Dustin was absolutely 💯Amazing. He was patient, knowledgeable and friendly. I had about 15 questions not including follow up questions to them and he remained professional and he even humored me with a couple of corny joke chuckles. When I called back for even more follow up questions his co-worker answered and I wish I remembered his name was just as awesome. If Dustin is a manager I can see why his co work was so well customer service savvy.

I ordered a game over 2 weeks ago. I did not get my game. I called And spoke with a rep and she hung up. Called back again and the operator said my package was on its way and it never came. So I called again this time the simple minded rep actually Refunded my order as if thats what I asked for.So now I dont have my game and I still have to wait 4 to 9 or 5 to 9 business days to get my money back?If I had gone to Amazon I would have already had my stuff right now.This was a very poor experience with their staff and they couldnt sell a video game how pathetic is that?The best part is its still in stock. So why do I not have my game?If it were possible to give gamestop less stars I would.

Im sorry for not mentioning names as to not being able to remember them. Came in on 12/7/20 literally 4 before closing(I know because they greeted us and informed us that they will be closing in 4 mins) and if any questions or assistance they would be happen to help us. If I could give 5 stars across the board I would. I have never ever had an issue or felt a lack of customer service experience within gamestop but these two ladies beyond take the cake. So happy with service here at this Lancaster location on valley way. I bought 4 pops and renewed my game pro.

Its open during COVID-19 pandemic (10 customers max, masks required). Their used game section seems to be shrinking every time I go in.... There is many more Xbox 360 games than PS3 games, for example.... But overall, pleasant experience. I suggest getting a membership and save a few bucks on used games. Ask the associates about that.

Today I had to walk into game stop our new dog messed up my sons cored to charge his PS4 controller. But I needed a special corn so i went in to the store and one of the workers were more than happy to take the time and plug in all kinds of different cords to make sure the right one fit and worker. I`m very happy that some workers will take the time and go that extra mile

Its a good place to get my games, but I rarely got a good deal, the prices always normal, no great sales that you can say omg, this is a really good chance to get this game

Typical gamestop with gamestop prices. The staff is usually knowledgeable and polite but there are a few rude employees who arent helpful.

The workers knew they had 5 PS5 pre-orders at 11:00 a.m., they opened the doors at Noon and didnt bother telling any of the remaining 45 people waiting in line that only the first 5 would get an order in.

Employee couldnt honor a $5 coupon that expired the day before. Lame store lame employees. 1-star

They need to either order from Sony for the PS5 in order to meet the demand, or not offer the product via store pick-up. Pretty frustrating. I dont know whether this is a Sony problem or a GameStop problem...

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I also enjoyed that the merchandise was a little varied, I am not a huge gamer myself, however my partner is, we spent almost an hour here and I had plenty to look at and explore while they shopped for PS4 games.

They only sell you the Xbox but once you get the Xbox when you call them for help they never stick up to what you’re telling them like for instants my Xbox was not working and I called them and they put me on hold and never came back so what I’m doing I’m writing a bad review because I think that they need to work on this coming from a 13-year-old even knows that they need better improving on how a 13-year-old kid she wants a gaming console stupid

The service was good, but very slow. I had to wait a long time just to buy one thing. But that may be because of the holidays, and that there was only one cashier.

The people who work here are really nice to me and you can trade your old games/ electronics for cash

I like this place. I went here once a long time ago and it was not all that great. The employees didnt treat anyone right, but now that Ive gone recently they have new employees and it is much cleaner than before! I preorder games and stuff here now.

Half the staff is helpful while the other half is lazy and seem to be bothered when you need help. Prices for used consoles are ridiculous. Bought a ps4 at Wal-Mart new for about the same price Gamestop wanted for a refurbished one.

Despite being always crowded, friendly staff and well organized store.

So they messed up my pre-order a few years ago and havent been back since. Also, if youre a pc gamer the selection is laughable at best; my advice stay home, save gas, money and order from Steam or Amazon.

This place is a disgrace everything is out of place even the game stop sign is broken, the employees look like they rolled out of a trash can not very knowledgeable. I was looking for a well known game and the employee did know what it was. They dont even know what is on sale. Whoever manages this place is not doing a very good job. Dont ever go there.
