Not only were they helpful over the phone and in store processing me! But delivery was on point ! Typically they say 4-6pm but nope they literally came exactly at 4pm and spent like 20 mins unloading everything and WITH CARE ! Assembled everything ! Thank you to the whole store team but to Adrian and Rico for coming so efficiently! Seriously this store is underrated they definitely did an amazing job thru and thru hopefully I can get hubby to let me purchase more items bc this couch is soooooo cute ! (:

I’ve purchased a fridge from here before and now I have a sectional that I’m currently renting! Let me start by saying this the manager Adrian is awesome! He informed me that if I was going to be late making my 90 day same as cash purchase on my sectional that he’d be willing to give me an extension because he knew it was around Christmas time. So that right there showed me how considerate the rent a center team was! They are always welcoming to earn your business! I can’t wait to pay my sectional off so I can work on my third purchase with them! Adrian make the purchase worth it

The first manager dealt with was great. The other so called manage always seems to be on a power trip. All Id like to do is have some leniency until pay day on Friday

Id give no stars if possible! My husband and I saw a room set for my grandmother as a christmas gift; we told the guy behind the register we wanted everything seen in that display. His response, The BED FRAME comes separately, yoy have to pay an additional $60.00, so happily we paid! When the delivery day came, Oi! What a disaster they came super late first off. Then, upon arrival we seen that the mattress was missing. We asked about the mattress and they told us we had not payed for it! My husband got upset! So when they realized there was no mattress they stop setting up the frame and head board and left. Left no bolts or screws to set it up. So the next day my husband went to buy the screws and bolts and realized the bed frame did not fit the head board!🙄🙄🙄 also realizing there was no foot board we went back to the store. They literally taunted my husband by laughing and patronizing him after he said he wanted to go to court! They said no foot board and no cash refunds. Very bad service will be seeing them in court soon
