Negative stars! Worst experience ever!!! I visited your Temple store and was treated badly by the manager Barry. I was returning a phone case that did not fit properly. The manager basically told me I was a liar and the case fit fine. I didn’t not use the case because I was afraid it wasn’t protecting my phone properly. He said there were scratches on the case. I explained to him that the phone case was exactly how I purchased it. He proceeded to call me a liar and raise his voice at me. He was extremely unprofessional and appeared to be looking for a reason not to return the phone case. It’s a shame that such a poor customer service experience was displayed.

Had a wonderful experience getting my up grade and a great deal on the iPad and new plan to boot. Had so much fun with all the employees and they made me feel right at home! Will def keep coming back here for all my AT&T needs!
