I went in to the store hoping to snag 2 sim cards. The worker I spoke with acted appalled, actually questioned what was the purpose, why do I need this. She then had to verify I spoke with tmobile customer support, then called management over to view my account. Notes on my account. She then proceeded to about beg me to just do everything in store, add 2 new lines with unlimited everything then port 2 lines from another carrier and situate everything in store. She even bribed me. I got it done in about 40 minutes, rather fast for this location, she charged me $30 for all, no tax. Which was rather fair. Everything was done pretty fast, it over all was a decent experience. This location is always busy, never seen a day its not. The store is always clean. Im happy going here when I do have time to spare. For quick and fast trips, dont go here cause they are proper, they educate u on new devices and explain the true cost. Pretty sure They are commission based in some form, so they do work for there money and you do get taken care of.

Purchased a Galaxy A52 and other accessories to go along with it, staff was helpful the whole way. Process was slow but that was due to my own indecisiveness early into my visit. Despite that the visit felt fast with quick but great service. Pretty much the location to go to for T-Mobile service.

Al was the best!!! Got in and out quickly and he helped us find phones in our range and not just what theyre pushed to sell.

Dont go to this store and deal with Leo Chris or that new younger Caucasian boy they clearly arent educated on their policies and promotions, they all sold me a phone on 6-4-20 and I was supposed to be getting the Samsung device rebate deal for 500$ in the mail in 6-8 weeks all the while they new it was a day too early for that deal it ran from 6-5-20/6-30-20 and they lied to me filled out the promotion and all told me to wait for the card in the mail come to findnout I was denied for the promotion because they sold me the device and I traded in my att phone a day too early had they notified me of this n inwould have just waited and came back the next day instead, im very disappointed in the service they provided me and the fact that they conned me out of my money like that.

Went into T mobile to look at some other options for internet and Nolan helped us,he was amazing and explained everything thoroughly. They took great care of us and when the data plan we wanted was unavailable they more than made up for it!!I left feeling confident that if I have any problems,I can come back and Nolan will help solve any issues that arise. I must say. Working In Sales I’ve always hated when the representative helping is just trying to push things on me that I don’t need. The team in this store was the complete opposite. They listen to my needs and they offered solutions. Plus addition products to help me in my everyday life to make it easier and showed me the benefits of what was being presented. Wow what can I say I worked In T-Mobile years ago and I feel as T-Mobile has let there employees slack off went in there for an upgrade went on there at 4 came out almost 1hr in a half later unfortunately this guy named Leo helped me and what a mistake I saw every one kept leaving and he was so distracted and slow just because I really needed a new phone I waited but wow T-Mobile work on your employee train him better please this is unbelievable I almost wish I had gone to the store up the street

I really liked my experience at this T-Moblie location. Miguel was very helpful on my transition from Sprint to T-Moble. We were able to switch over and upgrade our phone just in time for Xmas. Went here multiple months ago to get a tablet with my girlfriend. I was offered a free smaller tablet with it since the data plan we wanted had expired a month prior. They then offered us some accessories and said we wouldnt be charged.Yesterday, I tried to cancel my account with T-Mobile and was told if I do that that I will owe for the accessories in full totalling $800. This is deceptive and predatory....since I asked multiple times what the catch was and if I would owe it back originally.Do yourself a favor and stay away from T-Mobile or at the very least this store location.

I went into the store this last week with billing questions and was helped by a Zenia. First off, she was extremely rude and wasn’t concerned with any of my questions. She kept trying to shove all these products down my throat after I had told her I wasn’t interested, but thanked her for the offer. She was unprofessional about it and rolled her eyes at me when I declined. I had a terrible experience with her, but the other employees seemed a lot friendlier. Please avoid going to Zenia as she will try to shove products down your throat that you’re not interested in.

I have been a Tmobile Business customer for over 10 years. Today was among the worst customer service i have ever recieved from any business. The sales professional was okay, however she was not versed in products and services and was unable to answer my questions without constantly consulting other staff who were busy with customers and over 8 customers including myself waiting to be served. This location is seriusly underrstaffed. My mistake was asking for the manager. Whom was very rude with an unsettling disposition. He appeared to be annoyed with my prolem and questions. He never heard me through to get a proper understanding to my issues or comcerns. The manager stated he could not provide with my insurance information, or a copy of my contract at my request. He was very arrogant and insulting and insinuated when i asked for the store number that i wanted his personal number? When I asked for corporate number and/or regional sales director it was not provided. All Customers have choices. As a faithful Tmobile Business Customer I have earned and am intitled to professional conduc and superior customer service. I will never chose this location for any service regarding my Tmobile account. I found a Corporate Location on 10th West near Costco, Lancaster. I was welcomed warmly, no waiitng and treated with professinalism and courtesy. I was in and out of this location within 30 minutes. No amount of questions appeared to irritate the staff at the coporate store (ner costco). The experience was night and day. When we spend our money we have earned and deserve professionalism, courtsey and extra attention our situation deserves. I am disaapointed in ths location and will not refer or return to this location.

I was with Verizon for 22 years I had unlimited data for 2 of my numbers . Verizon decided to race my bill without telling me a word. I heard t mobile has some offers going on so I went down to the store . I spoke to the manager from the store which is no longer there and at the time both the manager and a girl there wrong everything down . the plans and offers they said they had a the moment looked really great . they promised me 5 new phones with according to the sales girl where complementary. Because we where getting 5 lines which came to be $260.00 after taxes and promos which would lower my bill every month for 2 years after turning in 2 iPhones one phone 4 and the other 4s . first bill came $320 dollars I called to complain to customer service first month was adjusted. Then second bill same $320 dollars I called again and the bill was adjusted by the third time I called but this time I was told I was not available for the promo .I went to the store to the same lady that put the plan together for me she denied about the complementary equipment for the phones and said everything looked right .not only did I get scammed in to giving them my phones but I am now stuch with them for 2 years paying for equipment fees and a service I cant reach my wife on that works 15 minutes away from home. Nether the store nor corporate will respond for this huge scam they have going on.

Incredibly slow customer service. Denied a warranty claim that was previously approved over a hairline superficial scratch that was called a crack my manager and justified it with difference of policy excuse.
