The back of my iphone 12 completely shattered and the volume buttons would not work at all. I took my phone here and they fixed it up efficiently and quick. The person behind the counter explained what could be causing the issue with the volume button and explained what needed repairing. The customer service is great by sending out a link to view the progress on my phone. Also, each person I spoke to behind the desk was very friendly and did not get annoyed when I asked questions. Overall, I would definitely recommend this business to anyone. Especially a friend or loved one.

Have had a couple of cell phone screens replaced by Smart Phone Repair. Great staff. Always friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and fast service.

I dropped my phone in a toilet and did all kinds of stupid stuff to it to try to fix if. I put it in rice, grits, put a hair dryer to it and still nothing worked. I was panicking that my new phone was garbage. I took it to smart phone repair and they called me no later than 2 days later and said it was fixed and ready to go. So I assumed that I’d be charged like $200+ dollars because of all the damage I did on top of the water and only paid $50!! I also have a free warranty to bring it back incase something happens again. I’m just so pleased that they could actually fix it! These guys are good!!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR PHONE HERE. I took my phone here 3 months ago and I’m still regretting it till this very day. I originally took my phone here to SIMPLY get my screen repair, I had to get 3screen: EACH SCREEN THEY PUT ON WAS MESSED UP. My screen wouldn’t let me touch it. They finally put a screen on that “WORKED”. My screen CONSTANTLY BLACKS OUT on me. WHILE USING MY GPS OR WHILE IM CALLING SOMEONE MY PHONE CUTS OFF. It turns black and doesn’t let me touch it. I CALLED 911 two weeks ago accidentally because my PHONE WOULDN’T TURN ON WHEN I PRESSED THE POWER BUTTON. This place is unprofessional and they use CHEAP PARTS. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PHONE HERE. THE PRICE MAY LOOK APPEALING BUT THERE IS A REASON ITS SO CHEAP. THEY RUINED MY IPHONE 11.

Both my iPhone and iPad stopped taking a charge. Smart repair was able to bring them both back to life at a reasonable price point. Everyone was courteous, professional and kind.Good communication regarding progress.Phone was up and running the same day. iPad, was a bit more challenging as it was first generation, but it works like a charm. A whole lot more economical than replacements.I don’t plan on having more issues with my Apple producers, however, I know a great place to take them to!Thank you for excellent service.

Really nice people that work here but the screens are made with really cheap materials. Can break really easily and possibly mess up how your phone works... This placed is designed to make you have to keep coming back to get your screen fixed. My replacement screen cracked more than my original screen and now has issues. Better off going to the retailer of the phone to get your screen fixed if you can spare the money. They also offer $5 off your purchase for a google review so beware.

My daughter dropped our brand new iPad Air a few months back. She dropped it on bricks, so the glass screen was pretty busted up. I looked around Charlotte for a repair service, but the people I spoke to were gonna charge too much or take too long. So I read a few reviews online about Smart Phone Repair and figured I would give it a shot. I wasnt disappointed! The staff were friendly and professional! They gave me a fair price and excellent service. I highly recommend going to see them if youre in need of repairs. I certainly will go back if I need anything else in the future. I cracked my galaxy s4 and was looking for a place to that could fix it up for a very fair price. I came across this store and they fixed my phone and had it ready about a day. My Smartphone battery problem is for long time. Today I went to the store, the repair guy Eric he replaced battery for me right away. He is quite,but very friendly. He only took about 15 minutes to finish it. I was on the way to work.I thought I may be late, but I didn’t. Good job! The store deserves 10 stars. I feel so glad that we had them in our community.

Giving two stars bc of the customer service but overall.. this is NOT the go to place for screen repair. The previous reviews are indeed correct! They use cheap products to repair your screen which will eventually cost you more money in the long run. My screen blacked out on my iPhone 8+ went and got it fixed; it didn’t take long that’s a plus, however when I received my phone the screen looked grainy and was very defective, it began touching things without my acknowledgment the VERY SAME DAY. So I took it back the next day and they replaced it with no problem and I was very greatful.. This screen looked way better and worked as it should. However within the next 2/3 weeks my screen has broken in my back pocket WITHOUT me dropping it AT ALL! Cracked all to pieces. I am 130 pounds IF that it shouldn’t of cracked by me sitting with it in my pocket. MORAL OF THE STORY IS: GO TO SOUTH PARK AND GET YOUR PHONE FIXED. It’s a drive and is probably higher but they’re going to use Apple products you’ll know your phone is fixed properly.

Wonderful service, I was in the area visiting family during a medical emergency and these guys were able to have my part overnighted for my phone. I cant say enough good things about the service I received. I would recommend this business to anyone who needs a good quick repair.

They did wonderful work! They had my iPhone 6s screen fixed in an hour and it looks perfect. Reasonably priced. I believe the total came out to be around $106 which is cheaper than the quotes that I got in Rock Hill. It wasnt as cheap as some places in Charlotte but those places didnt have the screen in stock and I would have to wait. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because it was slightly unprofessional. The young man who fixed my phone was perfectly fine and professional but there were other people there and a girl that jus appeared from a back room. It was awkward and they shouldve waited until the shop was clear of customers.

Great service. Unfortunately, my iPhone screen was nearly shattered. I had to order a screen & was told itd take 3-5 days. Took 2! And received a call as soon as they opened, that I could get it fixed as soon as possible! Dropped it off after being told it would take 30 minutes to an hour, but it only took 20 minutes to get it replaced... All for a reasonable price! The gentleman (who I assume runs the store himself) was very kind, prompt, and gave excellent service. If I have anymore issues or questions about wireless products, I will be back.

I sent in my iPhone 6plus to be fixed for the camera and it was freezing up. Long story short. My phone was never fixed. They didn’t even check and see if it had been fixed. They said it was sent off somewhere. I thought they fixed them in the store. Camera was fixed but they didn’t put the lense cover back on. Smh. So basically I just gave them 149$ I won’t be going back.

They sold me a Iphone6 that had technically issues when I purchased it and I took my phone down there maybe 3 times to get it looked at for it to only still have issues with it now even after those times the phone was never fully 100% fixed, so I called down there to see about the issues even after this phone was sold to me in that condition and all they could offer me was a store credit because I went over my 30 day warrant as if they didn’t know the issues I was already having within the first couple of days after buying the phone.
