The store is very cluttered I am sure its because of the holidays are coming and they are restocking. As you can see from the pictures there is lots of boxes down the aisles. I tried looking for a book but the aisle was full of boxes. The employee at the alcohol aisle was super friendly and helpful.

Fantastic selection of merchandise and food. Easy parking. The checker was grumpy I waited in line for 30 minutes with only two carts ahead of me and I get up to the checker and I politely asked you if we bag it ourselves or they bag and she goes honey we dont have bags here and I said youre joking she said no we dont have bags you have to bring your own! I about fell on my face because I spent over $300 in groceries. Lesson learned.

They stock gourmet, boutique and specialty items in the grocery section. Stock clerks are everpresent all over the store, and happy to help you. You dont have to look long and far to find one. They will escort you right to the item you are looking for. I can get all of the things I love, in one place. My problem is, I want to spend hours puttering around, looking at all of the different things they have. Luckily for me, they stay open fairly late, so I can do a little of that. The place is YUUUGE, though; my feet are always killing me by the end of my shopping trip. They could use more disabled shopping carts.

I went to the pharmacy for a vaccine. First I stood in one line when I got to the front they sent me to another window. That window they did some paperwork then told me to come back in 15 minutes. When I returned I had about a half an hour wait until I actually got the vaccine. You definitely need more people working at the pharmacy.

Bring your own bags they always run out. Their manager would never match pricing with their online pricing. Lines are always big you would that I makes sense that people get paid on the first and middle of the month to have more cashiers available. The store manager really dont care for anyone.

This walmart only opens two and sometimes three cashiers. Many times I seen abandoned cars because people gotta wait almost 20 to 40 minutes to cash out. They always say that they understaff. It seems that they even told to say this on purpose.if can drive 10 minutes away to other walmarts try doing so and avoid the headache

Its one of my favorite, but most of time they dont have posted prices entered into their POS and workers and cashiers are slow like turtles. Need improvements fast, I started avoiding shopping there.

Get your items before they start re-stocking at around 9:30PM, or you are unable to drive your cart down the aisles! The most ghetto place I shop, guaranteed to see someone bizarre lookin! ** I really wish they would twice a year pressure wash & scrub parking lot with a street sweeper!!! What is the to share every one loves walkie supper center but slow at picking up phones.

I order a three mobile 1 oil filter and 1 box of the oil filter is empty. So if u order from this store online for pick up before u leave make sure you have everything. I tried calling them but nobody answers and about 20 times I called different dept. I finally talk to somebody and gave me to different numbers to call. So my advise is check you before u leave.

Its wal- mart cant ever find someone to help you long lines cause they dont like to have to many people working 😕 they are kinda of a joke ... but I shop there all the time ...

Well being polite I let a dad an son go ahead of me in the bike department Big Mistake waited one hour an 3 minutes before got help About 10 different employees passed an said someone is coming The only reason someone did help is cuz I opened there locked case Then I got help..Wont go back to this one ever again..

Pretty good location ad far as walmarts ard concerned. Plentiful parking available, didnt have horribly long lines like most Walmarts do. Staff i encounterd were polite and helpful which nowadays at walmarts are a rarity. Ill definitely be coming back to this location.

The staff isnt the most friendliest and the womens clothes never have size large but its a nice clean store and are always stocked up well and the clearance isle is awesome!

Your grocery pickup crew on duty at this very hour. Lied on the pickup order. It was said that all my items were available and ready for pick up. Due to the fact that they place the groceries in the trunk for you. I thought all my items were picked up. Got all the way home and Im missing over 10 items. Shouldve known by the way the employees were all sitting on theyre phones by the door. One sitting on his phone next to a car waiting on his order. The guy who brought my order was smirking goofy as can be because he knew they didnt have all my items in the bag. NEVER AGAIN! I will be letting others know beyond here to cautious about placing a grocery pickup here.

Strangely the produce section was super low on Monday? No strawberries and other items were low inventory in produce and other parts of the store. There was a lot of stocking going on so hopefully we arent heading for shortages 😬

So many items locked up now and have to wait forever for help. Only two real live persons checking people out. Self check out available however you cant take alcoholic beverages through. Which means you would have a long wait in line with live check out person. I will not shop Wal-Mart anymore.

Walmart by far has best or most competitive prices on goods in AV to include eggs. bread,milk, cheeses,vegetables, fruits, and can goods. Personally I am not a fan of their meat dept that can be hit or miss.

I never enjoy being in that store. Its loud from unmanaged children running the isles or just screaming for whatever reason. No one is ever paying attention if they are in your space. I do however like the curbside grocery service not gonna lie I always shop there they do have good prices and a big variety of things they can put in your trunk. Really does work for me.

My shopping experience was mostly p pleasant. I had a problem with the lack of merchandise. WalMart to to hire more people to make sure the right things are ordered and stocked up.

My husband sat in the pickup parking area for over an hour waiting for our order. They even emailed us to say it was all ready but when he arrived, it was not. Associates completely ignored him, despite his requests for efficient service. Never shopping at this location again.

Walmart is like better then a regular grocery store now.

Wal-Mart is missing a lot of things on thier shelf and something is happening to Wal-Mart and I know that they do not treat the Wal-Mart truck drivers well enough and they are quitting!

Nice and clean. Well organized as well as fully stocked with product. The customer service was great and there employees were well trained with product knowledge.

Slow, they need more help

Its convenient to just pick up your groceries. The employees are always friendly. However they cant give you everything you always want. And you cant pick out your own produce. Plus if you really need dog food you may end up having to go in anyways.

Cleaner and better organized than most other Walmarts in the area.Baby Formula is in a locked section and turns a 5 min trip into a 20-30 minute wait.

Great band last Friday night On Tap took our son for his graduation dinner had a great time. Its been so long since weve gotten to sit have a great dinner & entertainment too.

I am frustrated that this store, the larger store, does not have some of the items that are stocked at the much smaller Walmart neighborhood grocery store. I had to go to two different locations several miles apart to get the items I needed for a child with food allergy issues. Also why is there an overabundance of drinks and snacks at the Super Walmart that are made with either high fructose corn syrup or mono sodiom glutamate but not at the smaller store that has the items I consider healthier? Very disappointed!

Customer service was okay but only when you can get a hold of someone who actually works here. The wait at the registers however, such all around. Do yourself a favor and try to pay at the auto center or at the cosmetics register.... the lines are long, long, long. Other than that, its aight! Step it up Walmart family (corporate offices)

Abysmal, absolutely terrible. Went to get socks and various other sundries. Had to wait for 20 minutes to first recognize my existence and then get the key. Because of course socks are under lock and key. Which of course was a enormous inconvenience for one of the 5 employees standing nearby chatting and looking at their phones.

This Walmart has always been so, so. They need some maintenance done on the building for sure. And the staff, I mean we all know Walmart is not the best at customer service.

Waited 20 minutes for the electronics person to to open the case to the headphones. Only 1 person working the entire section. I gave up after the 20 minutes.. and am thinking of just going to Target. West side Walmart Total fail

Not a bad place to shop. Staff seems to be happy, and most lanes to checkout seem to be operational. For the most part I have no issues with this particular Walmart.

The most worst shopping experience I ever had

Steadily declining service, inventory, and poor attitudes accompanied by rude behavior from Walmart team members is becoming the normal Walmart shopping experience. Before Walmart, shopping almost always resulted in the purchase of regularly purchased items without incident. For years we went to the store, bought regularly used items, and returned to the store to replenish items, but giving much thought to the shopping experience since the process went smoothly with the exception of the occasional discrepancies that occur from time to time, being resolved easily. Walmart has introduced the frustrating shopping experience, failing to restock products, discontinuing regularly purchased products, and the rude treatment exhibited by Walmart employees. This is unacceptable, but nobody who can do anything send to care. Walmart is making the future grimm.

Cashiers are nice when there are some. Hit and miss when there are cashiers. The check outs yourself are normally closed. Ill take people over self checkout anytime

Experience was nice. They had everything I needed. I went early, around 8am, so there wasnt a lot of people there. The associate who assistant us was nice. I parked in the back (tire area). They arent allowing folks to purchase items in the tire area, so we had to go the the front. Thats the only reason I am not giving this a 4 instead of a star.

I went this morning and the lines were short. I had a very pleasant experience with a lady in customer service.

Went here to see the eye doctor (Dr. Charles Kim) and then the Vision Center. Both places had friendly staff and they were a joy to talk to. Will definitely keep coming back for my contact exams in the future.

There were plenty of employees on the floor to help get things out of locked cabinets. Used the self check out and the attendant was very helpful when we got stuck on a few items.

Had to ask 4 salespeople (20 min wait) befor someone would get the key to open the sock cabinet😔

This store has gone downhill. To check out even in the self-checkout we waited over 20 minutes to check out. It seems that the other side of the self checkout is unattended and not open because they dont have enough employees. Will never go there again, going to Target.

Walmarts cool and all but I messed up my back there when I went alone at 17 and since my parents where not there I didnt get help or anything off them for having hangers on the floor

First off Walmart is my favorite store to be..lol we all know you cant just go in for ONE THING.. But overall the customer service was great I was greeted walking into the store.. EVERYONE was WEARING A MASK... Following covid-19 guidelines.. I was able to find everything I needed.. Lines where moving a little slow ONLY BECAUSE they where cleaning after EVERY CUSTOMER along with whipping down the ATM pad.. So I will definitely be returning...

My husbands bike was stolen in front of Walmart on August 1 2021 it had a 100cc motor on it. It was locked up in front of Walmart when he went in and the security guards would not even help. I would give this Walmart zero stars if I could.

Trying to deal with this store, and everything being locked up, and no employees to help you or any that want to help you was what I was getting. There were at least five employees at the automotive department and none of them would help. Then trying to deal with customer service was very stressful. The employees acted like I was an inconvenience for them to do their job.

I use the pick-up service as Im disabled and its easier than walking the store. Sometimes things will be out but my friend who goes in at the same time as Im picking up will find it on the shelf (happens mostly with impossible meat, they keep moving it, I think the workers get confused as to where it might be and dont want to look much).

Not from around here but was passing through & needed to make a stop. The 3 employees were helpful & very friendly. We found what we were looking for right away but the price was more than was online, we still bought it since other Walmarts were out of stock.

Avoid this place as much as you can. Everything is locked up(You will feel like a criminal shopping here. You have to ask workers to unlock cabinets to get hair dye, deodorant, basic needs, etc..items then has to be placed in a clear box, then at the register has to be unlocked again in order to ring it up). The place is always packed. Yes, its packed during a pandemic. Theres always a Looooong line. The store isnt well organized. I avoid this store as much as I can and cringe when I have No Choice but to go.

Summer is here!! So theres si many great specials! It has it all! So its so convenient to shop from clothes for the entire family! Camping gear,kitchen essentials. Food,alcohol,outdoor activities,toys,u name it!

A wonderful employee helped us get someone from the very top(storage) shelf.
