The staff at this location are extremely helpful. Went in to find a pair of Vans and ended up walking out with really cute sale shoe some socks and a way to protect my shoes. Will definitely be going back more so for the staff and their willingness to help.

Good service and selection. Sales people are eager to help, and also know how to push additional sales (like matching socks for your shoes and such)

Super nice employees & super helpful! I asked for the one size and the wonderful girl brought out the size up and size down from it just in case (which came in handy!) Honestly, I love this Journeys so much more than my local one and will probably be back again when I need new shoes!

Bad customer serviceTo begin, I love the store and the shoes that are showed on the shelves. There are different options you have but the customer service is horrible! I’ve experienced the worst customer service ever at this place. I was deciding on a pair of vans with my mother and my mother decides to ask the employee “Do u know the color” and in returned he says, “ Did you just asked me the color.” Their is absolutely no need for attitude, we simply asked the employee if he knew the color to get the correct shoe. When he returns, he says, “ is this the correct color” with attitude. He did indeed get the correct color but how dare u disrespect an individual with your sacarastic response. Afterwards I got the pair of shoes because they were the ones I wanted and affordable, so I gave him the shoe and he drops it. Not once but three to four times. His response was,” These pair of shoes really like you because they don’t want to go in the box” and again with his sarcastic remark. When I got home they were dirty and scuffed a little from him dropping it several times. Mind you I didn’t even get to wear them and they were dirty already. If you want my money and want my service, treat your customer with respect in a friendly manner and be sure they are satisfied. Luckily i did not get his name but I assure you it will probably be the first and last time I go there!

Great selection!

I came in searching for the Ugg Boots with ribbons in black. Although they did not have them they offered to order and ship to my home. While being rung up was asked about my tattoo...very fresh one....given advice on care, asked about the reason for my choice, and given a hug and thank you for sharing the story it involved a death of a loved one and a scar from a personal tragedy. Keep up the great work guys. Personal service with a smile is an endangered art.
