proved him wrong - then he tried another excuse - then I proved him wrong - then he ignored all my email and phone calls.When I called the store, Isaac said Tim is useless POS, but I didnt believe him until I experienced it. Isaac turned out to be useless as well with terrible customer service.Terrible company, terrible customer service, useless non contributing employees/management/ownership.This type of company will soon go out of business and their useless employees will be happy on unemployment where they belong.

Love this place. Had to get my screen replaced on my phone. They were done with my phone exactly when they said they would be. I get off work not long before they close and they offered to wait for me to get there. There was an issue with the first screen replacement, I brought it in and with no questions asked a new screen was ordered and replaced free of charge. They offer loaner phones while they have yours and unlike most places who would have some ridiculous paperwork to check out the phone, they dont. They make sure your sim card is compatible and thats it. I would recommend them to anyone.

The part needed for my repair was ordered and arrived before the given expected date. I dropped off my Note9 as soon as I got the call. My device was ready in about 30 min. I would definitely recommend Nextgen Tech for a screen replacement.

Paid over $300 up front and waited almost 2 weeks for the screen. Wrong model came in, it happens. I request expedited shipping on the re-order and get assured by an employee they will rush ship it. A week goes by, they dont answer their business phone for 2 days on the third day they tell me it will be in tomorrow and they will call when delivery truck gets it to them. I wait 2 additional days and have to call 4 times in a row for them to answer just to tell me the wrong model came in again. I let them know I am going in for a refund and they tell me o.k. I show up (Friday) and the worker tells me there isnt enough cash in the drawer and I need to come back Monday. I told him to call the owner so we can get the refund settled and this clown has the nerve to say he is at home with his family. I left with a full refund, but I had to argue for it and drove 120 miles total going back and forth with this sorry excuse of a business. Plus, I wasted almost a month of my time all because they dont do screen seperations and claim they recieved the wrong refurbished phone model twice, (no accountability)they blame their supplier (continue to use them), and their communication is non-existant. Spend your hard earned cash elsewhere if you want a professional experience.

My daughter dropped her phone and her screen wasn’t working anymore. She couldn’t even slide the phone off. She found this site online and called. We went in on the same day and 20 minutes later her phone was fixed plus more! Excellent customer service, super friendly and helpful! Thank you!!!

I went in for full screen replacement after damage to my s10 plus. While excluding the backorder waiting period (which understandably happens) my phone was fixed in a timely manner and even shipped to my residence for my convenience.Unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances my screen was damaged again. I wanted to bring up that Nextgen honoured their warranty and replaced the screen at their own expense while even managing to find a faster supplier for my screen. Phone was fixed and I was out the door in less than a week.They were fast, very communicative, and easy to work with. If I ever need a screen repair again (hopefully not) I will be coming back!

I called this store and told them the problem with my phone and a man said he could fix it FOR FREE so the following days I went up there and they said that they cant fix it for free and that it must have been the wrong number yet my call log has the same number I called that is on your website...unprofessional and mieleafinh

Brought in an IPad Pro almost a month ago, the wrong battery was ordered i didnt get a call to let me know that the wrong battery was ordered and it was going to take an extra week. I get it . Then when the battery came in they didnt call me to let me know it was in and that, the battery was not the issue 2 1/2 weeks by now. i go in to see what going on they said it was a board ans that it will take another week. a week and half goes by i go in because again i get no phone call. They say that it wasnt the board and that they will need another week to look at it. I asked for my item back and took the 120.00 battery lose. I asked for the old battery they said they recycled it. usually these placed keep the battery until the customer is happy with the item. I took my iPad pro to another repair guy, he opened it in front of us and showed us that they put after market parts not apple parts, and it was put back together incorrectly, not protector seal for the components. this IPad had never been repaired before these guys. They rather make a quick buck than have returning customer. We as well as the repair guys took pictures of how the item was left. To top it off they broke the screen form the inside. Definitely will file a claim.

Helpful once I finally got to talk to someone. I waited for more than a hour for them to come back from lunch just so they call tell me they cant help me because they didnt have a part. Tip: at a time brick and mortar stores are falling at an alarming rate you might want to stay on your A game!
